Camera vecchissima, piccola e scomoda. Piena di gradini pericolosi per i bimbi. Doccia minuscola, rubinetti arrugginiti e pulizia molto scarsa

Location, facilities and surrounding nature
Nobody knows anything, the staff is completely oblivious to how the resort works. They need to consult a huge book to answer the most basic questions. They were even unable to tell us if there was a transport service from the near town to the resort and that was only the start. Once you discover on your own where things are be prepared to pay for the beach beds and for your gym (in 2023?!?). They have a card that can be used to pay for services but the card can be topped up only with cash (genius) if you don't want to walk back to reception (quite a long walk) and finally, when you look for some entertainment you get some homophobic jokes in the evening shows that would have been considered lame in the 50s.

The position and the beach were perfect !
But the rooms and facilies were not good . The rooms were not cleaned daily only the towels replaced .
No caffe machine in the room and not the posobility to have a caffe before 7.30 .

We did love in particular:
Pool area, Restaurants and the shops
I did not like:
the gym (quite small and you need to pay a fee. In a resort like this I would have expected a free entrance)

very basic toiletries in the bathroom

Friendly staff, very well maintained resort, good food, excellent facilities for kid's, shops and farmacy in the village, close to the beach
Rooms are a bit dated (but very spacious), just one plug in the room (we stayed in Casbah superior), no internet in the rooms

the location is amazing, the room was nice and clean, the staff was friendly and there is a lot to do. Highly recommended for all the ages
it is a 4 star hotel, I asked for a iron and they said it was not included in the service.

wonderful buffet and beautiful beach in backyard
some staff were unkind and unhelpful

location was great . my favorite were the excursions to other beautiful bays and coastline area.
didn’t like the crowded restaurants and crowded everything but this is to be expected at such a big property. also didn’t understand why it takes so long to get beach chairs assigned to us. long lines. seems like there’s a better system for this.
property needs to be updated for sure. my shower didn’t work/drain water. seems expensive for what the rooms were and the cafeteria style food.

Beach was lovely albeit crowded. Entertainment staff were great for kids. The resort is very low so the view from the beach/pool was of nature rather than buildings.
Often no vegan options except for the salad bar, despite contacting the hotel and they advised there would be some at each meal. Ordered a vegetarian pizza without cheese and it arrived with ham on it. Would not recommend to anyone with allergies as staff were not clear on the ingredients of each dish.

The room was unexpectedly WITHOUT WIFI connection!
The illustration of the facility at the beginning was not clear enough, we had to spend days to adapt to the village facilities
the absence of wifi in the room and the huge distance between the room and the beach. Also the lack of real entertainment for our child (15 years old). Also the lack of shuttle bus between the village and the harbour

location
looks like the hotel from dirty dancing, I’m sure it was great in the 70-80’s

We stayed one night and left the night after. My wife got sick with food there and she had to extensively walk and do stairs to reach the share amenities area. Not doable being 6 months pregnant.
Room was old and had deficiencies all over. Cracks on walls and ceilings. Switches not working. Not safe for my wife to do so many stairs and miles to reach the room every day.

the location
the service, staff were not friendly, clean towels were not provided , horrible breakfast, bathroom products were not adequate and not easy to use, hotel guests must pay to use the beach facilities and book sunbeds, beach towels are not provided for free, check out is too early

The location is beautiful! The hotel is very close to the beach if you have a room located nearby. There are a lot of activities throughout the day. Swimming and walking on the beach is the best feature of this hotel
The hotel is way too big, there are too many people. The restaurants are always packed, with families with small children mainly. The rooms are outdated and look old, some of them are too far from the restaurant and the beach. To eat well we had to pay extra to be accomodated to the smaller restaurant.

This is the resort dreams are made of. The beach is absolutely perfection!!! Gorgeous, gentle and shallow waters are perfect for relaxing and for kids to play in. Property is very safe and alive with entertainment options. Restaurants offer everything any guest can want. There are several shops at the resort to cater to every last minute need. Staff always going beyond and above to make sure the guests expectations were met. Staff was polite and warm, always with a genuine smile. Restaurant buffet menu changed daily, which is great when you are eating there every day. Lots of classes and activities to partake. Plenty of space for everybody to have fun and not feel crowded.
Resort pool looks great, but could have offered more. It's a big pool, but just plain. And swimming caps are required which kills some of the vibe for sure. So maybe forego the caps. Or add a slide for the kids to play or some other feature to make the pool more appealing. Or maybe allow floaties. The pool just seemed like a wasted feature in the resort. It has potential to be a lot more.

the staff is very nice and tries his best to cope with some absurd policies of this resort (the booking of the umbrellas, the payment with the card etc). The beach is just fantastic but this is not credit to the hotel.
this place is MASSIVE. it's very dispersed, one has to walk miles to go anywhere. In size of course quality falls, the food on offer is not great and limited in choice. There is no service at the beach, it's very impersonal. Also, booking an umbrella is a nightmare, something for a horror movie, also to get a towel for the beach is a mission.

the beach
everything needs to be renovated. the staff must be implemented to meet the expectations of the clients: lines are too long and slow.
10.0 / 10.0
I didn't like the fact that he was allowed as a dog, they charge 70e for cleaning, in the end it turns out that the dog is only allowed in the room, a big minus
8.0 / 10.0
Staff was very kind and approachable
Swimming pool was stunning
Room Cleaning wasn’t accurate. The cleaning ladies simply changed the towel and swapped a little bit the floor. Considering the level of the resort, we would expect something better
Sports and sport equipment were all at extra costs. So were the sun beds at the beach.
That was disappointing, as the holiday was sold as an all-inclusive resort.
It wasn’t

+ Despite apparent difficulties in recent years, the property is well kept. Gardens are neat and the buildings have at least a fresh coat of paint on them.
+ Our stay was off for a good start with a welcoming upgrade to a junior suite. Nothing luxurious, which you would not expect here, but it was a nice gesture of consideration and customer care.
In one sentence: It’s terrible! Avoid at all cost!
…for more details read below.
- Terrible service. Utter chaos at meal times.
Our stay included half-board, so breakfast and dinner were included. These were times of neglect, stress, and displeased awe at how low service could get.
It appears this is a place of mass tourism for low-mid tier tourists. It’s quite a big resort with several buildings around the property. I assume they host big groups, dumped in bus loaded hordes that flood the hotels beach throughout the day and the restaurant for dinner. There is no organisation, no method, no process, no customer attention. Guests arrive and no one takes you to a table… you must prowl around in the attempt to snatch a table that is free, clean and set. A mission that is virtually impossible. Tables are left unattended, full of dirty dishes after use. There are rows of carts going in every direction, barely missing hitting the guests. It’s loud and hectic. Food is thrown onto your plate by the hands of angry looking buffet servants.
We have witnessed guests being shouted at for politely asking for a clean table to sit.
Even if the food was good, which it isn’t, you couldn’t possibly enjoy it in this place.
- Paid Beach access. To enjoy the nice beach at the hotel front you must pay for a lounge chair. ANY chair. The price can vary from 12€ all the way at the back row to 180€ in a wide sun bed in front.
We are talking hundreds of chairs piled up together with no space, privacy or quiet.
- Complete lack of organisation. Deficient processes.
Other examples of ill organisation and terrible practices include:
- On the day of checkout you are locked out of your room at 10.00. Be ready for a big surprise when coming back from breakfast.
