Lovely hotel and great location, staff were very helpful and breakfast was lovely
Nothing was perfect in every way

What’s not to like. It’s Twickenham
Nothing to dislike

Close to the wedding venue, check-in was fairly easy and pretty clean all round
Bed was uncomfortable, asked for a cot, and didn't get one, prices were so different between all guests

From the outside it’s good however the room was poor
Asked for 3 beds for 3 people, this didn’t
Happen so I had to sleep on the floor, in the morning at 7, all we could hear was aerobics or the gym, unbelievably noisy, I paid £320 fora shocking stay,
Especially when they doubled the price for the army navy game,

Location
Breakfast disappointing
Room dirty with stained valences and dried blood on pillow. Dusty noisy rooms.

Great location for a match either at the main ground or the Stoop. Access to excellent Virgin Active gym next door. Comfortable beds and fridge in room
Bit of a mix up at check in but probably because it had changed from Marriott to Raddison a couple of days earlier. Some decor and carpets a little tired. Breakfast buffet not replenished as got closer to end of breakfast service.

great location for the rugby match we went to see. the team who service the rooms were very good.
one or two of the staff on reception were quite hard to understand. when we checked out we were charged much more than the booking.com agreed price. when we booked we assumed we could park there. it say parking is available on the website but it doesn’t say that if there is a match on you have to book it weeks in advance.

Its location for going to see Harlequins Rugby, it was also a decent standard and room was comfortable with large beds
Hallways were tired with taped down carpets and unable to open room windows even slightly to let fresh air in. Apparently this is for security reasons?

Location was walking distance from the Stoop, parking was available. Room was good and also access to Virgin Health for an hour or so.
Service at the bar was very slow for clients returning after the rugby game at the Stoop this should have been anticipated and extra staff brought in?

Staying with Glasgow Warriors was an added bonus
Price of breakfast

Location, staff, the rugby team I was supporting was staying there too.
A lapse in attention to detail, minor really, no replenish of teas or coffees etc for the second night. Only noticed on morning of departure

Size of room and bed. Pleasant staff. Free parking. Safe, ironing facilities and hairdryer, tea/coffee etc.
A convenient location for where we needed to go; bus stops outside hotel.
Good breakfast.
Bathroom sink plunger and tv not working in our room, however we were given an alternative room.
Probably many problems due to being in the middle of changing ownership.
Restaurant; this was not available the first evening (a private event), we had not been informed. The bar served limited snacks. We didn’t eat in the hotel after that so not sure if that was the case every evening.
Room and general decor; generally tired, in need of updating.
Charges; for room, breakfast and sundries; confusing for us and the staff. Not sure if I ended up paying the right amount, think we were charged for 2 breakfast when it was included in room rate but that wasn’t clear or we’d have had breakfast every day!
To access the pool and sports facilities you had to go outside hotel into a different entrance (Virgin Active)

Location
Tired rooms and facilities. Needs a refurb. Some of the staff couldn’t understand English and one was a bit rude . Others very friendly and helpful. Breakfast only okay, had much better ones in budget hotels.

All the team members were friendly, helpful and did all they could to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Thank you!
Having a better variety of food options for different dietary requirements would be preferable.

We had to move rooms as the bath plug wasn't working but to be fair, the management team sprang to action and we only had to wait 15 minutes to move.
My colleague loved her breakfast and rated the selection very appealing.
The hotel is busy and buzzy yet the staff made time to help us and made us feel special
Not much. We couldn't use the bath because the plug mechanism was faulty, but the team moved us immediately and gave us a lovely city facing room on the 5th floor. We were really happy, thank you team!

Great location for the rugby, excellent staff

It’s Twickenham stadium and was perfect for ours daughter’s graduation.
The room, despite being a complimentary upgrade was so basic and the carpet was lifting in places, almost to the point of being dangerous. We ordered room service for breakfast as we had an early start, but it didn’t arrive on time and when chased and it came,25 minutes late, it was cold. They did refund it but not the experience we had hoped for.

Big comfortable bed. Refrigerator in room
Location is awful - very industrial. Staff had no idea where to suggest nice restaurants. Double charged my card for room booking. Now waiting for a refund. The pool is next door at the Virgin Active Gym - not in the hotel as advertised

It was a stop over and place to leave the car for a few days spent in central London
Car park was a little walk away but nothing terrible but if raining it may have been an unpleasant walk !

It was clean and quiet. Very polite and courteous staff!
It was farther from London Heathrow than expected. The cost of a cab was 80 pounds

Room was very spacious and comfortable, location excellent free parking which in London is a bonus as this is an additional cost in some other london hotels. Breakfast good value for money. Arrived late so didnt get a chance to use the gym and swimming pool but facilities looked great .
