1. Male staff (with pony tail) on duty on 5th June . Very helpful and communicative.
2. Good food.
3. Nice location
1. Terrible bed.
2. Rude female staff on the morning of 7th June 2023. I think she was the lead running the shift. Ordered food and drink. The service was slow. Ordered apple bandit (drink) after the meal, staff attended to other patrons except me. Got up to pay after exactly 25 mins waiting and this female staff was going to charge me for the drink I never got served. I complained that I wasn’t served and she just said “ok I won’t charge you for it”. No apologies, nothing.

They don't clean rooms! It is disgraceful
3.2
location was good
tv only worked from a down load no normal tv room was poorly lit no small fridge or electric plug ins few that were their where at floor level
3.2
The Location of the hotel was very nice, 4 mins walk from Almere Centrum and a 20 min train to amsterdam centraal
The room was very nice and the service was good
Breakfast was alright but could do with more options,
During the weekends, when the disco is on. Its not ideal to get sleep in as it gets very loud

For the price I paid I would say that the stay was good, very good allocated (center of Almere, near the train Station).
The bathroom extractor did a bit of noise, but I got use to it.

value for money, and the bed was pretty comfortable, even though we only got one small pillow per person.
the staff - housekeeping man didn't even knock, just unlocked our door two times to try and hand us some towels; and the bar service was awful - we went down to get a drink simply to be told 'no not here', with no attempts to direct us to the appropriate place.
also, there was a shortage of plug sockets near the bed; with the only ones being near the TV and on the floor near a closet/kitchen area; so really uncomfortable and inconvenient for use.
in addition, the noise suppression of the room was non-existent - even on the third floor, we could still hear everything from the party that lasted until 4AM downstairs.
the soap provided was in a hand dispenser in the shower, and when asked for hand soap they were unable to provide us with any - meaning we have to use the hand soap for our hair and bodies etc.
they also didn't have TV channels - it was only useable by chromecast, and even then it was iffy at the best of times - which was not helped by the appalling wifi, could not load basic pages and had to rely on mobile data for 80% of this trip. would
not recommend at all.
the lights were very dim, with unmovable lamps and barely any coverage of the room - even with everything on, the room was still quite dark.
the scent that lingers in the corridor was also off putting, it smelled old and musty, almost like it was moulding. the general state of the building was not good and it does not match the new and flashy appearance of the downstairs restaurant/bar.

the guys are nice
the room was too dark, all looks black and dark, the wall is dark, the light is dark, the decoration is really very bad and scarely, the lights equipment is very simple, the most important is the price is expensive like a formal business hotel. No parking place, you have to be charged. If you are not for relax like drinking or meeting friends, but for business, you'd better book a formal hotel, this hotel is only for relax, not for business.

The room was big, the bed was very comfortable and the location is great.
It's in the middle of everything, stores, restaurants and supermarket near by.
At the first night there was a party at Anno, and the walls were not sound proof. Everything was shaking from the bass of the music and it made it very difficult to sleep.
The breakfast was slim, not much selection there, but it was nice.
3.2
nice balcony, good location
music from disco was playing till almost 4 in the morning. no chance to sleep
double bed it is 2 separate beds which is moving on from other

Attentive staff, comfy spacious room, nice bed, balcony, tall and wide mirror, can adjust the heating very quickly, excellent breakfast. I wish I had been younger and had come to stay here, then I would have tried the club, the cocktails and I would dress up in the big walk in closet space/mirror.

Staff was alright. Good for party people who don't sleep, making an hotel room pointless.
Check in was okay. I had to give 100€ deposit, even though I was already paying quite a lot for sleeping in this hotel, but they gave it back on the checkout. The room was not so bad, apart from having a dirty old sock and some other things under the bed, which made me question the cleaning of the place. There was absolutely no room service, my sheets and towels were never changed or the bed made for 3 nights. No hairdryer. No safe. If you're staying in this hotel to sleep and try to get some rest, I'll assure you you won't get any of this. This is a disco with beds in it. The music was so loud that everything was vibrating in my room. At some point, somebody was trying to open my door overnight. They never told me at what time breakfast was. And the breakfast was really bad... I've had better breakfast in 15€ hostels, so don't get fooled by it. It's way too expensive when they clearly don't run a hotel but yes a disco/bar/restaurant. If you are thinking of "sleeping" in this hotel, please come open minded and with a party spirit, or else you won't be happy.

Maybe my problem with sleeping because I was too nervous for long time waiting..
3.2
good location in the city centre
the rooms were not very clean
the furniture, doors, flooring etc. was bad quality
i am a woman and was by myself and I felt very unsafe. The place just seemed very shady.
3.2
My partner got food poisoning in breakfast
The blanket had a very bad smell
3.2
The bed was comfortable
There was no shower gel and towels.
3.2
Easy going place, no hassle, friendly staff, in the middle of town with terraces for sundowners and we were allowed to bring our dog. Easy access to shopping area
First night was nice & quiet. Thursday night however, terrace goers left drunk and made a fair amount of noise. Wifi was poor and Chromecast is nice, as long as you know how to operate...
3.2
Location Location & Location in the day & night it is super . Open on the main night life of the city at night and at the market and good cafés in the day, totally noise isolation when the windows are closed.
Clean rooms , beautiful balcony, helpful staff, Need of a Negative COVIT19 test to join the night club at the weekend I think it is a Good & encouraging sign of disciplined staff of the hotel to be reliable and securing the safety of the staff & guests
Plenty of ice , coffee & tea at the room
Breakfast was good typical Dutch 4 eggs with ham & cheese on a white bread toast with A delicious dutch coffee. No open buffet this time because of Coronavirus rules ... shema, Dutch Breakfast buffet is a must. Should try it specially for the kids.
It was hot (July 2021)
No airconditioning or even fan was a big issue.
Beds Good & clean sheets but sheets need to be fitting the mattress.
