Ideal stay

I was surprised at how high end and comfortable the room was! It was my first time in a Best Western Hotel and it was more luxurious then I expected.

Breakfast wasn’t great, very basic but then again so was the price. Otherwise no comments!

Für eine Nacht als Stadthotel absolut ok. Würde ich wieder buchen.

Auto konnte im Hinterhof sicher geparkt werden. Zugang nur mit Code für das Gitter möglich. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Die Fenster sind nicht besonders schalldicht.

Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht zusammen.

Eigentlich nichts.

Das angebotene Zimmer war klein und miefig. Auf Nachfrage habe ich dann ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Das Zimmer war dann zur Straße hin und es gab auch mitten in der Nacht noch Lärm von der Straße. Frühstücksraum ist für ein Hotel dieser Größe zu klein. Bedingt durch eine Reisegruppe war morgens um 07:00 Uhr das Buffet ziemlich leergeräumt. Es waren keine Teller da.

Ein sehr kaltes Hotel im Januar. Der Flurboden könnte mal gereinigt werden, sehr schmuddelig und einfach alt gewesen. Das Hotel hat absolut keine Ausstrahlung…..

Nice location & super comfy rooms

Location is nice, just 10' from the town, super to visit Valence. The room is big, the bathroom comfy and clean, air con perfect; Nice breakfast too.

Parking is fine but cannot make any reservation so it's a bit tricky to find a spot…not very handy either…

I booked a duplex room and noticed on the hotel’s website that some of these came with a microwave/fridge/hob. I enquired if I could have one of these rooms and was given one. Having a fridge was so helpful. Room was well equipped and we had air conditioning.

There was a bit of a funky smell on entering the room but after about 20 seconds you could no longer notice it.

Got a good night sleep

Room in general, specious, comfy bed, no noise! Easy access from the highway.

No parking available - had to park away from the hotel after having been on the road for many hours, very tiring and disappointing! Breakfast was a bit chaotic (buffet too small, not well organized) spoons missing to properly pick food. We were informed that the water in the minibar was complementary but then emailed to return to the hotel after departure to return it. 😀 Not very professional nor customer friendly. Especially considering the room rate for a stay of less than 24 hrs.

A very pleasant hotel and worth the visit to the Old Town.

The Old Town is a delight and only a few minutes walk away from the Hotel. Interesting shops and bars and some excellent eateries! Parking at the hotel was secure and free but very limited. Excellent breakfast with many choices.

The immediate area around the hotel and the roads leading into it were a little run down. This rather depressed our expectations of the hotel itself though once inside it was very good.

100% recommendation. This is how professional hotels need to function.

Perfect pit stop on a long ride. Very rich breakfast, big and comfortable rooms, easy parking, 24h reception, everything was taken care of in a professional fashion. This hotel exceeded our expectation and is a definite recommendation for passing by travelers. We forgot some items in the rooms and they even called and organized everything about the return for us. Thank you!

A great safe haven

Finally a well-defined room with excellent finishes, and really clean and comfortable (room 306) with no noise from the road at all (it looks into the car park). The city is relatively unappealing, and the hotel is a welcome safe haven with good secure parking.

I don't know if this is a daily occurrence, but there are some bins outside the window that someone decided to trundle several times at 6.30am in the morning. Please wait at least another hour before making so much noise.

A very pleasant place to stay.

This is our second stay at this pleasant hotel a very quiet location a short walk from the shops and restaurants of Valence. Parking directly behind the hotel is secure and convenient, the staff are welcoming and the rooms are very comfortable with tea, coffee and water in a fridge. Breakfast is simple, tasty, and well organised in a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. We will stay here again.

Wonderful

A very pleasant hotel with central location. Spacious room with a comfortable bed and cozy linnen. Great shower. Amazing staff - professional and very friendly receptionists as well as the young lady responsible for breakfast. All in all - a very pleasant and cozy 1 night stay!

Nice hotel in good location close to the center of Valence. Good for Via Rhona tourers.

Very nice hotel not far from Gare Central and very close to the center of Valence. Secure bicycle storage in a locked hut. Very nice breakfast. Very helpful staff. Nice facility.

nice big room, good bed and shower, close to city center (5 minutes walk). free private parking behind the hotel

several wifi hickups in one evening and morning we stayed here. not in a very good neighborhood, we would not walk here in the dark.
