It’s a good thing I enjoyed visiting with family otherwise it would have not been pleasant at all!

No coffee in room as advertised only pot. No room service

Terrible service and no one onside to help I didn’t receive any phone call as emailed!

Nice little motel.

I was pleasantly surprised at how cute the room was.

The AC is really close to bed and blows right on you.

Exceptional

The room was very clean. The air conditioner was good. I had run out of shampoo and conditioner. I called fart and it was there in minutes.

Smelled like mold as we walked in, ac was the smell. No hot water for our morning showers!

Someone carved something inappropriate in the carpet and one chair snapped when I sat in it

cute. definitely not worth the price though

fairly close to downtown area. a little over a mile.

bed was very hard. only a thin blanket on bed for 2 adults. needed an extra blanket in middle of nite. can get front desk there

Trash, no other way to say it.

Only the location was good.

Everything else besides the location. The employees placed me in a dirty room to start, I had booked a suite which I would not consider a suite. They then refunded me $27 and moved into what I can only describe as a 1950's unlevel shack. The air conditioner was right up against the bed and proceeded to blow directly on you without any way to get away from it. I am a country boy and frankly can say sleeping on the ground outside in the Texas heat would be more satisfying stay. Especially for the $250 we spent on the room.

clean and serviceable, but not a good value on weekends

well it was available on two weeks notice which is saying something in Fredericksburg. staff was nice. room was clean and ready on time.

the bed was incredibly hard - and I like a firm bed. the sheets were also pretty rough. the ac unit was so close to the bed it blew right in my face with no way to adjust the vents. it’s also really small. not a bad place, just not a good value. one would expect with the weekend rates they charge they would try and make it a bit more comfortable. I hate writing a negative review as I knew going in it wasn’t 5 star accommodations, but my expectations were a little higher than was provided.

While room was done in good taste it was small and not much extra room.

Great value at the price point

Room was clean, no bugs. Lighting was excellent, bed very comfortable and nice shower. Also, AC, Wi-Fi and TV worked great.

If I owned it I'd clean up the fenced in area of the main structure that faces the units since it somewhat takes away from the nice looking recent exterior improvements of the units. It might take an hour along with a little raking.

Superb

Very clean and very bright! Everything had been upgraded to work perfectly. Bed was very comfortable. A great value! Surprisingly quiet for being near the main road.

Room was small with very little space for all we had, but worked around that and knew we had more stuff than needed.

I would stay here again.

the property was well maintained. It felt like you were stepping back in time. A very quaint motel. There was no musty smell like most hotels have. The room was very clean and comfortable.
