attitude of check in clerk spoiled what could have been good experience

for non festival stay, location is good

arrived on festival day, police closed street. no way to find hotel, hotel did not answer phone or voice mail. my wife finally walked there and confronted clerk who said he was too bust to answer phone, had no suggestion where to park or how to drive to hotel. attitude was “it is your problem not mine”

Clean and central

Everything was clean and modern. Beds were good and big. room cozy. The location was great!

There is no parking close by. You can easily hear everyone in the building from your room.

Beautiful spot in Llanes

Absolutely gorgeous spot in great location in Llanes. Booked a double room and family room. Beautiful, clean, great facilities, and aircon. We walked to la Playa de Torro for a fantastic swim, recommend!

Location was great. Room was basic but very clean. Good breakfast.

We paid for parking for one night only instead of three because it was so terrible. There was no lighting, very dangerous. We are very experienced driving in Europe and tight, narrow spaces are not a problem but this parking garage was horrible.

Offers the possibility to visit a picturesque small village on the atlantic coast. Clean modern room but no air condition-for me not a problem because the day was cool and rainy.

Perfect location. Port beaches restaurants very close. Interesting old town. Room spotless. Overlooking pretty garden. Comfy bed. Room also had kitchen facilities which was very useful. Original staircase in hotel stunning whilst still lift available

Amazing appartment. Recommended.

The room I stayed in, despite very large and confortable, didn't have any kind of cooling (nor air conditioning nor fan) besides the open windows (on a hotter day it would probably be a problem), and since it was on a low floor, the noises from the street were very loud in the room, luckly it is a relatively quiet street.

Had requested twin beds...room had a double, the receptionist tried to make out it was my fault for not contacting hotel. Eventally we were told we cold have a twin for 1 night.... we accepted that, however they let us stay in that room for 3 nights. Smell in bathroom No air-conditioning and window only opened a little Only one socket in bedroom behind the bed headboard which was nailed to wall... No mirrors other than bathroom The staff came in every morning but didnt make the beds, they pulled up and tucked in duvets to make it look like they were made! What was the point?

Was really nice to arrive for a comfortable night after a really long trip to get to Llanes

Loved the shower, appreciate the 24hr reception, room was super quiet

Hated the place

Breakfast was good value

Our room was terrible, a baking hot attic with no air flow. Much later 7pm someone opened the sky light, we bumped our heads repeatedly in the bathroom. We could have stayed at the beautiful hotel 50m away for the same price €80

Very good

Everything was extremely clean and well maintained, the shower was very modern with two modes and good pressure.

The room a little bit small and the toilet felt cramped (the door would not open completely because it hit the radiator, there was no place to hang the towels).

Hotel location and building was very nice. Friendly staff.

The hotel was under reconstruction, bedrooms were not finished (closet with hammer& nails still inside, etc) very dusty everywhere, so we were forced to use the elevator which was contradictory to corona measures. Room cards were failing everyday. so you had the need to go to reception to reactivate them again. No shampoo was provided, only shower gel and soap bar.

Nice little hotel no complaints, would definitely stay her again.

This was a friendly hotel, good value for money and the breakfast was good. It was located in a quiet street.

The room was rather small but as we only stayed one night it didn't matter.
