About this apartment rental
SKI IN/ SKI OUT large 1400 Square foot condo on two floors. A great place to have your own clean and safe space to cook and hang out after a long day of skiing and spending time outdoors. Easy in and out access to come home for lunch or just warm up with a mug of hot chocolate!
Easily catch 1st tram from any of the three of our units...all being in the closest vicinity to the Tram Base area and Pump House water park.
Our 3BR unit feel like stand alone cabins and are attached to another unit by only a few feet. Our family renovated the unit for our own comfort, since we stay here whenever it is not rented!
New doors, windows, over sized 16' X 12' deck, paint, carpet, couches, dining set, stainless appliances, a new 55 inch Hi Def LED TV to watch the game! Also, a high efficiency boiler and on demand hot water heater. This home provides a more comfortable alternative to the newer condos which are much smaller and share walls, ceilings, floors with neighboring units. Two minute walk to PUMP HOUSE water park, ski down to lifts and tram, walk to world class 18 hole golf course. You can ski down to one of four lifts including the tram in the morning and ski back for lunch, put your skis by the deck, put your boots by the wood fire, and eat in comfort (SAVE $$, no looking for an open seat). Ski home any time for a snack or bathroom break and at the end of the day. There is ample parking compared to many of the new condo lots. Fully stocked custom kitchen and laundry!

This condo/cabin provides plenty of space to relax and enjoy when not on the slopes.
We have an EPA certified wood burning fireplace with awesome 12 foot high stone hearth!
We have a renovated entry way with tons of cubbies for helmets, gloves, etc. and tons of hooks for ski jackets and pants. The unit has two beautiful rustic bathrooms, Log Beds in upstairs larger bedroom, King beds and new stainless kitchen appliances!
It overlooks a wonderful yard with private open space, maple, birch and evergreen trees.
You can watch the tram go by between the evergreens.
Skiing back for a break, snack, or lunch is a piece of cake. You can ski right to the door.
Back-country Access: The Jay area is known for the best back-country skiing in the East.
Thousands of vertical feet of bottomless powder!

Ride the dip without a hike or traverse the ridge to BIG JAY and ski the best stuff in the east!

We had a great Easter weekend ski trip with friends and our kids, easy walk to the waterpark and restaurants. There was still enough snow to ski to the lift and ski to the back deck at the end of the day. Loved the wood fireplace and plenty of pantry supplies for cooking!

Everything about our Jay Peak trip was great. We had plenty of space for our whole group, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the trailside location was right on the mountain. The hosts were very quick with their communication and even went above and beyond by buying us takeout when the dishwasher needed servicing through no fault of their own. We would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful weekend despite disappointing snow conditions, thanks to the crazy March thaw. A quick walk to the pump house kept the little kids happy all weekend long. The condo was well stocked and comfortable for 2 families to share (4 adults and 4 kids).

Our family had a great time at this condo for a week of skiing and riding. The layout worked very well for us in terms of having our gear organized in the entry area to relaxing on the large sectional sofa in the evenings in front of the fireplace. The Pump House is a short walk from the condo which was great for the kids. The ski in trail is an offshoot from Queen's Highway and once we figured it out we could get within steps of the condo. Overall we had a great time at this property and would recommend it to others.

We enjoyed our 7-night stay. Great place that easily accommodated 2 families of 4. Loved the wood burning fireplace which neighbors said it is one of the few units left with one. Condo is fully functional albeit a bit dated. Ski out/in requires only a few yards walk to/from trail. Easy walk to hotel and water park. Responsive hosts.

The house is perfect for a ski trip. Easy to get on/off the trails. It is a 5 minute walk to the hotel which was perfect for dinner and getting to the water park.

The location is great with decent ski in ski out access and right behind the waterpark. I did not realize this when booking as the Vrbo map was not clear but we were pleasantly surprised. The condo was well laid out and had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean but some of the carpets had a real lived in look. The place smelled clean when we arrived. We asked about firewood and it was supplied but was very wet and there was no kindling or axe so bring your own fire starting kit if you want to warm by the fire. The hot water and heat went off which made for some cold grumpy sweaty ski bunnies, but the maintenance staff came quickly when called and got it going again. It kicked off again but they had showed us how to reset it and it worked. We got 12” of fresh snow while we were there which totally made the trip. Talking to the other guests this unit is in the better shape than all the rest of the trail side condos. The Hosts were excellent with communication and we would definitely stay with them again. Would have been a five star rating without the hot water issues.

We had an amazing time at Jay celebrating our friends 40th birthday. The condo was absolutely perfect for us. The ski in and ski out was amazing, we couldn't have asked for anything better. We were thrilled with the parking that was available. The fireplace was a great way to end the day with a cocktail. We really appreciated the HDMI cord as well to watch video footage of our day. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend and would definitely come back!

The condo was the perfect size for our family. It is very close to the pump house and skating rink. We enjoyed that while skiing we could return to the condo with ease.

Checkin and out was very easy and we were easily able to contact the host when the heat/hot water temporarily went out. They only real complaint was that "ski-in, ski-out" is a bit of a stretch. Be prepared to walk a bit both in and out, cross a sanded somewhat rough road coming back in, and take a couple of trips down to actually find the condo again as there are no signs. Once you know the route, it's fine.
