About this house rental
**Proof of Covid-19 vaccination required for all guests. No exceptions.** My home is peaceful and comfortable, and is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. You will have the entire lower level of my home, with no shared or common areas. There is one very large bedroom with a queen & twin, and the spacious family room has a double bed which is also great for lounging and watching movies. Both rooms have TVs with FIOS and Netflix. There is a mini-fridge, microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker (no kitchen). I supply coffee, decaf, teas, water, paper plates, cups and basic utensils. Nearby is the Reston & Dulles Town Centers, the Air & Space Museum, & the WO&D Trail (the Trail is accessible from my neighborhood). If you are traveling by bike, you may store them in my garage. A little further out is our outstanding wine country, outlet shopping & Tysons. I am 6 miles from the Wiehle Metro stop (on the Silver Line), and about 25 miles into the District. I'm conveniently located 3 miles north of Dulles, ~1 mile off of Rt. 28. All the major commuting routes are easily accessible. You will be comfortable and welcome here.

Ideal location near car rentals, airport and preferred restaurants. Property a basement unit, therefore a bit dark. Street parking and signage a bit difficult at night. Overall, good value.

I attended a conference in DC but didn't want to pay DC prices or pay to park in DC each day. I found this lovely location close to the Metro. It is a super clean, comfortable, and quiet space. There are lots of great eateries nearby as well as grocery and shopping centers for last-minute items.

This is the perfect place to rest , refresh and renew with a bestie or family member . Located in a beautiful neighborhood and close to everything you need. We enjoyed the spacious layout, Comfortable beds and attention to detail from Our host Susan.
Everywhere we turned there were little” extras” like A phenomenal hot and cold tea and coffee bar, extra warm blankets And plenty of towels.
I truly felt we were home and I’m sure you will too!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was close to Great Falls National Park and Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts, known locally in the Washington, D.C. area as simply Wolf Trap, The bottom of a split level house was a wonderful quiet retreat after our nature hikes and an evening concert. Our host did a great job communicating where to park and we were grateful for her dining suggestions. We had a fabulous dinner with some local craft beer at Sweet Water Tavern’s outdoor bar and a tasty lunch at Siam Spice. Thanks so much Sue!

Sue was a very gracious and thoughtful hostess. When we had a question, she replied with a quick response. She provided Kuerig coffee pods, coffee creamer and an assortment of teas. The beds were marvelous!
The location was close to a variety of places we wanted to visit. We would definitely return to Sue's property for a future getaway.

For my husband and I, this was the best find ever. We stayed 4 nights with very long and busy days. It was such a pleasure to return to such a homey, and clean dwelling with extremely comfortable beds and to have the comforts of such a nice clean home. Sue was great to work with...always very helpful in providing quick responses to our needs. We had such an easy check-in and check-out! Absolutely no complaints about our stay. We highly recommend this VRBO!

Host thought of everything for our ease of use and comfort. Exceptionally clean and all amenities in good working order. Special touches were thoughtful- coffee water tea hot chocolate, oatmeal avail for quick breakfast. Neighborhood pretty & safe and proximal to all neighborhoods near Herndon and Reston. We had entire lower level of home to ourselves. Susan was so welcoming and available to us quickly if needed. Wonderful stay for either weekend or longer. Location best if you have own/rented vehicle.

So happy to have stayed at Sue's place this week and I'm happy to be returning in a couple of months. Check-in was very smooth and hassle-free, and I really appreciated all of the small touches in the house that made my stay great. The bed is super-comfortable and I had plenty of room to get my remote work done during one of the days of my stay.

My daughters and I went away for the Labor Day long weekend. Sue was so quiet it didn’t even feel like she was there. Our rooms were very clean. Sue provided things like coffee and tea and bottled water was already in the fridge when we got there which was nice. The beds were very comfortable, I slept like a baby. I would definitely stay in Sue’s home again if ever in her area. 😊🌺👩👧👧

Sue’s property was clean and comfortable. The bedroom was adorably decorated and contained all that you’d need. Bathroom was simple and well-stocked, with everything easy to navigate. It was clean and organized. The living space had several comfy couches and chairs. Loved having the coffee maker and mini fridge! Books for days, on any and every subject, TV, internet and a helpful booklet that she put together for guests about the area, food, etc. Felt right home and yet private and secluded. It worked great for us!

This rental was just as advertised, very clean, nice space. Perfect for our weekend where we wanted to be close by to a show we went to see at Wolf Trap and to visit a friend close by. It is the basement of a split level home but only shared space is entrance which is keypad entry, very easy and privacy granted. Nice area in the living space with a keurig, microwave, mini fridge and some snacks and coffee/tea provided. Nice neighborhood close by to plenty of shopping and restaurants.
