Bit of a Greek tradegy

Too far from Rhodes town 12km (cost of taxi 19-25 Euro to get back) Very small shower, shower curtain, had to hold shower head No reception Over flight path No view from balcony Noise from other resident Not best wi-fi reception Beach

Exceptional

Next to the city center, very easy to get there from the Airport by public bus (10min). The studio is also located near the bus-station the beach is a 10min walk away. Nearby are restaurants, bars, supermarkets. very friendly and helpful landlord! can only recommend

This is our holiday once in a year, we didn't rest, no sound isolation, behind wall and windows. No relax, nothing.

Very good owner, i liked them. We have all information about everything, before stay, and after, they were very kindless.

First of all, the bed was to small to stay while your'e couple, and making noises while you're sleeping( tried to sleep) The noise isolation is zero, we heard all peoples talks near the wall, second flor, almost everywere. Neighbours talk almost till morning, so we didn't slept any night. So the staying was with no sleep( few hors maybe) so this was not the owners guilt. But, i feel very bad about this, because owners ar very kindless, but if you like to stay your holiday, make some rest, this not the place that i recomend.

Super helpful and accommodating hosts

The flat is basic but clean and it has everything you need. I absolutely loved the balcony. But the thing that made this trip the best was the owners. They were super helpful and accommodating which for me as a solo traveller made all the difference

The only thing negative about the whole apartment was that the shower.didnt have a wall fixing and so you had to hold it to shower

It was at very good place, the beatches are close, shops and restaurants are close, and the city is only 20-30 minutes away. The owners are very very friendly. All in all it was a very good experience.

There is no microwave. The mattress is a bit uncomfortable, I could feel the springs.

Good value for money. The apartament has everything thats needed and it's close to airport, restaurants and bus stop. The owner is very helpful and always responds quickly. AC works well.

Super nice place- next to main street of little town near Rhodes city. Owner is very very sweet, polite and kindhearted. The room is clean, has AC and big balcon, which is super nice. The room is quite big.

Bathroom is a little small, but it's not a big problem.

Hotel location verry confortable , close to bus station and restaurants and stores. Room was nice and simple, very cozy and clean. Thank's a lot for the hospitality Mrs Nitsa and Nikos. Wonderfull holidays in a woderfull authentic place, hope to come back again :)

Highly recommended place to stay during your visit to Rhodes

Nitsas studio’s is close to airport and not far from Rhodes town. One minute away from the Studio there are places to eat, drink, and shop. Not far away there is a very nice beach. Our room was clean, there were everything you need and even a spacious balcony. The lady who hosted us was very kind and made us feel very welcomed.

Planning to come back

I loved so much Nitsas Studios and I am planning to stay again on my next trips to Rhodes. The location is fantastic, in the town Kresmati, not far from the airport, I even walked from the airport to Nitsas. The place had a spacious room, a comfy bed with Aircon, a nice bathroom and a kitchenette with plates and utensils if you need to cook something fast. There is also kettle and fridge and plenty of fresh towels. Lots of hot water as well. All the rooms have a spacious balcony.

Exceptional

A very convenient place to rest as it is near the airport as well as many local restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Bus stop to Rhodes Town a 5 minute walk away as well as a lovely breezy beach. Nitsa and Nikos were kind and so helpful, they leave you to it but are always available to contact if you need anything. Overall I enjoyed my week’s stay on the island :)

Lovely place, kind people

Kremasti is a very peaceful, yet alive village, with a lot of good restaurants, and this place is really close to them. The beach is also very close. Our host was very helpful and kind. The room is big enough, has a big balcony and a separate bathroom. Air-conditioning is very good. There's a big fridge inside the room and coffee, tea too. I would say, this is a perfect place for a holiday.

A perfect Rhodes start for more than one or two nights.Rhodes Town is 15 Minutes away.

Perfect start from there to different destinations,very close to the airport,but not disturbing.Nice small town,village. A quiet place.5 minutes from the bus station.Cafes,restaurants,supermarket,post-office,medical aid,all very close in walking distance.

Perfect base for exploring the island of Rhodes

Fantastic value. I had a bright, clean, good-sized room with a big balcony, a quiet (split) air conditioning unit, and reliable wi-fi. There is a cafe called "Huge" almost next door which is good for remote working — faster wi-fi, free power points. Nitsas is in a small town called Kremasti, a mile or so from Rhodes airport. Kremasti is not a destination in itself, but it has a decent array of shops and cafes, and there is a once-hourly bus into Rhodes city which takes about 20 minutes and costs €2.10. From the city you can get buses round the rest of the island. Everything at Nitsas was super-friendly. If you don't need a resort hotel, but rather a base from which to explore Rhodes, it's hard to imagine a better deal.

Everything here is good. Taking price into account, everything here is superb. Simplicity rather than luxury, and all the better for that.

It was fantastic! :)

It was the best place we've ever been. 10 minutes to beaufuful beach, very close to nice places and restaurants. Owner of Nitsas studio is the most heflful person we've ever met in our trips :) he help us even with car rental :)
