Waste of money when you can get easliy ITC welcome in the same price.

nothing, it was a really bad experience with nasty bedsheets and lack of hospitality.

everything, mainly the restaurant, they will take your order but will never serve you on time and will keep you on waiting even they will forgot to serve you with complete order.. truly saying it was horrible experience. just one suggestion, before paying advance for the hotel check the room and linens and make shur your room doesn’t stink. and do not eat in their restaurant. morning breakfast is absolutely basic and nothing special. overall do not choose this one for your stay.

The staff was very kind and helpful.

The room was not maintained well, the door didn't lock properly. The bathroom had a broken lock. Over-all, I felt it's overpriced for a less maintained place.

Like the location and the facilities provided by the hotel management.

Attitude of the desk staff, one guy is particularly rude not sure about his racial bias. He is treating English/Hindi speaking people as more sophisticated compared to Telugu speaking.

Bad Management, not guilty even after doing mistakes and will start ignoring you

The location

I asked staff if i could eat outside food in the lobby or restaurant and he said ok. After i started eating they told me not to eat and told me to stop and gave bad looks. I did not like it and complained about it. The general manager was just telling rules and did not even apologize. I would have not eaten if they woukd have said no when i asked

Great hotel but need some maintenance to correct the flaws

1)The location of the hotel 2)The sea facing rooms 3)breakfast 4)courteous staffs 5)clean rooms

1) The rooms lacked maintenance.First thing ,I found the water was not draining out from the washroom. Had to inform housekeeping to get it fixed. 2) No hanger in the bathroom 3) Electric kettle was not working. Again had to inform house keeping team and they had changed it. Actually these are basic requirements in any hotel room and when one is paying more than 5k per day, one should except these to be perfectly fine when they check-in.
