Very clean lots of room for 7 adults. Several seating areas. Lovely view from large deck. Heated bathroom floors, nice touch. Comfortable beds. Close to a berry farm and gin distillery. Will definitely come back!!!!

We enjoyed the space and amenities of the property, but it needed a deep clean for the price that it was. We also had to remove wasps to use the hot tub that we had to figure chemicals for since it was dirty. There was also dirty laundry in the washer and in a basket in the laundry room and dryer full as well. And well the neighbour... but that's out of the owners control.

Pike Lake Family Getaway
Beautiful property with lots of space for the entire family. The kayaks and canoe we could use was an added bonus. Great deck to enjoy the lake view and lily pads that were in full bloom. VRBO could have sent earlier confirmations of our booking so one wasn’t left wondering if everything was set to go. The property owner was very good in responding to our questions.

Check in was easy and the place was very clean upon entry. There is a full kitchen with a number of appliances. The only item missing was wine glasses, but we had fun drinking wine out of the juice glasses. 7 adults slept comfortably and almost every couple had their own bathroom. Out of the 6 bedrooms, two had double beds and the rest were queen sized. All the linens and towels were in great condition. Please be mindful and respectful of the neighbors. They are quite rude to start with, as long as you’re respectful they are apologetic. It sounds like they’ve had to put up with some nasty guests. I wouldn’t hesitate to either come back or to recommend for a nice family get together.

Beautiful Place
What a gem of a place for a quick get away so close to the city. Everything we needed and more inside and out. Thank-you for sharing this space on Vrbo!

Great Get Away Spot!
Everything was clean and organized. We had an awesome stay. Our grandchildren visited us and some stayed the night, they loved it.. Would recommend to anyone interested in renting this vacation home. If anything was needed we were helped immediately. Thank you, we will definitely rent this home again in the future.

Perfect for a friends reunion!
As a group of friends who get together to the olympic curling trials every four years, we found this to be the perfect house for our week near Saskatoon. We had plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and couches for everyone to have their space. And being able to cook some meals in the fully appointed kitchen, and eat around the dining table, allowed for some great brunches and memorable dinners.
The hosts provided lots of information, were easy to communicate with, and wanted to be sure we had everything we needed.
We were very comfortable, and had a relaxing week.
The sunrises over the lake were breathtaking, and night sky stars were mesmerizing.

Great Sask getaway
This property is great.. the house is spacious with a great view. The hot tub was a nice touch. The owner was great to deal with we will definitely return next summer. It’s close to Saskatoon but far enough to feel like you’re not near the city. It’s close to a beautiful distillery, corn maze, bouncy houses, ice cream and mini golf. There’s beaches nearby as well.
We were warned about the neighbour prior to our arrival, and sure enough we had a run in with him before we even made it down the driveway. It’s obvious he has a huge issue with the house being a rental, however we didn’t have any further issue with him. I believe as long as you’re respectful and not partying loudly he would not be an issue.

Family Vacation
A beautiful home to stay in, the house itself is extremely nice, and the decor was immaculate. So many bedrooms to choose from the family had no problem settling in. Everything promised by the ad was there, with the addition of an already stocked "coffee area", which was great after a long drive :) the owner and local contact was very responsive and very helpful.
I had read a few reviews making mention of problems with the neighbors, we however did not encounter this, the neighbors were very polite, even offering us suggestions of a few of the little "pike lake secret spots".
My son caught his first fish during an outing in the provided canoe, which also had adult life jackets available (which is good, because I only brought the kids).
My only two creative criticisms would be that the house was difficult at first to located due to the lack of a visible house number, perhaps a more visible number would help future guests, and secondly, the hot tub was difficult to get I to without walking on either a bit of mud or some wobbly stones. Neither of these two things lessened our trip though.
Thanks alot for the opportunity for my family to make some memories, especially during these restricted times.

We had a great stay in this beautiful cabin. The cabin is very high end and the hosts made the stay great! Recommend this property to anyone!

Nice Home
We were looking for a little getaway, change of scenery over covid. This home is very beautiful and lots of room for everyone. Comfortable beds and we really enjoyed the hot tub. We were able to venture out to Saskatoon and Manitou Spa. Highly recommend!

Family get together
The property was exactly as advertised. Very good nice spot for our family get together. Zane and Wes were on top of the couple of minor requests we had and easy to contact. Would stay again.

Girls weekend getaway
This cabin was very spacious for the amount of people we had. It was a lake front cabin with plenty of outdoor space for hanging out and activities. We were able to make our own food in a large kitchen and with two bbqs, however, some of the dishes we used were still dirty from the last guests. Most kitchen towels were missing and realized they were still in the dryer and a load of laundry in the washing machine on our last day (we were told to start a load of laundry when we left). We wished this was a little more prepared for us.
The area was quiet with a friendly neighbour in front of us and beside us to our right (a camper). However, the neighbour to the left of the cabin (in which they share a driveway) was NOT the friendliest and did say some vulgar things to my friends and I. It made a damper on the trip at the beginning and felt like were walking on egg shells. He was gone for most of the days when we were there but we had to be careful whenever he came back.
In all, it was a great cabin to stay at. We utilized the kayaks and canoe to go on the water. There were no boats who never went by the cabin at all (the water has a lot of lily pads and weeds) but if you use the kayaks and canoe to go out to the main lake, it was beautiful.
Thanks for a great stay!

Great Spot
We had such a great time at Pike Lake staying here. The cabin was more than large enough for our family. The large fire pit was wonderful to sit around and spend an evening. The deck provided another wonderful setting to spend a night. And with the provincial park and beach minutes away there is lots to do during the day.

Family get together
This cabin was a wonderful layout for our family gathering. Main floor bedroom for my elderly parents is small. Beautiful yard and deck... but very scary stair railings for elderly and toddlers. We will rent it again.

Do not rent this property
Wouldn’t rent this property unless the neighbours move. They need a 10 foot fence between the properties. The neighbor was a miserable man who didn’t tolerate anything. I don’t recommend this property

Could be better
We are eight friends who meet every year for a week of golf so we always look for a property such as this to stay. The previous guests didn't check out till the morning of our arrival date. I arrived shortly after the afternoon check-in time and the house had not been cleaned. We knew this up front as Rick had unformed us that they never book back-to-back guests where one group checks out and the next group checks in on the same day. However this occurred during our stay. I had brought food for our stay and unfortunately I had to clean the refrigerator before I would put any fresh food in it. I went to pick up the rest of our group and Rick and his son were cleaning the house when we returned. They finished some time after we got back. We were all looking forward to using the hot tub during our stay, however it was very dirty and looked like it had not been maintained in a while. Rick said he may be able to get the water changed, tub cleaned and refilled, however it never happened. There were a few basic things lacking such as no rods in most closets to hang clothes, no garbage cans in the wash rooms, little or no furniture in most bedrooms, the dining room chairs and bar stools were severely stained and of course the limited water usage. Overall we had a good stay but there could be improvements in a number of areas.

Great setting
It was a great setting and lots of room for all of us. If you don't have to worry too much about the water then that would be terrific. Our tank was only half full and we were there for 4 days. The property manager was terrific and appreciated all of the help he gave us. All in all it was a good place.

Beautiful cabin. Tons of room.
The cabin is stunning. Clearly no expense spared buy the owner. Lots of stuff to do in and around the area for kids (Crickle Creek, swimming pool, beach, playgrounds, etc). Saskatoon is a 15-20 minute drive away for any shopping. The kids had a phenomenal time. No issues at all with the facilities. The contact was incredibly friendly and helpful. The lake is more of a slough. Very shallow, no boating/skiing/tubing, seadoos, etc. We knew that going in so it was not a surprise.
The reason for not giving it 5 stars was the hard quiet time at 11pm. After getting the kids to bed, we would have liked to sit around the fire for a few hours having some beers; that's what cabin life is! Apparently previous renters had been quite loud and angered the neighbors who live in very close proximity. Really ruins it for a few mature adults who just want to enjoy a fire.

Fantastic!
This beautiful home is the perfect place for a getaway. The well equipped interior includes six bedrooms and lots of lounging space. Outside, the two large decks are great for relaxing. The fire pit, hot tub and water craft are extra added amenities that add to the experience.
The house was clean, and well maintained.
Rick, the property manager, was very helpful when showing us the property and was readily reachable for our entire trip.
We would enthusiastically recommend this property, and plan to stay again ourselves.

Beautiful and clean house just disappointment with service
The house is absolutely beautiful, it was clean and well equipped with full kitchen, linnens towels etc. The only down fall was an issue we had with water and how it was handled . We were told a delivery would come on our second day and then when I asked about it that afternoon was told it may not come until the next day. We were told to limit our showers to 5mins and to be careful with water consumption. We were only there for 3 days ... staying in a really nice house that we paid well for but couldn’t fully enjoy because of the lack of water and the difficulty with communication regarding it, time consuming and unnecessary.
