About this apartment rental
New apartment, 20 meters from the beach, in Podstrana, Split. The apartment can accommodate 4 people. The bedroom has a queen-size bed (160cm x 200cm / 5.25 feet x 6.5 feet) and Dormeo memory foam mattress. The living room has an extendable couch with an extra Dormeo memory foam mattress topper suitable for two smaller people.
The apartment has NetFlix.
The bathroom has a large shower area with a big mounted shower head.
The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, and a large freezer, a ceramic stove, oven, dishwasher, granite sink, coffee maker and water heater.
The apartment has a dining table, TV and satellite, washing machine, air conditioning, outside grill (barbecue) and an outside table with sun umbrella.
If you want to enjoy the sun and the sea, the beach is located just across the street, 20 meters from the apartment, with a beautiful pebble beach, and a lot of restaurants, beach bars, and hotels in the vicinity. You can even have a nice relaxing massage on the beach.
For those who want to experience Dalmatia, the apartment is a perfect base for exploring. 20 minutes to Split, 40 minutes to Omiš. You can choose to visit the Diocletian Palace in Split, or the location of the filming of Game of Thrones, or just exploring the extremely beautiful small city of Omiš and its narrow streets. There are also daily trips with boats to visit our islands, you can choose rafting on Cetina, and a whole lot of other activities.
The owner (me), is a software developer and enjoys meeting new people from all over the world. All are welcome, we are gay-friendly, and will help in any way we can.
