Everything. Honestly! It’s our second time staying here at if anything, we loved it more the second time round. The view was exceptional, absolutely stunning! The apartment was clean, comfortable and relaxing. We were able to get a later checkout without issue and the staff were awesome. We loved the breakfast service (so so good, though if I had to pick at anything, I wish the coffee was better-but that’s me being a huge coffee person) and the restaurant was fantastic food and really good value (it actually somewhere to come and eat even if you aren’t staying at the hotel, it’s so worth it.
I would have loved better coffee (the coffee machine isn’t quite to the standards of everything else about this awesome property.

El gimnasio es una maravilla. El parking cubierto es poco accesible por eso la gente lo dejaba en la calle.
Los muebles de las habitaciones están viejos, viejos y dañados. A eso hay que darle una vuelta.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is clean and very well looked after. We received a bottle of wine of the first day which was a very nice touch. The gym is great and has everything you need. Uber to town is 12 euros.
The rooms are a little dated and could do with some new furniture but it’s not really a big issue.

Excellent location, between Lisbon and Cascais. Amazing views. Nice rooms. Super clean linens and towels. Super clean room. Daily service. Nice amenities by rituals. Pet friendly.
Beatriz at the front desk was the most charming and welcoming of the group! Really made a difference.

I cannot recommend this place enough! We found Lisbon to be a very loud crowded place & wanted to get a more serene atmosphere to come home to after being out & about in Lisbon & outlying areas all day. This was perfect! Only about a 10 min Uber drive into Lisbon it was a great refuge for us. The pool was amazing as were the gardens, patios, amenities & staff. Everyone was very friendly & our room was spacious & clean.
Absolutely nothing! Everything was wonderful!

Spacious apartment, wide passages and doorways. Ample wardrobe space and lighting. Safe in the wardrobe. Aircon worked well.
Kitchen was basic, as described and fit-for-purpose. A few more items would do well such as a cutting board, veg peeler, a few plastic mixing bowls, a serving spoon. Dish washing liquid, sponge scourer and cloth were supplied. The freezer was great and appreciated. Washing machine was great to have available. Nice to have the complete operation manuals for the washing machine, stove and microwave in a file on the table.
Huge balcony with lovely views and table, chairs and sunlounger.
Bathroom is large and the amenities provided were ample and nice, good quality. Gown was supplied, so I just missed slippers, which I would expect at the price and star rating.
The beds, pillows and bedding were very comfortable. And the towels supplied were nice and soft.
Breakfast was great. More than enough choice, hot and cold. Quickly replenished when required.
Our dog was welcome. We were allowed to have him with us on the terrace at meal times. He was greeted wherever we went in the hotel, and the room service waiter wanted to stay and play with him! More than enough space in the hotel grounds for him to walk, plenty of bins available to dispose of poop-bags. Plus there's a fantastic nature area directly over the road from the hotel where we spent a few hours. I did occasionally hear other dogs barking in the hotel, but it was never intrusive.
The hotel is aging, and it is truly family friendly - you're going to hear children, and pet friendly... do not expect chic, glossy, impersonal city style. What you do get is a lovely, comfortable and spacious apartment where you can relax and feel at home.
We've found our go-to place to stay whenever we come down to Lisbon!
No explanation of the hotel facilities on arrival. I had to ask where breakfast was served, and I still don't know where the indoor pool, spa, fitness room or vehicle entrance to the underground parking is. I didn't know how to get into the bar area except jumping over some pot plants haha!

We loved that we took our dog and she even got a little doggy pack with a toy, food and dog poo bags, really nice little touch and the food was good and staff always friendly and helpful!
It needs a bit of a refurb as pain flaking in some areas but it didnt hinder our experience there that we enjoyed!

The facilities, pool and gardens
The site gave the impression it was closer to the venue than it was.
We were woken up on our first morning at 8am by maintenance , prepping the walls ready for decorating. We didn’t appreciate this as we rarely get away and after paying a higher price, it was unreasonable.

The apartment was spacious and it was great to have a washing machine. The outdoor area was lovely with plenty of sun loungers and it was good to have an indoor pool too.
The outdoor pool was cold, too cold for anything more than a brisk swim. Although there was a washing machine provided, there wasn't a drying rack. It would also be great if the hotel were able to provide / sell washing powder sachets to avoid having to buy a full box for a short stay.

nice view, quite but at the same time 20 min with bus or 15 with taxi to city centre. restaurant and bar offers nice menus. clean and spacious.
I can’t say a bad thing, maybe that outside pool was cold, but you can’t help the weather 😊

There was nothing in the bedroom just a bed, no bedside table, no chair, no carpet.
