OTTIMA SOLUZIONE

Bellissima Struttura appena fuori Grimaud. Gli appartamenti sono spaziosi, puliti e ben organizzati. La piscina e’ bella e pulita. Posizione strategica per visitare la zona. Necessaria l’auto perché a piedi non si raggiunge il paese, soprattutto la sera. Staff cordiale e disponibile, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo per la zona.

Pochi lettini a bordo piscina nonostante l’ampio spazio a disposizione. La piccola vasca di fianco alla piscina sarebbe bello fosse idromassaggio.

The worst place I have ever stayed in my life and I am 62 years old and travel extensively, I travel

It was the worst property I have ever stayed in. I travel two months out of the year to Europe. This place should be shut down as it is infested with ants ants were in our bed, fighting us all over the kitchen all over the whole place they even got into our luggage. I want my money back.

I hated everything about this property. The property should be shut down as it is infested with ants ants were in our bed and our luggage in the whole kitchen, bedrooms, living room, bathrooms we were bitten in bed from ants. The place is filthy, dirty I want my money back.

nice peaceful place

location was nice, 5 mns by car to the old town of Grimaud. peaceful morning with bird sounds and a nice view, nice pool to chill .

check in was at 4pm and check out was at 10am . a bit too short

Only OK, but could be a lot better

We stayed only for one night to visit a friend in the area, so the location was convenient to Grimaud. It was an ok experience, but the whole property lacked finesse, cleanliness and attention to detail. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The apartment was not really clean. On check in, you are given a list of things you must do before leaving, which includes cleaning the floors and walls. Well, the floors were dirty and the walls - there was no way I was going to clean already dirty walls! The outside terrace was particularly grubby and the table unwashed for weeks. They did not provide any sponges for cleaning - only a dish brush and one tea towel, so even if you wanted to clean, you could not. The sheets on one bed were badly stained - looked terrible. The pillows were the most uncomfortable I have encountered in a long while - it felt like they were stuffed with large, hard balls of something. Overall, I would only recommend this place if you need to be in the area and are staying for a night or two. Strangely, the toilet seat was too big so that you could not open the toilet door without lifting the toilet seat - a bit of a contortionist act required to use the loo!

lovely location just outside saint tropez and good facilities

the pool had enough sunloungers but most of the umbrellas were broken and there were not enough to go around during busier times.

no walking area around and the streets around were very narrow to walk next to we had to always take the car to reach a wandeling path the place itself was really good to stay in

Welcoming staff and a nice setting but inadequate facilities in the property for the price.

The view and air conditioning

There were no bedside lights and a badly placed plug socket in the main bedroom. There was no kettle or oven. I didn’t see the need for a dishwasher or coffee machine when an oven and kettle would have been so much more useful for cooking for family. A piece of the skirting board had fallen off in the kitchen. The floors were quite dirty downstairs and the patio doors were very heavy and stiff to open and close. There was also a dog poo next to our terrace.

Very spacious areas

Some beds weren't made and the balcony and living room weren't so clean. Also the reception was closed when we arrived even tho they told us they'd be open. Apart from that, all good.

It was clean and very spacious. There was enough parking space, but, be aware, if you have some physical disadvantage, you have to go up a steep way to your room

We were 3 people and they only left ONE roll of toilet paper. Is TP so expensive in France? We had to buy our own.

Fabulous location

Great location and only 10 min to the sea. A warm welcome at check-in by the staff. Apartment block 7 is the furthest from reception and it was basic in design, but had all the amenities. Powerful shower and comfy bed. Our terrace had views to the stunning mountains. A good rental price for the close proximity to the beach and well located in between Sainte-Maxime and Saint Tropez.

We had breakfast on the first morning at €9 per person, which was very basic a limited in choice.

A stay away from the crowd... Or so....

The location next to Grimaud village... Kind staff though a bit overwhelmed with work and not up to the task as regards availability for cleaning your room on time.....

Definitely not a good value for money.. Don't go there if you need quietness.. On Saturday all your neighbors will party and home limiteless due to health restrictions !! NOT a good idea 😜 And who is the stupid architect building a wall on a terrace with such and incredibly beautiful view !!!!
