Caravan was really big. All beds were made up. One double and two twin rooms.. Very accessible living area
Very small twin rooms. Dad has mobility issues and very tiny gap to get into bedroom and in to bed

The location was great, Saundersfoot is beautiful. We were a very short drive from Tenby which is one of my favourite places ever. We spent a day at Oakwood and the kids had a great time there. We weren't blessed with the weather but we had a fab time anyway.
The staff in reception were lovely and very friendly.
The shower, whilst small was warm with great water pressure.
The caravan was fitted with blinds, I found this a nice touch.
The kids loved the pool.
The caravan was damp, the smell was noticeable in the main bedroom. The damp was visible on the curtains in this room also. I believe the wardrobe was affected mostly as my clothes each day were cold and moist when I got them out.
There was dirty underwear and a t-shirt left in the drawer from the previous occupiers. This tells me the caravan hadn't been cleaned properly.
The bedsheet in the main bedroom had an ominous stain on it. To me, it looked like blood.
The listing said linen was provided which it was. To me this would involve towels also, fortunately for us, I checked the night before we travelled to be told there were no towels left so we had to provide our own.
The kitchen, whilst stocked was inadequate in my opinion. If you're going to advertise a property as being able to accommodate 6 people, then cooking implements should be provided to accommodate 6 people. The saucepans were not big enough to cook 6 people's worth of food in. The oven trays were too small to cook for 6 people in one go too.
We didn't attend the parks entertainment so I can't comment on that.

Absolutely fantastic spot and very helpful staff. We forgot one of our bags and staff were so helpful especially Georgia in helping us get it back.
Would recommend this holiday park

Nice clean park. Lovely staff
We arrived and the curtain had fell down. The manager got a knife and shoved it in the pelmet upside down with rail hanging at.the bottom. Not ideal. The same night turned light off and due to a faulty bulb it would not turn off. And could not get cover off to take out bulb. So no sleep that night as the other room and lounge had family in. Got sorted the next day. Next night we're woken by neighbouring caravan fighting and arguing with a dog which was going mad and barking. Woke us all up. For almost 600 hundred pound for.2 nights I think this was disgusting. Shall not return.

Lovely location to ho see the sights. Not a massive site just right
Right by road early AM traffic. Furniture outside didn't use very sticky from sap

The park and the location itself were idyllic I can’t fault it but what a shame about the people. Apart from the blonde lady in the bar and the dark lady in the office the staff were offhand, unhelpful and resentful. The “host” the first night blatantly favoured the Welsh kids who he let sit on the stage but stood there shooing mine away. He gives out medals to his favourites as one earlier reviewer commented and I can concur. Then my older son who is SEN and only 6 years old had a nose bleed as he sometimes does with blood all over his little face and no one even expressed concern, the surly man who handed me a piece of blue roll at the bar when I asked him for a tissue looked at us with disgust and didn’t even ask if he was ok. Then my youngest who is only 4 was bullied by 2 older boys who maliciously broke his toy and scattered pieces of it over the play area. They had actually torn the wires out of it- so spiteful. Let’s face it, The place is beautiful but I found the locals hostile, rude and resentful. I left a day early and I won’t be returning.
The people!

Great location, cosy place.

Location of site was good just above Saundersfoot. Caravan was clean and beds made on arrival
Site felt absolutely dead. Caravan frankly overpriced for the facilities.

Location. Peaceful and quiet
Having to pay an extra £5 per day as we brought two vehicles to the caravan park

Clean caravan. Good locatipn
There was some noise from the road
2.0
it was well equip had all we needed
the noise during bar opening times gets worse during kicking out time with people shouting and kids running round, the none parking by the van which is pain when you have to keep walking back and too as there’s no where to park near the van to unload

property was clean and good location
there was a very strong smell of weed and smoke when we arrived in the caravan, had to go out and but febreeze and zoflora to try and get rid of the smell but unfortunately it was still there.

Very helpful friendly staff.
Clean accommodation.
Allocated parking.
No noise from other holiday makers.
Noise from the road, and acorns raining down on the roof were very noisy - it's probably only a problem for a few weeks in autumn but it was incredibly loud and woke us up most nights.
Reception not open very long.

Being off
the site
Very expensive for what it was and it was outside school holidays. Nobody to find in the office to complain to the
Slabs outside of the caravan were wobbly and unsafe. Once again nobody to complain too
No hot water my son had to work out how to turn it on as before Nobody to contact. I have stayed in Saundersfoot for many years and this was the worst accommodation ever
Very noisy from caravan full of party goers. Road work and builders reving work vans
The roads were blocked off by the police for a street party on the Saturday and it would of been nice if they had sent a message telling us that for that week the other roads were closed for an iron man contest
VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED but having Nobody to speak to for help, unless you went into the bar that was if anybody was there.

Staff were very friendly, the clubhouse had great entertainment
Carpet in the caravan was a bit smelly, I think from being shampooed and not drying out completely
