La ubicación.

El desayuno muy caro. Fui a desayunar al Starbucks que está a 50 m del hotel. Yo había conseguido una habitación con vista a la 9 de julio, con cama matrimonial, y desayuno incluido, y me encontré que la habitación que había era con 2 camitas. Para conseguir una cama matrimonial tuve que ir a una habitación sin vista y sin desayuno que me cobraron más cara de la que había reservado yo. La próxima que reserve en Buenos Aires, voy a explorar las ofertas de otros hoteles más detenidamente

DETALLES QUE SUMAN PARA LA ELECCION DE ESTE HOTEL

La ubicación por supuesto es inmejorable. Pero el resto va mas alla, la predisposición por parte de los trabajadores de la empresa hacia los huéspedes, nuestro vuelo a Salta - salía casi a tarde noche, sin importar que el check out es temprano, nos dejaron guardar nuestras maletas super seguras mientras paseábamos y luego pasar a retirarlas. ESO ES UN GRAN DETALLE QUE MUY POCOS HOTELES OFRECEN. Las habitaciones siempre muy cómodas, tanto las luxe como en este caso, como la Economy excelente. UNA VEZ MAS QUE CONFIÓ EN ELLOS Y LA VERDAD JAMAS ME ARREPENTÍ, considerando que viajo seguido a BS AS, y a diversos hoteles de este segmento

La ubicación del hotel es ideal y el personal muy amable. Dispuestos a ayudar, y recomendar

Hacia MUCHO calor en la habitación, si bien es invierno toco un finde de 24 grados aprox y en las habitaciones no hay aire acondicionado por lo que se sentía mucho calor, al abrir las ventanas estaba la chimenea de un extractor o no se qué entonces entraba el humo a la habitación. Además el tamaño de la habitación es diminuto y esta mal distribuida. Eramos 2 personas y había 1 sola mesa de luz. Y nos dejaron apoya valija ni nada que ayude a aprovechar el espacio

La ubicación ideal para ir a teatros Excelente desayuno, abundante y variado

La cama que nos tocó no era cómoda, de un lado estaba más undida que el otro. No fue la habitación que reservamos, al llegar nos comunica el personal que eran camas separadas, a lo que le digo que no, que solicite cama matrimonial, me dijo que si, pero que no tenían más, me otorgan una en el primer piso, lejos estaba de la que había reservado

La ubicación es excelente. Frente al obelisco.

El personal de repecion de mala gana, con poca empatía para recibir a los huéspedes. Se solicitó un tipo de habitación y se nos dio otra cuando teníamos la reserva. La señora de la recepción no quiso mirar la reserva que le facilitamos para solucionar el inconveniente. Las habitaciones no están a la altura de un hotel 4 estrellas. Pagas la ubicación pero las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear. Aclaro que ya me he hospedado años anteriores y la calidad ha bajado muchísimo.

Good location, disappointing experience

The hotel location is unremarkable as it is in the city centre. Loads of traditional landmarks are reached easily within minutes and convenience stores are numerous in the area, some of which are open 24 hours. The hotel has 24-hour security, but there are touts gathering near the entrance. I believe the hotel staff is aware of this.

I have purchased a deluxe room with a double bed and inclusive breakfast. I was disappointed to find that the room I was given was not deluxe at all. Instead, it was a small room with two single beds. I informed the receptionist about an error in my booking and presented them with the confirmation. However, they informed me that they do not offer double beds for single occupancy and that the 20-meter rooms mentioned in the booking form were not available. This was disappointing as I had booked a deluxe room. Furthermore, the room lacked any electrical outlets, leaving me with no choice but to charge my electronic devices in the bathroom where only one plug was available. The breakfast hall was bustling with people queuing up for tables. As someone with a disability, I found it difficult to climb the stairs in the hall due to the lack of a ramp and found it awkward that no hotel staff was available to request assistance.

good location, choose larger rooms, bring earplugs to block the AC sound, get breakfast elsewhere:)

the location was very convenient as we moved from a nearby hotel after the conference, and the Obelisco area is well connected to the main points. it was nice to be able to pay in whichever way or currency (which we are still trying to understand:)). the room was super small but beds and pillows comfy. we arrived earlier and our luggage was stored which was very helpful.

loud old airconditioning, which made it hard to sleep peacefully. also, the shower had black mold in its corner and leaking... the biggest disappointment was the breakfast that we paid for but could not really eat, as the cuts were not fresh.. eggs with a funny taste.. so we had just coffee and some fruit. would have been better to pay for a breakfast in a cafe i guess. a suggestion would be to have more than one staff at the reception as it took forever to check in or get info.
