Easy to access, and right at the city center.
The free room upgrade wasn't free at the end (even after signaling the problem to both the hotel and booking).

Lovely hotel in the city center. Amazing location and view from our room. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Solid breakfast. Beds are super comfortable, clean and fluffy.
The rooms and bathrooms are a bit outmoded and could use some freshening up, but overall great value for money.

The location is just perfect, I strongly recommend booking a room with a sea view. Also, the staff is just excellent, they make staying very enjoyable
The hotel is very outdated, equipment has not been updated in the past 30y for sure

They give the best given the facilities available. Staff is nice, beds are comfy and breakfast is good enough. Location is fantastic
Needs love from the owner. It was good in the 80's but needs refurbishment. Room was small, walls thin, no hairdryer and I guess horribly hot in summer

Don't be put off by the low score of 7.1! I read the reviews carefully and realised that this hotel would well suit our needs. Excellent location, near bus station. Yes,it needs some refurbishment, but this could make it more expensive! We asked for an extension lead when we booked and it was waiting for us in our room. We asked for a plug for the bath and we got it! Yes, and we could borrow a hairdryer too! Great place with really lovely, helpful staff.

Shower curtain too short, not adequate

We booked is Last minute. The staff was very kind. The room was nice and big. The bed was confortable. The location is great! And the breakfast was rich and and you could choose from many dish.
The coffe for the breakfast was not so tasty. Maybe the only disadvantage when you open the Windows during the night, the noice come up from the terrase. The hotel has a terrase bar downsteirs with live music Sometimes what can be noisy. But for us it was ok and they didn't play until late. (mid September)

Excellent location next to the old town and on the sea front. Parking right out front.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Breakfast good.
Stray cats around outside tables however this seems standard for Sibenik!!
Evening menu unexciting and did not offer local dishes.

Excellent location and really helpful and friendly staff.
Breakfast was superb and it could be taken indoors or outdoors, they offered a buffet with hot and cold options including scramble eggs, bacon, sausages (Frankfurt and a local sausages that were absolutely delicious) fruits, pastries, cold meats and cheeses, yogurt, different spreads... Lots of options! And good quality produce.
The room deco was basic and the toilet a bit outdated but the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a bath with a shower head with good pressure, toiletries were available. It had air-conditioning but I when I visited I didn't need to use it (late September)
It has a lift, which I found rare in Croatia, most buildings are quite old with no lift, however if you have difficulties walking up the stairs, Sîbenic is not the town for you, there are steps and hills everywhere, but it's nice to have a lift in the hotel.
Location couldn't be better, right by the old town opposite the seafront, 5 min walk from the bus station, 5 min to the cathedral and about 10 min from the food market.
I'd definitely stay there again if I go back to Sîbenic.
I couldn't fault this hotel, rooms and bathrooms could do with a bit of re-decoration but generally speaking it's a lovely hotel for the price

The location of this hotel is just unbeatable. I'd say, best in town. They serve delicious breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean, all these facts combined make up for the things I didn't like.
The hotel badly needs refurbishing to be compatible with what people expect today. The last reconstruction must have been decades ago, my guess would be late 80s or early 90s. I was told by one staff member, that the reconstruction is imminent.
The hotel has very little parking places available in front of the hotel. About 200-300 meters away they have a second parking (very limited capacity) lot which they share with another hotel. The access is via a card that has to be borrowed at the reception desk and brought back for every access. That's why I have rather decided to use the city garage "Poljana" which was not included in the hotel price but was more convenient to use. And it's just 3 minutes walk away from the hotel. Despite all these drawbacks I keep returning to this hotel because of it's convenient location and delicious breakfast.
