Definitiv nicht 4Sterne Wert

Das Zimmer mit Badewanne, die Bar mit der netten Barkeeperin und coole Drinks

Die Heizung war kaputt und an der Rezeption wurde mir immer wieder gesagt „in der App funktioniert sie“ like wtf?!? Keiner wollte raufkommen und es checken. Das Zimmertelefon hat nicht funktioniert, Weckerservice habe ich beantragt, wurde nicht geweckt.

Sono di passaggio 2-4 volte al mese

Accessibilità da autostrada. Gentilezza estrema del signore alla reception ed aiuto con il parcheggio. Colazione ben fornita e prodotti che mi sono parsi di buona qualità (yogurt e Salmone in primis). Comodità camera.

Nulla da segnalare se non la rampa del parcheggio che è un pò stretta e richiede qualche cautela in più nell'entrare ed uscire se si vogliono proteggere cerchi auto.

Es hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Unweit der Messehalle und der Stadthalle, wo wir unser Auto in die Tiefgarage stellten für 8€ (20Std.) MEGA!!! Das Zimmer hatte alles was man brauchte, es war sauber und rein, ein Fenster konnte geöffnet werden. Klima ist integriert jedoch verwendeten wir diese jetzt nicht. Das Frühstück bot für jeden eine breite Palette. Von süß über pikant, Käse, Wurst,Obst, Gemüse, Cerialien, diverse Milchprodukte auch für Allergiker und oder Veganer. Einfach Top gerne wieder :)

Hotel in guter Lage

Nähe zur Stadthalle gossartig (gleich gegenüber), grosses Zimmer mit bequemen Bett, gute Schallisolierung zur Strasse, grosses, vielfältiges Buffet zum Frühstück

Trotz Parkgarage, kein Parkplatz mehr frei. Diese war auch schwer zu finden und anzufahren. Kein Umbuchen von 3 auf 2 Bettzimmer möglich. Ich musste auch das Frühstück für die 3 Person zahlen. Die Rezeptionistin hat uns ein Restaurant in der Innenstadt empfohlen, aber nicht dazu gesagt, dass wir dort reservieren müssen. Der Weg zu Fuss dorthin war also umsonst.

rather poor choice for one night stop when traveling to Southern seas

We stopped for one night in this hotel traveling for holidays in the South. We thought it would be convenient to stop there, but unfortunately, the hotel does not have enough places in parking, and it seems they did not even try to arrange one for us. From the beginning of the correspondence before the stay, we were informed that they would not have arranged a place in the parking for us. We had to search for a parking place in nearby streets.

The personnel at the reception does not want to speak English. It seems that they are very determined to speak only German. I do not know why, but it looked like a form of German paternalism. Even after I have several times drawn their attention to the fact that I do not speak German, they talked to me in this language, also when checking out. It was rather irritating. The hotel also has some obtrusive way of flooding the guests with notifications and emails, yes, you guess properly, in German, which is annoying in double, first taking into consideration the number of messages; second, they are only in German. Finally, the service of online check-in they offer (of course, the instruction is only in German) does not simply work on their website and is (of course) in German. It is also not clear why they insist on online check-in before arrival as (apart from this that the online procedure does not work) there are two people sitting at the reception, not having much to do.

Disappointing

I'm, not sure if there is something that I really liked. Location was quite okay, 20 min walk from city center.

Quite outdated room, I would say it needs a refreshing. Parking was all full, so we had to park the car 10 min away at public garage. Breakfast has a small variety. Too much paper work upon check in. Too expensive room for this hotel. Will never stay here again.

Pleasant

The room was quite pricey, but wasn't really worth the money. Together with almost 100 euro per night (without breakfast) we were asked to pay the city tax (20 euros for two person) when we checked out. It would be better to know what to expect in terms of additional payments in advance rather than get this information at 6 o'clock in the morning.

Guys, please make some more efforts.

Breakfast was OK, garage is convenient. Room looks nice on the first glance, before flaws pop up. Location is not bad.

Uncomfortable stay - bed have some wheels, several times during the night I had to wake up and move the bed back to the normal position. But the real problem was in pile of dust under the bed - because of easy moved bed, piloow felt down to the floor, and it cought lot of dust and spider web, and it become useless (luckily there was ona more pillow on the bed) In the bathroom lightning is very poor, and it is not easy to shave. guys, please put some more lights in the mirror area.

One of the best breakfasts so far and you will be pampered with a good spread. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel needs to look at their bedding policy when it comes to offering 3 adults in a room.The room is big to accommodate a 3rd adult bed but given a child's bed instead. Otherwise, it will be a perfect score.

Friendly and polite staff, perfect breakfast! Parking availability , either the hotel's or across the street on public parking. Reasonable distance from city center. Clean and huge room, comfy and large bed! Need to say more?

Very good

The cleanliness, the staff at the reception (special mention goes to Fatima who went out of her way to help us), the staff at the breakfast restaurant & the buffet breakfast which was outstanding. The hotels close proximity to the shopping district was also very good. The only disappointing aspect of the stay is that the a/c wasn't working and we didn't sleep too well.

Location and availability of the garage are a great plus. The rooms are clean and breakfast is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very good value for money.

The breakfast was very good. the location is great, just above a Tram station that gets you to the city center in a few minutes. we like the hotel very much and will definitely recommend it to everyone.
