The room and location was ok.

Hostel Nuremberg, that i booked in April about your site : booking.com, so : In the night when i came, it was nobody on the Reception. The Hostel was closed. It's was 2:00 AM o' clock , ( night ) . I had to stand all night until morning and wait for someone to come. I was freezing and it was not safe to stand their in the night. I called and called on the phone and no one wanted to answer me. It was about 7:00 in the morning that the owner or the receptionist, endlich answerd. But he didn't come until 9:00 o'clock and then he came . His explanation was : that he didn't understand exactly when I need coming..... which is not true, because I also sent him a message through you, Booking's massage folder, and explained that: that my airplane will landing at night, and i had wroted precisely dates and time. And i asked - if he could come then and receive me at the hotel in this time. . And he replied that he could, because If he said - he couldn't come then, I wouldn't have booked the room. I also called on the phone and asked if I could come at that time, and He was told me, that I could in this time to come. Otherwise I wouldn't have booked that hostel. As for the hotel room itself and the location, it's ok. But the fact is - that I had to wait all night during the day was not right. And my life was in danger, because of freezing, and all kinds of fools walking that street, and I'm waiting alone in front of the hotel in the middle of the night. That was not nice, and was terrible for me.

Very cute and clean place

The room was a little bit too hot but everything was fine and the bathroom was pretty clean, even though it was a sharing bathroom. The only thing I would recommend is putting an hanger inside the bedroom and also a kettle to heat water.

Disappointing

The hotel says on the website that they provide "TV with cable channels"...they did not provide cable channels, so the TV was useless. This is a big problem. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Passable

Easy to get to the subway and near some restaurants for a simple evening meal. Well cleaned and good temperature in the apartment. Quiet Bed was OK.

Not inviting to a relaxing cosy atmosphere, and general lights was full strong or a very weak lamp. Shower was over a bathtub with an angled feeling above and water leaking out Ove the floor. Light in the bathroom was not great.

Exceptional

The man on the reception was the kindest human been! We lost our keys and he came at 1 am to open for us and give us new keys! We are super happy with how the hostel looked and the position 😀

Misleading advert

The bed was comfortable and the fridge most welcome.

Firstly the advert is misleading. There is NO shared kitchen, this was highlighted in a review in 2019 but still in the advert. Rooms are definitely NOT soundproofed, it was very noisy up until around 2am. No air-conditioning, room was baking . No mini Market either. Location is on a street geared towards ' adult entertainment'

I won’t coming again.

near U Bahn station.

-awful WiFi -no air conditioner and fan. we lived in the fifth floor which was on the top, it was totally hot and uncomfortable. -hostel located at a street which have so many pubs and restaurants, their guests keep talking in the midnight. we couldn’t have a sleep.

Wrinkled sheets, not sure they were cleaned, noisy neighborhood, the room window was facing the rooftop and in the night ppl can access the roof. So do not leave the window open, really noisy and from the room you can hear everything in the stairs. My room was next to the toilet and showers so no sleep. If it would have been cheaper ok. But for the price...stay away. You can find much better and not in the red light district.

it was fair, but I won't stay again there.

I emailed the manager that I need check in early, he replied , ok But when I arrived, the room was not ready and I had to wait for long and I was late to conference.

The room which I expected I didn't get, very small and in future I will think twice where to book accommodations.
