Beautiful Apartment.

Beautiful clean apartment. Lovely bedrooms. Power shower in the ensure and bath and shower in main bathroom. Views are stunning and Location fabulous.

Check in and check out times. Check in 4pm...at least we could look around Keswick, but checkout was 9am on a Sunday morning. So after we have to shower, take sheets off bed, empty bins and tidy.... After a night out at the Beer festival..... We got home and needed another break 😂.

Good stay, would return

Clean, peaceful, comfortable and good location.

Crockery was well used with lots of scratches on enamel. A spare blanket for the beds would have been useful.

Very comfortable and convenient apartment.

Very well situated for walking in to Keswick and for starting walks.

Definitely needs a smart tv and more reliable wi-Fi - essential these days.

Great location and clean. Pretty much everything else wasn’t great.

It was absolutely FREEEEZING! The television was stupidly small. Put that television in the main bedroom and buy a new one. There wasn’t any shower gel. We had to be out by 9am and we were told to strip the beds to boot. Not great.

Great location, Spacious and comfortable. Beware of the flights of stairs to get to it

Loved the fact that it was situated so near the town centre. The property was surprisingly comfortable and spacious.

Parking was a nightmare, no room to park near the property. the fridge froze our food and was noisy., and no tea towels. several flights of stairs made my husband breathless. 9am checkout too early, especially with a young child.

We had a lovely, relaxing holiday, walking and enjoying the amazing scenery all around us.

Fantastic location , some nice views from the window. Well equipped kitchen and easy to use appliances. A short walk into Keswick with lots of shops, pubs and restaurants. Very close to Derwent water with lots of activities and stunning views. A good location to visit surrounding lakes .

A larger smart Tv would be good and maybe harder beds but neither essential as our stay was great.

The facility is well placed and attractive, but not suited to anyone with mobility issues.

1 No hot water on arrival rectified by maintenance person. 2 NO Disability access despite several requests for reassurance that this was available. 3 Broken glass in cupboard. 4 Bins full on arrival 5 Floors not clean. 6 kitchen floor has a tripping hazard where part of flooring is damaged. 7 Mat inside front door a tripping hazard. 8 Towels not clean on arrival. Sheets on second bed not clean.

Brilliant time had by all

Amazing location and views. The flat was well equipped and super clean and tidy. The shower was particularly worth mentioning, it was perfect. For what we were looking for it was the perfect getaway.

The wifi was quite weak, and the fridge made a ghostly noise, but other than that no reason to complain at all. Do note that it is a second floor flat so won't accommodate most access needs.

OK, great location but a shame that the little things let it down

Location

Lack of toilet rolls (for the cost of the rental more than 1 per bathroom would have been good!), Saucepans and frying pans need renewing - non-stick surface no longer viable.

DVD player does not work. Message left with local centre in Keswick but no call back. Hot water is luke warm - this seems to have been a common comment. A shame really as should be an easy fix.

Lovely good value break away for two couples - we had a great time

This is a lovely apartment it was very warm and comfortable. We liked it being openplan so if you are cooking you're still in the conversation!. Liked the open gas fire. Great having two bathrooms. It was great to be only a few minutes walk into the centre of Keswick and parking was never an issue. We'd definitely return.

Firstly some points to address: I Couldn't run a decent bath as the water wasn't hot enough. The showers were good though. It could do with some extra utensils in kitchen - there were no larger serving spoons or a grater and, the spatulas need replacing. It really needs a bigger TV and an additional easy chair would be good.

Nice flat with most of the things we needed. Light and airy and in a good location.

Not much, the fridge door is falling off, but that didn't exactly ruin our stay.

Location, clean.

We cud not check in till 4pm, we arrived 5.30pm no keys in box. We rang and was told to walk to a shop in town and pick the keys up. We had no internet reception and didn’t know where the shop was, but was told that there was nothing they cud do only one person was in the shop. We arrived and there was 2 people whom were very rude and unapologetic. They gave us the keys and told us to just leave them in apartment when finished. Wrong way to start made us notice everything. There is 3 flights of stairs to the property not great with the case and beer after running round for keys. Tv was tiny so don’t plan on a film night. Internet was horrendous and only one person could have a hot shower. If the staff had been nicer in the first place we probably would of overlooked the other things.

It must to be best place if the owner solve the above problems.

Excellent access to city center, building and room are new and very clean. And it’s mountain view is excellent.

There are several disappointed problem. Gas stove didn’t work because spike button was out of order. So I had to drive to supermarket to buy matches. Hot water heater may be out of order. It was very difficult to get hot water continuously, It was very unstable. I tried to contact house keeper to solve problems but I could not get any response.

Lovely stay but please fix the hot water.

Great location, nicely decorated, comfy bed, very clean, good communication emails prior to arrival.

Very inconsistent water temperature. Shower would go from warm to cold to luke warm. Ended up just having luke warm or cold showers which made me glad our stay was only 2-3 nights. Gas hob wouldn't spark so had to buy matches before we could cook on the hob.

Weekend in Keswick

Large living room, plenty of space for 4 adults. Great location. Good facilities. Very secure. Lots of on street parking

Issues with hot water on second evening and morning of departure. Not ideal after a long day climbing mountains! Small TV for the size of the living room.

No problems at all, the mattresses were lovely and firm, nice size bath, a warm apartment with plenty of cooking facilities and utensils. Parking was always available even during school holidays, usually having to park in another street within walking distance. A great location for the centre. Sachets of tea, coffee and milk and biscuits kindly left, which I was grateful for as I'd forgotten to bring tea bags and we had arrived in the evening. Ample sized fridge and freezer. My teenage son blagged the en suite and was pleased to have his own shower. Loved the mountain views. Reading previous comments about it needing TLC, didn't think it was as bad as some reviews lead you to believe. I don't come on holiday expecting pristene carpets and brand new furnishings. The apartment was beautiful and we would definitely return again.

WiFi wasn't strong enough to work in the living room so I had to be in the bedroom to make video calls. The price was quite excessive even for a half term, in comparison to the costs during term time. Tv in living room could do with being bigger and smart TV's in bedrooms would be a great idea. I came as a single parent and would have liked to watch some netflix on a TV in the bedroom, instead of using my ipad. My son nicked the TV from the living room for his room to use his wii he had brought with him 😂
