We had a lake weekend for my sister’s bachelorette party and had a fantastic time! We would definitely stay here again

Loved everything about it. The house was spacious and comfortable, Kellie responded quickly to our questions, easy to get to downtown Nashville. Overall a great experience

First time to Nashville region and had a blast at this house. Very nice house in a greatly quiet location! Plenty of space for my group to work and play. Everything we needed. Kellie was awesome to interact and communicate with. Helped one of my folks out with something that was left behind and greatly appreciated it. Thank you for the stay!

This is a conveniently located property for large families to enjoy the lake and visit Nashville. We had a great stay

We had a great few days at this house with family! So spacious and it had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. There is no carpet, so makes it feel even more clean. We rented a boat through Chip and enjoyed swimming and volleyball at the sandbar that was not far from the cove the house is on. The kids fished right off the dock. At night and during short periods of rain there is a cabinet full of puzzles and we always had one going on one of the two large kitchen tables. Kelli and Chip were very kind and available by text for any questions concerning the area and even have a binder full of helpful information in the house. We will definitely be back!

Great location and layout for a family reunion. Would recommend this property for future vacations.

This lake was so beautiful, the house was laid out great for our large mixture of families. Chip and Kelli were fantastic hosts, very responsive, friendly and helpful. The extra refrigerator on the lower level was awesome to store large bags of ice for the coming days.

We stayed at the lake house with our children and grandchildren! Age range 1-73, and everyone had fun. We rented the pontoon boat and kayaks and a paddle board and spent so much time on the water, also floating on rafts and fishing from the dock. All this water activity made the trip. Inside the pool table and ping pong table got lots of action as well. A week very well spent!

Absolutely perfect for a large family getaway! Rustic and very family friendly with several amenities nearby!

The house was very spacious with lots of bedrooms and bed options for our large extended family. We enjoyed the fire pit and the large dining area that was able to accommodate our large family. Unfortunately when we arrived we were met with dead bugs all over the porch and a bench full of cob webs and bird poop. Once we opened the door we were hit in the face with a musty smell that lingered all through the house. It seemed like there was some sort of fountain on the bottom level that was not working that definitely had a musty smell to it. The showers and sinks had mold in them that we had to clean before using. The floors were swept but they definitely had not been mopped in a while. There was dust all through the house. We had to wipe all surfaces down before using them. The bed sheets were clean but the top duvet covers had not been washed in some time they smelled of body odor. The kitchen had a lot of useful gadgets (unfortunately we were unable to find the cord to the griddle) along with pots and pans. Unfortunately the oven fell short. It either ran too hot or not hot enough. The temperature was definitely off. If you have guests that have problems with stairs this is definitely not the place for them. There is a bedroom right as you walk in but no bathroom unless you go upstairs. While it is only 3 stairs they are big stairs with no rails. Our parents had to hold on to the wall just to get up and down. We enjoyed our stay but would not recommend to a friend.

The house was perfect a large group. We had plenty of beds and space to hang out. We were able to get to Nashville and hang out. Ubers took a little time to arrive but were no problem to get to Broadway and/or the airport. They had preschedule for airport rides. Great location. Would stay again.

Kelli was an excellent host and the property was in good condition and matched the description. The lake was beautiful and we all had a great time spending time at the house and in Nashville. Would recommend for anyone interested in a space big enough to comfortably accommodate 12+ people.

Great location to hang with a large group.

This house was great! Very clean and lots of space.
It's an interesting house because it is more depth than width.
The bathroom situation is a little tricky. We had several older adults that couldn't easily go up and down stairs. (The stairs are steep.) We figured it out but I would say the bathrooms are the only part we didn't think through. Maybe on the website explain that there is a bathroom on each floor of the house.

House was fantastic for a large family meet up. There are plenty of room and the kids loved the bunk beds. Plus there is enough room to allow everyone to run around outside. The kitchen was large enough that we could cook dinner for everyone.

Kelli was very on top of communication, the house was very well stocked and perfect location.

The house was spacious for all to sleep and enjoy a huge game room. It was close to Nashville and Franklin. Our family had a great time. This was our second visit.

It was in a nice neighborhood. House was nice. Host responded quickly. Allowed us to check in early.
Floors need a good cleaning. More seating on main floor living room would be better.

View is lovely but downstairs patio is full of cobwebs and uninviting.

Location was great. House needed to be cleaned. Cobb webs on ceilings in most rooms. Dishwasher doesn't clean very well. Window blinds need replaced. Staff didn't remove garbage.

The house is very spacious and well suited to a family reunion. The views from the decks are outstanding. The kitchen utensils and appliances were great.
However, there was no dishwasher detergent or clothes detergent. The paper supplies (paper towels and toilet paper) were minimal and not sufficient for a house of this size. The owner did replenish our supply when he picked up his boat on Sunday

10 adults and six children ages 8 months to 8 years old all enjoyed this property. We had never been to this area and loved it. We rented kayaks and a pontoon boat for two days. There is a sandbar close by that was perfect for kids. Although the basement in this house is great, we spent no time down there. The outside area is too nice to miss. This is a well stocked house; you do not need spices or most staple items. The bedrooms are perfectly placed and large. Our family will remember this trip for a long time.

The house was nice and roomy- basically clean ( but lots of cobwebs in corners and on the decks)
No very close to Nashville- but we had a great time with a big group

We enjoyed this lake house immensely. Kitchen area was huge—imagine our surprise when we were able to fit all 15 of us around the table comfortably. The yard (front and back) nicely accommodated yard games, fire side chats (a nice fire pit and plenty of chairs), even pickle ball on the front driveway with shade from the overhang. Also enjoyed both the ping pong and pool tables. Enjoyed the lake too, as it is a nice quiet cove where we could swim.

Everything was wonderful. Our group spanned from 18 to 82. Our great concern, however, was the lack of a railing on the steps going into the kitchen area from the front entry. Very dangerous without a railing to hold onto. The young people provided stability for the older ones, but we feel a stair rail should be added right in the center.

Spacious for family gathering of 3 generations. Fun games inside and lake access was wonderful. Responsive host who brought coolers, ice and flashlights when power went out after a storm.

Our large group of 4 generations stayed here and had a great time. The house is very large and bedrooms are very roomy. The house was well stocked with towels, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies. The kitchen had everything you could need, especially considering we were feeding a small army. The decks are great for late night or early morning drinks and the kids enjoyed the game room in the basement. They also swam off the dock and made s’mores in the fire pit— all the fun kid stuff! About 30-45 mins from most things in Nashville, which wasn’t a problem for us as we had a great blend of down time and exploring for our diverse age group (9-80 yrs old) All in all we had a great time and would stay again!!

All ages enjoyed this property. We brought our boat and it’s a great location on the lake. Kids loved swimming in the cove. Neighbors cheered on our beginning skiers. Easy access for some fun downtown Nashville. Chip helped with storing our oversized trailer that wouldn’t fit in the driveway, along with helping us rent a pontoon, paddleboard and kayak for additional week long fun. Nice kitchen and clean property! Loved watching the neighborhood deer and owls at night!

Property was exactly as described. Communication with owner was excellent! Nice to be on the lake but also close to the city. Everyone had a great time. We would definitely rent from her again!

Located on a quiet cove end. Great fishing and swimming right off the dock. Owner was super responsive and helped us have a great time. We used the pool table and ping pong table every evening during our stay. Absolutely would stay at this house again.

Great Lake house. Plenty to do in the house. You can swim off the dock and even tie a boat up as we did one day. Very clean and owner was responsive. Would highly recommend.

This property has plenty of space for large groups. Plenty of beds and rooms. The pool table and ping pong are a nice extra amenity. The view is amazing along with the multiple decks and sliding glass doors. It would be nice to have screens in the sliding glass doors to open them up and have fresh air flowing. The kitchen is well stocked but the toaster and ice maker wouldn’t work and the dishwasher isn’t the greatest. We ended up washing most of the dishes by hand. There is a gas station not too far away so we were able to get bagged ice. There was extra trash bags and things that were left so it was nice to have some stuff. There was no dish washer detergent left for us so we bought our own. Especially because the check out rules say to start the dishwasher and some detergent would be left for you. Plenty of bathrooms and tubs/showers. We couldn’t find any stoppers for the sink of bath tubs though. Made baths for the little one difficult but we came up with something. The dock is a great extra also. Our party enjoyed fishing and caught a lot of fish. They spent time every day fishing. Driveway was able to hold our 6 vehicles with room to spare. The drive downtown isn’t that bad either. We took an Uber on Saturday that was pricey but it’s a haul and it was a Saturday. Would definitely stay again when warmer to enjoy the water and it’s activities. None of these things would keep us away from coming back. The hostess was reachable by txt if we needed and gave early check in.
