We enjoyed the home and the layout was great. Really liked the number of rooms and bedroom layouts. Location was nice. Was disappointed the advertised Hot Tub was not working and no one let us know before we arrived. Had a few small issues, but nothing major beside the Hot Tub. Enjoyed the stay very much, would definitely stay in this home again, hopefully with a working Hot Tub.

A great location at Wapato Point and home that could accommodate our family of 11 adults children under 3 yrs. There were a few ‘functional’ problems that should be addressed: wall oven was not working and we called customer service az soon as checked in. They responded to call and put a ‘work order in’ but we did not hear back in the 5 days we were there. Fortunately there is a stove with working oven however it only has 2 settings—350 or 375. We loved the house. 8 teen girls for a girl scout troop celebration. Our only complaints were that the downstairs was so cold we could not hang out down there (I am not exaggerating- it was an ice box from the air conditioning) and the jacuzzi jets did not work.

Nice big house, only 5 dining chairs. Cleaning crew should be fired - bedding not fresh in at least two bedrooms with items left under sheets, old pieces of soap in bathroom, empty cans, sticky cabinet handles, greasy dining table. Dryer does not work well.

Wapato Point is an amazing location. This home fit our needs perfectly. With 12 of us (6 parents/grandparents) and 6 children/grandchildren ages 13-22 we had lots of room for everyone. We especially appreciated the fact that there were 6 bedrooms - 3 upstairs (used by the parents/grandparents) and 3 downstairs for the grandkids. The downstairs area also included a small kitchen with fridge and a pool table and large TV and couch. The upstairs kitchen was very well stocked for our family that loves to cook. This is also a great location for taking walks, and just a block away from one of the several pools and the lake. We were on the go most of the time with the available activities including boating, pickle ball, tennis, basketball, horseshoes, biking, mini-golf, volleyball and on and on. We plan to go back on our next family vacation.

The house accommodated our large family including kids and a toddler very well. Highlights included lounging in the comfy patio furniture and dining al fresco on the deck with views of the lake as well as the close proximity to the beach park and heated pool (both a short walk). The only negatives were the poorly functioning stove and oven, uncomfortable master bed and an unstable/unusable twin bed (the boat shaped trundle bed). That said, I would stay here again.

We had a great view and lots of room. From the pictures online i was under the impression it was updated more than just the living room, kitchen and master bath. Overall the house was not clean to what we expected for the price. We went to Walmart and bought sheets and towels after finding hairs and blood on most the bedding. The mattresses were for the most part terrible. I would probably look for a different rental next visit.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful views and trails for walks.
We were however disappointed in the Wapato Point amenities that we were expecting. We have been there many times during this week of the year and have enjoyed purchasing a sports pass which allows us access to canoes, kayaks, mini golf, etc. Unfortunately they had almost nothing available to us. The tennis courts were also locked for refinishing. Family activities such as these were a big reason for our stay and we were disappointed to have not been made aware of these closures before our stay.

We stay at vacation rentals every year as an extended family. This was by far the best we've ever had. The setup is excellent for hanging out and cooking. The downstairs was great for the older kids to have their space and watch tv and hang out. The view and neighborhood was fantastic. Would for sure stay here again.

Good Family Vacation House
Wapeto Point is a summer vacation paradise & this property is large enough for multiple families. Upstairs has 3 large bedrooms and the lower level has 3 bedrooms which are great for younger families with children. The lower level bathroom needs new flooring & it’s definitely a rental house, but overall it’s well stocked and the location to the lake and beach is worth it!

I would say this house was not the cleanest. The bedspreads had stains and the floors with coming up and they had pillows that she'd everywhere! BUT the kitchen and bathrooms were very clean and the house was well stocked with everything you need. All you need to bring is food and clothes. So I would definitely stay here again, just know it's a rental and seems to be treated like a rental by others and borders on being a little run down.

Wapato Point Resort is always inviting. This is actually my second time coming in this area since 2017. The surrounding itself is very well kept and friendly. So I made a decision that my next vacation with my friends will be in one of the vacation rentals. The house looked spectacular, very nice layout and also the view from the upper porch is amazing.
I understand it’s a rental property and there’s always criticism. There are few things that caught our eyes that is very unsanitary and unsatisfying that leads to some disappointments from exterior to interior part of the house.
Things that can be provided, done and easily inspected before the property can be rented.
I had business rentals in my own before and I know how business works. But always looking for safety.
Overall, everyone enjoys their mini vacation, it could’ve been better if everyone meets the expectations and what their money deserved.
