Wonderful place to stay

Nice big and very comfy, awesome location beautiful views of the beach. Jackson is always ready to help with anything requests .

Dream apartment

This was my second stay at the property and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. It’s a home from home where you can fully relax and take in the sea air. It is exceptionally good value for such a beautiful apartment and location. Jackson is a lovely host and helps with all sorts such as where to eat and activities in the area, this is far about expectations. The pool is beautiful and I like the unique design which means you get in via a shallow ramp rather than stairs.

There is nothing I don’t like about the property. It would possibly be helpful to distinguish which apartment is which in the advertised photos. This is a self catering apartment and not a hotel so it may not be the property to book if you want hotel services such as drinks or snacks delivered by the pool. However if you want homely comforts it is perfect.

what a great apartment, view, terrace, interior. Spacy luxury for 4 people plus visitors. The housekeeper Jackson took care very well (quick repair of sink).

Disappointing

The location was very ideal and exactly as described very near to the beach with good security. The house was spacious enough and just as shown in the photos and not far from the airport.

We had to literally beg for the cleaning of the house,other stuff indicate in the package and the host was very terrible and rude. I have never felt so bad in my life with my family on vacation . The facilities was very good however we could not find the washing machine as shown in the photos. The house was beautiful and the location excellent.

Cannot wait to go back, preferrably for a much longer period.

Location and overall flat was superb. Great decor and awesome bedrooms and open spacious flat with exceptional views of the ocean. Jackson was great and so very helpful,He added so much comfort and value to our stay,

Could have had some treatment for the ants and mosquitoes but we bought the mosquito repellant to help with that, Wish there was a laundry facility that would have been very convenient.

Beautiful penthouse, communication from host amazing, houseboy jackson and chef Sam can’t fault!

The apartment was very spacious, well maintained and beautifully decorated. The houseboy Jackson went above and beyond for us and the chef was amazing also. On the first day we realised the oven was not working and within a few hours there was a new one in the kitchen! Would definitely recommend this particular apartment to everyone. Also the pool was very well maintained and the water was always very warm.

There is no pool bar and no where to buy drinks and we were not allowed to bring our own drinks to the pool unless it was water. It wasn’t the end of the world but it would have been nice to have a drink by the pool. Also the restaurant in the next compound didn’t have hardly any of the items on the menu so for us we were very glad that we had hired a chef and the supermarket was not far. One and only criticism for self catering the fridge needs to be a little bigger so you don’t have to do so many runs to the supermarket but it was close so wasn’t too much of a problem.
