It was cozy and simplistic. Great selection at breakfast. My stay included it in the cost. The bed was extremely comfortable with good quality bedding overall. Staff was friendly, even though I don't speak German extremely well, they tried their best with English. Will book again if back in the area.
I did not get wifi access and could only connect when in the lobby/dining area. I am sure I could have asked but missed the opportunity when someone was at the desk due to not thinking. When I thought of it the desk was closed for the evening. It was mostly just inconvenient but not a real problem.

the location was very good
not charming but very sterile

Lovely location, charming decor, good value
We were disappointed that reception was closed despite arriving at 3pm, there were no towels in the room and we had to wait till the following morning to get them. On the day of our departure we were woken by cleaning staff coming into the room

Top location, friendly staff.
The only remark is related to the breakfast organization. The first day was totally fine, but on the second day it was more crowded and the breakfast options ended up fa's without timely recharge.

Nothing
Room 30 with a lot of light, even with curtains it seemed like it was day inside the room. No internet connection inside the room (room in second floor). Reception and bar closes at 22:00, if you want a drink after this time it isn’t possible. Breakfast without a big variety: only bread, cereal, bacon and eggs and juice. My room didn’t have any towels and I needed to ask for them. In conclusion: if you want a hotel with darkness inside the room, a breakfast with a lot of variety of food and the reception and bar opened throughout the night, this isn’t the right hotel to you. I won’t stay in this hotel again.

Great hotel for a visit of Hannover; just opposite of the City Council and close to the city center. Good communication with the hotel for a smooth check-in. Basic but comfortable and spacious rooms. Enough parking in the perimeter of the hotel.
Everything was just fine, so not really something to complain about.

My room was modern
My room was small and bathroom very small. I had to request a kettle and mugs so I could at least make a hot drink when returning to my room. However the mugs were never changed. Reception was closed early in the weekend and no ability to sit with a colleague when returning to hotel at 4pm. I don’t understand when you have good number of bookings the reception is not open 7 days a week or at least change the way all the doors are locked so access to your lovely lounge allows key access to people staying in the hotel. I did not realise when booking the hotel was only running a minimum level of service. Breakfast was adequate.

terrible service - nobody there when we arrive, when you have guests you need at least one person at the property!
3.7
The location was spot on and the staff friendly and super helpful.
3.7
Excellent location, easy check-in and easy checkout, sparkling clean, very spacious room, the bed was very confortable!
The room headed to one of the main streets so there was a lot of noise, no air conditioning, and the fan they provided wasn't enough refreshing. So, So there were two options: either we opened the windows to cool the environment, or we closed them and suffocated from the heat. Also, they cleaned our room and left the door open once...

Breakfast was not upto my expectations..i like the location and response from reception.
The price is bit high.

excellent location, nice cosy hotel.
a bit expensive for what it is, but overall it is exactly what you would expect for the price

T'he bathroom was very old and t'he space for the shower very small

A lovely, generous, breakfast and in a great location! Just five or so minutes walk behind the Rathaus through Maschpark to Maschsee.
There could be a small fridge in the room, as there is space for one. As it was still pretty cold, we made do by putting our cold stuff next to the window overnight, so was ok in the end.

The locaties was perfect!
It was a surprise that the reception closed everyday around 5 oclock. After this time there was nobody at the hotel. The coffees and tea corner were not accasible in the hotel. At the room there were No facilities to make your own drinks. The hallway was not clean, the cleaners didn’t wear covid maskes, as a guest the masks were obligated. And the cleaners forgot to clean the bathroom one day. Last, the orange juice is not fresh it is from a package….
