Average and expensive

The location is central and everything can be walked to. The owners have decorated nicely and tried to make the best to make the space look good. A very nice young man from the night shift helped us with breakfast, he was of a very pleasant nature.

Extremely high cost of parking 40/night. The hotel is more like a bed and breakfast, the rooms, reception, breakfast room etc. are very small. We were asked to call reception from our room before coming down to breakfast, so that they can tell us if there is space available or if we have to wait for breakfast.

L'emplacement et le personnel. La chambre était correct.

Petit-déjeuner : rapport qualité-prix mauvais. Les viennoiseries n'étaient pas fraiches. Les beurres n'étaient pas réfrigérés et les jus n'étaient pas faits maison. De plus, les choix n'étaient pas particulièrement variés. Pour 19 euros, je m'attendais à une meilleure prestation. Un petit frigo dans la chambre aurait été appréciable.

Friendly staff. Nice location. Avoid the petite dejeuner. It’s €19 but not really worth it.

The room was nice. But the AC didn’t work well. Too warm.

Just that the room was too warm and the ac didn’t work.

Clean, comfortable, well-sized room (4th floor) Boutique hotel/room Quality fixtures and fittings Spacious bathroom with shower Eco friendly ethos Refillable water bottles given for use during stay Lovely buffet breakfast with Lyonnaise specialities on offer Secret courtyard for outdoor breakfast Good location- on pedestrian street, short walk to Old Town over bridge Good aircon Friendly and helpful staff

Good location, receptionist helpful on arrival.

Choice of drinks in room etc very limited. Entrance to shower extremely narrow and would be difficult for large person to access.

Not going to stay here again next time.

The breakfast was very good, and the staff, especially the ones during breakfast, are extremely friendly and nice. Location was not bad. Rooms clean.

The aircon in our room was not functioning at all so it was very hot. We had to open the windows but then mosquitos went in and bit us all night long so we couldn't sleep well. Hotel refunded us Eur40 for the 2 nights inconvenience. Room sizes are not uniform so some in our group got really small rooms while some got big ones.

Beautiful place at an excellent location

We liked everything! Very cozy and special place right at the heart of Lyon on a nice pedestrian street. Beautiful design, charming little terrace. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything is accessible on foot, so great for a quick city sightseeing. We will gladly come back.

Staff were polite and friendly. the hotel was clean and centrally located.

we had a room with a connecting door to another room. soundproofing was suboptimal. Bathroom is very basic - like a public bathroom. Bedding and linen could be better quality…

Small and cozy hotel in a great location. Good WiFi, comfortable (albeit small) rooms. Lots of pillows (if you like that kind of thing!).

Functional, if we had a little more sleep.

Location. Shower and bathroom were functional and worked.

Noise from rooms around us. Vibrations - we were even awoken by the neighbours "trill" alarm on his telephone - 3 times! The sound of dragging chairs around he room. Room itself was colourless and neutral to the point of being oppressive - but this may attract some.

Good overnighter to experience Lyon

Clean and comfortable in a good location for both the shops and Old Lyon. Tip for other travellers, definitely book the parking even though it is 40 euros as parking is scarce in Lyon and we ended up paying 50 euros!

The room wasn't ready when we arrived (after the check in time) and the receptionist was not particularly helpful. Someone else however got us another room so we did get checked in.

The room size is very small for the rate they are charging and for a city like Lyon we cannot expect the prices and room area like Paris!!!
