From our property, you can walk to the PUBLIC BEACH ACCESS at the JW Marriott , where the year round warm water and blue sky await you. Situated in the third row from the beach, this gorgeous custom-built home offers the luxury and comfort that will surely make you feel at home the minute you arrive. Spanning 4,200 sq. ft, its elegance expands the entire 2300 sq. ft. of air-conditioned, modern living space for your enjoyment. The dramatic open floor plan features 12 foot tray ceilings, all tiled floor and large pocket glass slider doors that open into the screened lanai where a beautiful, large swimming pool awaits you. The house features granite counter tops, stainless steel fixtures and appliances for that modern look.

You will want to relax and read a favorite book in our cozy formal living room/den. There is a formal dining for your distinguished guests. The large great room provides all your entertainment needs as you relax in our soft leather sofas. Overlooking the pool through a set of large glass windows, the breakfast room and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances offer everything you need for your daily use. This house can comfortably accommodate 6 people maximum. There are three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The master has a queen bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds and the guest suite has a queen bed. Your kids in the lanai can be supervised from all the main rooms. Nice house but perhaps a bit pricey. Some updating might be in order-kitchen for instance Fairly convenient to public beach access-15 minute walk. Also very convenient to several nice restaurants-within short walking distance. Disappointing that very little public parking available to both central public beach access points. Unconscionable that no public restrooms available at two central beach areas-possibly a deal breaker re any future visits

The property was well maintained and the pool was very nice. My grandchildren really enjoyed having the pool. The house was clean and there was everything that we could need. The house was just as shown in the picture but we were a little surprised with the window air conditioning in the back bedrooms. It kept the rooms cool but they were not shown in any pictures. They are a little noisy and you have to get used to them. However, we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Thank you Denise for being so helpful any time I had a question and sent you and email. You quick response was always very helpful.

Enjoyed our vacation. Only glitch was that a salesman wanted to come into the house for an estimate. I felt uncomfortable doing this, contacted the owner and everything was taken care of. The owner apologized for the inconvenience. It's okay.

We enjoyed our stay! The house is close to the beach which made for a perfect walk. We appreciated being able to use the beach chairs, wagon, and cooler. The house was beautiful and check in went smoothly. I would highly recommend this location!

This property is in a great location, walk to the beach and 8 restaurants in walking distance. The pool was refreshing after a day on the beach. The beach cart provided was a great benefit. Oh yeah, the house was very nice.

The main bedroom had a new mattress so it was comfortable. The other bedrooms - my two friends were NOT happy with any of the beds - lumpy, slid toward the middle, etc. The kitchen was the best area. Has all the kitchen stuff that you need. We didn't use the pool. Although we were told the pool was heated, it was not even turned on. We didn't find this out until the pool company arrived on the 4th day we were there - we were leaving the next day. The floors were quite dirty - my friend showed me the bottom of her socks and they were black. Laundry room, master bath shower, comfy living room furniture were pluses.

The house in general was really very nice. But many things needed upgrading and a little more cleaning. The pool area could be cleaned and furniture replaced. The kitchen was beautiful and family room furniture comfortable and bed was comfortable. MB shower head quite literally fell on my husband's head. It must've been a problem because there was another one in a cabinet which my husband installed. We contacted the property manager with this issue and also door lock problems and NO RESPONSE! I am sorry but I think that's her job to actually reply. We had previous property questions and found her rude. My husband walked to the beach which is quite the hike. It wouldn't be so bad from just the house to the entrance of the beach walkway, but its an extra hike from there too. My husband did go a few times, but I had health issues and couldn't do it with the high heat, parking was so difficult you couldn't get near it. The only place where you could actually get near the beach was either a hotel or the residents beach which was private. Marco walk was great! Loved nacho mamas and da vinci's dolce mare. But it was hard finding different places to eat. Everyone raves about Doreen's cup a Joe, we didn't see the charm, it was well into an hour wait, food was very average, dirty place, ONE bathroom for men and women and everyone. Mangos was great! The snook inn was fantastic! Next time we'll stay in Naples.

We enjoyed our stay at the place . they had couple of rules to follow , one being the shoes had to stay outside we had house slippers on but our family friend not used to using house slipper , she walked barefoot and her foot was dirty from walking on their floors bare footed . The house had amazing glass windows , but the thermostat can’t be set lower than 75 making the right side of the house warm, for the most afternoon and night. big spacious living room with lovely Decor ! checkin was really easy , never had that East process before .

We had a wonderful 2 weeks here in this lovely home. Morning walks on the beach, afternoons swimming in the pool, great meals in the wonderful kitchen (lots of seafood), gorgeous sunsets, and of course evening strolls for ice cream – all made for a fantastic vacation. A few minor issues were promptly addressed by Cheryl (manger) and Denise (owner). We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next Marco trip. Thanks Denise for sharing your lovely home with us – the location is ideal! Mary, Ron & family.

We stayed at this property dec 30 thru Jan 6. The house was beautiful and very spacious. The kitchen was very well stocked. The pool area was very nice and we ate outride most of the time. The day we checked in the pool heater wasn’t working and they had it fixed by the necut day. We would definitely recommend this property!! We had an amazing time at Marco Island!!

We stayed for a week in August and enjoyed our stay so much. The house is very modern with all the needed amenities. The house is close to the beach, about 5 to 10 minutes walking distance through a couple of streets to the nearest public beach entrance. Shorter distance if you plan on a day pass at Marriott or Hilton. The swimming pool in the house is in great condition and very private so easy to enjoy day or night, considering you keep the noise down at night. There is also a very nice outdoor dinning table to enjoy your meals outside and take advantage of the nice and clean grill. Kitchen has all the needed utensils and cooking ware to prepare all your meals. The instructions to check in are very easy to follow and although we did not need to contact the owners or the manager for anything I am sure they would have been immediately available in case we needed anything or had any questions. The only missing star is for the mattress and pillows which seems to be in need of upgrading. That is the only area of improvement. We will be looking forward to staying here again anytime we are in Marco Island.

We had a great week on 951 Montego Ct. The house was beautifully maintained and had everything we needed. It is a quick walk to the beach and the cart, cooler and beach chairs provided came in handy. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and even used the grill. The pool area was very inviting as well. Would definitely consider renting this property again.
