Fantastisch hotel vlakbij Schiphol en heerlijke bedden! Wellicht nog beter dan eigen bed thuis.
En heb nog niet vaak een hotelkamer gehad met een aparte schuifdeur om het slaapgedeelte af te schermen met de gang en badkamer. Hierdoor zeer goede geluidsisolatie en hoor je geen mensen op de gang lopen of een deur van een andere hotelkamer dichtslaan. Top!
Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en daardoor last van 'keuzestress'.

Location, check in staff was excellent, shuttle bus for free.
We arrived a bit early waited for the room to be ready.
Room looks old and very very damaged. Not clean. Waste bin full with other people’s trash. Bed dirty under the topper with hairs and nasty stains.
Had dinner at sports bar. 2x caesar salad which gave us all evening and night belly craps and diarrhea.
Checkout staff was made aware of problems. Did nothing and just apologized. Very very poor standard for an airport hotel

Large comfortable rooms, luxurious after a long flight. The staff found adjacent rooms which made the stay very easy. Staff were helpful and efficient. Quiet considering how close it is to the airport.
There is a very large forest park just over the motorway for anyone wanting a run/cycle.
No real issues - the location was a bit far from town, but that was expected.
On weekends there are no real options for food nearby - closest proper restaurant or supermarket was 5km away.

The check-in is very efficient, the fastest we have ever experienced. The regular shuttle service to/from the Schiphol Airport/Station is well appreciated.
The location is in quiet area. Although it has in-house restaurant, not many choices.

Bed and wifi
Masks are NOT strictly implemented. Even the staff does not wear it. People walk freely around the property without masks.
Not really friendly and welcoming staff - very curt doesn't really care at all.
Shampoo, soap and shower gels are not refilled. We only have so little to use.

Locatie nabij schiphol, makkelijke aanrij route en filevrij naar de luchthaven.
Er lag heel veel stof onder het bed, er was zeker in vele weken niet onder gestofzogen. Ik kijk bij vertrek altijd even onder bedden om te zien of ik iets heb laten vallen. Er lag een volle creditcard portefeuille onder het bed, die de rechtmatige eigenaar kort na z'n vertrek terug had kunnen krijgen.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Das spiegelt sich auch in den Zimmern wieder.
Frühstücksbuffet zu international, obwohl ich extrem europaweit unterwegs bin, gab es nur 2/3 Sachen die gut waren.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Flughafen und bietet im 30-Minuten-Takt ein Shuttle zum Flughafen. Mit dem Taxi kostet diese Fahrt ca. 30 Euro. Vom Flughafen aus gibt es sehr gute und günstige Anbindung an die City, wenn man nicht sofort weiter fliegt.
Das Bier in der Hotelkneipe ist mit 10€ je 0,5 l sehr teuer.

Het was vlakbij de luchthaven en er is een gratis shuttledienst
Geen zeep meer in de badkamer, tapijt op de kamer (hadden specifiek gekozen voor een hotel waarvan we dachten dat dit niet zo was), verouderde kamers, shuttledienst kwam niet opdagen aan de luchthaven dus toch meer dan 45 min moeten wachten

Wir sind um 19 Uhr angekommen und die Zimmer waren noch nicht fertig, obwohl ab 14 Uhr Check In war. Wir konnten erst um 21 Uhr in die Zimmer. Wir wollten den Abend im Zentrum von Amsterdam verbringen und waren nur 2 Nächte dort, der verspätete Check In hat uns die Hälfte vom ersten Abend gekostet.

Food selection in the sports lounge was limited and what was available was pricey. Check-in staff gave incorrect information regarding the shuttle times. The bed was very soft. The tv screen is too small for the distance from the bed. Not very many English channels, Was charged a service charge when paid with a credit card. This was not stated in the booking confirmation.

Do anuncio diz que é perto do aeroporto, mas impossível de ir sem transporte, o tramsfer só funciona do aeroporto até 23 h, depois disso so de taxi que custou 70 € adicionais para andar 10 min até o hotel….
Quarto quente, ar não mudava a temperatura, tivemos que dormir com a janela a erta parte de noite para refrescar….

A/c was broken in our room (it was very stuffy and stifling) - rang front desk - staff member overheard asking supervisor if she could change our room - supervisor said No, arrange for maintenance to attend. no one came for 90 mins - gave up and demanded another room. this all could’ve been sorted quickly with simple common sense - terrible way to treat guests. Then, to top it off, we went to the restaurant and were shown to a table by a lovely waitress, only to be asked by an officious manager that we had to move as we were 2 people on a table for 6 - he wanted to leave the table for a larger party - no one else came into the restaurant while we were there!! We have never been treated this way before

The pillows were very uncomfortable, like trying to sleep on a balloon.
No USB ports in the room. There was one on the back of the TV but the change time for a phone was over 8 hours. Unbelievable in a modern hotel.
The air conditioning only just managed to cool the room down after an hour, again, unbelievable.

We selected this hotel because we had an early departure in the morning. The staff arranged for us to have the shuttle run at our needed time for a small fee. All interactions were courteous and helpful.
Not near public transportation.
