Agréable et détente

La piscine extérieure agréable l’espace thalassothérapie propre et relaxant Petit déjeuner varié, de qualité et très bien garnie Literie confortable bien que le lit soit trop petit

Les lits sont trop petit pour une qualité d’hôtel ont s’attend à mieux.j’ai regretté de ne pas avoir demandé une chambre double. L’accès à la piscine intérieur et extérieur limité dans le temps chambre disponible qu’à 16:00 donc vous ne pouvez pas profiter avant des infrastructures et idem le lendemain dès 11:30 votre clé de chambre est désactivée.

Un moement très agréable même si je n'y étais pas pour les soins

J'avais une très belle chambre avec un grand jardin/terrasse privé au calme. Cest un hotel très calme du fait que ce soit une thalasso. Les clients sont respectueux de la quiétude de chacun.

Buffet du petit-déjeuner, bien qu'un peu cher à 23 euros, spa et piscine impeccable,

Je tiens à vous faire part de plusieurs points concernant notre séjour récent : La construction d'un immeuble en face a engendré une situation très bruyante sur le balcon et à la piscine. Il n'y avait pas de petite restauration disponible au bar en journée. Aucun service de porteur ne nous a été proposé à notre arrivée. L'hôtel est bien éloigné du centre-ville et le transport public ne respecte pas les horaires. Par exemple, après avoir attendu une heure à la dune du Pilat, nous avons dû commander un taxi pour le retour. Les consommations au bar sont très chères. La charge électrique de la voiture est annoncée à 7 kW, mais elle est en réalité de 4 kW, et le prix est facturé à la minute, rendant le service deux fois plus cher que prévu.

A lovely hotel in a beautiful location.

We liked the spa pool and the outdoor one. The restaurant was very good too. The nearness to the sea was lovely. The town was great & the surrounding places to visit. Our room & outlook was enjoyable too. Good parking as well.

Disappointing experience for families with kids

Clean rooms, very nice staff at the restaurant, high quality of food

Only when we have already booked a Superior room with Spa access for one night for all of the family to enjoy spa facilities we received a message from the hotel that kids under 12 cannot use the pool except from 17:30 to 19:15 (or 18:15 on Sunday, 45 minutes!). Okay, we decided to extend our room till 18:00 for an extra payment, but it still meant we can only be in the spa for 30 minutes. We were not allowed to extend room a bit more, no one proposed a solution except for paying again a full spa access which was included in our room, ‘all managers are busy’. As a result, our little daughter crying with her five swimsuits traveled in vain, so disappointing. Staff at the spa not customer oriented at all, their unprofessionalism resulted in our money wasted. Not recommended for families with young kids.

Superb

We asked for a room with a walk-in shower and were given a room with disabled access. This meant that the bathroom was nice and big. The room had a balcony, which we enjoyed. The indoor heated pool is relaxing and free on-site parking was a bonus.

I thought being charged €5 for a flimsy cloth swim cap (for the indoor pool) was a bit petty for a €275 per night room. Since people go there for the spa facilities, you'd think they could just throw in the silly little spa cap.

rooms were clean.

it’s not like the photos. the rooms are very basic and it feels like a holiday inn. the spa is very odd with lots of rules you have to abide by such as men have to wear speedos or can’t go in the pool! location isn’t great either as not really near anything. it’s a health spa not a hotel.

Lovely hotel, greaton the beach.

Lovely indoor and outdoor pool and great gym. Access to the spa was wonderful. Clean, good sized room with great in room amenities.

24 hours of wellness and relaxation

Fantastic spa facilities, the location is superb, next to the beach and bike hire in the car park to explore the local area including Dune du Pilat.

Quite a complicated layout which meant some lost time walking around. limited water machines in the spa and any there were, were all broken except in the toilets
