About this villa rental

Beautiful villa in typical Moorish-southern French style, with views over the old town of St. Tropez, within walking distance (5-10 min.) To the city center (Place des Lices, Marina), also located in a quiet cul de sac, in the only single-family homes are allowed.

Spacious bright living room (2 sofas, 1 table for 8 people, with views over St. Tropez, TV, DVD, stereo, WiFi), covered terrace with summer kitchen, gr. Dining table and aperitif table.

Circumferential garden with chairs and abdeckbarem and heated swimming pool, 200 year old olive trees, herb garden, flower beds, very well maintained. The pool area can be separated by a safety fence for small children.

Large kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, Gr. Refrigerator with icemaker, Nespresso ...) with dining counter, private glazed passage to the terrace / garden and open to the living room.

Separate sleeping area: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor
1 bedroom and 1 bathroom in the basement
(Total 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms)

All rooms (except living room) equipped with shutters, so you can sleep undisturbed from heat and light long! All inputs are protected by modern security locks or electrical grid.

Washer and dryer, ironing station and 2 American fridge in the basement.

Traumhaft!

Komfortable, voll ausgestattete Villa in nahezu perfekter Lage: ruhig und gleichzeitig sehr nah am Zentrum und Strand. Neu saniert mit Aircondition und schönem Pool, wunderbar gestalteteter Garten. Die Gastgeber waren immer schnell erreichbar und haben uns liebevoll mit tollen Tips versorgt. Wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt und haben unsere Zeit sehr sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Haus am Stadtrand von Saint-Tropez

Das Haus ist sehr groß (200 qm) und vollständig ausgestattet. Die Lage ist prima, es sind etwa 950m bis zum zentralen Place des Lices in der Stadt. Wir hatten ein Klappfahrrad dabei und konnten so schnell alles dringend notwendige besorgen. Der Weg zu den Stränden nach Pamplonne ist kurz, man muss nicht durch die Stadt fahren, wo es häufiger Staus gibt. Vor dem Haus und in der Straße, die eine Sackgasse ist, gibt es reichlich Parkplätze. Insbesondere die große überdachte Terrasse sowie der Garten mit dem Pool sind wirklich schön und wir haben alles sehr genossen. Die Übergabe durch Isodora Silva war sehr angenehm, sie spricht allerdings nur französisch, ihr Mann konnte jedoch ins Englische dolmetschen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und alles so wie erwartet. Was haben wir vermisst? Eigentlich sehr wenig, wie z.B. eine Klimatisierung der Schlafräume. Im Hochsommer wird es doch ziemlich warm und kühlt auch nachts kaum ab. Die vorhandenen Ventilatoren helfen da nur bedingt. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner, angenehmer Urlaub und wir haben uns in dem Haus von Irmgard und Gabriel Spernath aus München sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen sicher einmal wieder.

La maison est magnifiquement placée à 5/6 minutes à pied de la place des lices et dans une impasse au calme total ! La maison est très bien équipée mais sans clim et vous donne l’impression d’arriver dans une maison de famille conviviale. A noter que les literies sont excellentes .

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse mit eigenem Parkplatz und man hat von der Terrasse aus einen traumhaften Blick ins Weite und kann abends den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Das Haus im Provence-Stil ist genauso wie beschrieben, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten sehr bequem und der Pool ein Traum - wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Schlüsselübergabe und Besichtigung des Hauses liefen problemlos über die Bühne und bei weiteren Fragen war immer jemand zu erreichen. Super!!! In nur 8 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Marktplatz von St- Tropez und in 10 Minuten ( mit dem Auto)am Strand von Pampelonne - ruhig , aber trotzdem mittendrin! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We are a family of three who absolutely loved our first vacation in St. Tropez. We had been touring England and France before ending our vacation in Irmgard's lovely villa where we relaxed by the pool, spent hours each day at Plage de Salins, and walked to the town center every evening for groceries and ice cream. The home is a free-standing private residence, not a townhome as we know it in the US. It is well equipped with water toys and also bikes (only 2.5 miles to the beach). Check in with Irmgard or Florence ahead of time about supplies as we ran out of toilet tissue and paper towels and Florence did not want to replenish it for us. Irmgard provided some nice drinks on arrival which were much appreciated!! The kitchen had a nice supply of spices, oil and vinegar as well as lots of dishes - we even hosted a luncheon for family.

We really thought this house is a great option if you want to discover St Tropez without having to drive around the very busy traffic in summer! Just a 10-15 min walk into town. Great garden and good pool. House is larger than the pictures would suggest. Florence the housekeeper helped us very efficiently when a small problem arose with the dvd player/tv combo, she even made sure a new television was provided. She also very kindly bought some groceries (at our request) for our first arrival day so we didn't have to go to the supermarket. Great service!

Wunderschönes, geräumiges Haus mit sehr schönen Garten und Pool. Die ruhige Lage ist perfekt. Man kann zu Fuß in die Stadt gehen und ist schnell am Pampelonne Strand.

We had a wonderful, though too short vaction at this place! The house is absolutely cute and typically "provençal" and at the same time perfectly in shape, just some walking minutes away from the famous port of St. Tropez and still totally calm! During the day, sometimes we just stayed "at home" enjoying the very clean an tidy swimming-pool area, drinking cocktails with ice from the ice machine and making barbecue with the integrated barbecue grill - at night, we could go out withous thinking of "how to get there" or "who is going to be on the wagon" as we just walked to the clubs! Sometimes we went to Plage des Salins beach, a short ride away, or to the farer away, but more famous beaches of the Plage de Pampelonne. The owner, Irmgard, also did everything to give us a great welcome - when we arrived, Champagne was waiting :-) She also told us to call whenever there is a problem - but there was none. If you are a group of people and search for relaxation as well as having fun together, this is the place to be! We are definitely coming back!
