Great place, at a short walking distance from the center of Delft.
The room was quiet and cozy with all amenities.
The staff was really friendly and there is also a lovely garden and lounge area.

The location, although not central to the town, felt safe and quiet. The property has the potential to be a charming B&B.
The staff was really rude, we felt ignored and even small requests like asking for cutlery or directions were either unanswered or met with a very curt response. I have to say that their staff changed a lot during our stay and some of them, especially the weekend staff were wonderful. This was our experience with front desk staff during some days of the week. We were extremely uncomfortable because we could see that not all guests were treated so poorly. I have never been made feel so unwelcome in any other hotel.

We really like the breakfast with fresh options like orange juice, salmon, fresh milk, and scrambled egg. The bathroom was clean.
The fridge in the room was broken before we came. The room is too tiny but filled with unnecessary things like junk food (that you have to pay for your own consumption) in the fridge, a bottle of wine, a book, and even a broken fridge in the clothes cabinet. The kettle was too dirty.

Beautifully decorated and spacious room and bathroom. High quality linen and products to use in the bathroom. The reception staff assisted us with arranging a taxi to the train station. Situated in a quiet neighborhood.
It was quite a long walk from the station to the destination, but completely worth it! Beware that if you have a lot of luggage, that you will have to take it up several flights of narrow stairs.

Good value - very comfortable rooms with all the amenities you need and more than I expected at this price point.
Staff were not friendly or helpful and the hotel is in an inconvenient location - a 15-20min walk from the cafes, restaurants and shops in the pretty old city and the same from the train station and public transport

Cosy hotel in a quiet neighberhood of Delft. Beautifully decorated interior. A really warm and inviting space. Free coffee in the communal living space.
Our room was really quite small and we had a hard time with our 4 suitcases to move around and get dressed. There also wasn't any cupboard space to hang out or pack away clothes.

From the minute we arrived, we felt very comfortable. The staff were so friendly, and couldn't do enough for us. The hotel has a wonderfully comfortable feeling. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was quiet. Only a short walk, and we were in Delft centre or at the train station.
Could have done with somewhere to hang coats in the bedroom.

Location in a quiet neighborhood of Delft, with very beautiful houses with very beautiful gardens in from of them. Grocery stores in vicinity.
Walking distance from the old city center (ca. 15 minutes) and TU Delft Campus (ca. 10 minutes), or Deltares office (ca. 30 minutes).
I could not pay with cash, only card payments accepted by this property.
This was a major inconvenient for me (we are talking about a hotel, after all - it should not be this restrictive when addressing payment methods).
As I traveled for work, all my travel money were cash, in euros - as received from the institution I work for, at departure. Due to a very busy schedule I did not have had the time to go to a bank and transfer some money on my Revolut card, the only one for euro currency in my case. This is why, at hotel check-in, when I was told card only, no cash - I was obliged to use an (emergencies-only) Romanian currency card, in order to make the payment - and support the bank exchange fee in addition.
Also, this generated another moment of inconvenience for me. At check-out, they were supposed to return me ca 15 euros - this was not possible in the end, as they would not make the payment in cash or other card (i.e., Revolut) except the one I used for payment. But this card was in Romanian currency and the transfer of euros was not possible.
I told them I'm fine with not receiving the 15 euros back, but I was not and I am not fine with the lack of hotel flexibility in tackling these issues.

We did not partake of the breakfast however their coffee machine was very good.
We reserved two rooms that were the same but actually one was much smaller. The larger rooms were vacant most of the stay.
The rooms were okay. Smart tvs did not work in either room and the shower was only trickling in one of them.
The staff were mostly very professional but one was very curt.
Those would have been okay for us but the housekeeping was an issue. There was no consistency between the rooms. One room would have water, the other wouldn’t. One would have towels, the other toilet paper.
The neighbourhood is very close to town and a small mini mart which was convenient. Bed was okay and not too noisy. But…don’t expect two pillows.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helped where they could throughout the stay.
The location is also fantastic for access to the University which I was visiting and the city centre for dinner etc.
The window in my room did not close properly and so the room was incredibly cold.
Also, the walls were incredibly thin meaning I woke up several times throughout my stay from noise of people simply being in their own rooms.
Finally I had the breakfast one day but there was barely anything available as they had ran out of most food despite it only being 8am.

You can easily hear people exiting the hotel in the early morning.

The staff were simply amazing, and one more than one occasion helped me deal with minor problems, such as how to get rid of a suitcase that died. They accommodated my dietary restrictions as well. Professional and very, very friendly staff.
The water pressure in the show in my room was very, very low. That would be my one and only complaint.
