Super comfortable hotel to enjoy the delights of Gallipoli.

This is a super hotel. Well set out, every room has a balcony. Lovely pool, nice central courtyard, delicious breakfast and delightful and attentive staff. Well equipped gym. The hotel is a stones throw from the sea and a short walk to the local lidos. Takes about 40 minutes to walk to the old town which is a pleasant stroll. Highly recommended.

Location within a residential area but the set up means it feels remote and quiet.

Very comfortable and well equipped

I ve booked the residence and the apartment was very comfortable and spacious. I loved the gym facility and the lovely pool.

Staff was polite but sometimes seemed lost when I asked for information (for example they provided me wrong opening hours of the gym, or they informed me of a promo of their SPA facility only the last day of my stay)

Exceptional

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. First and foremost the staff are absolutely fantastic, from the reception staff, to the morning buffet staff, to the maintenance /pool man, to the guy that runs the gym, to the cleaning staff, they are every one of them a credit to this hotel and maintained the warmest welcome and highest standards throughout our stay, all I can say to them is bravo. The facilities of the hotel are top class, the pool are and pool itself is immaculate a good size, they gym facilities are also very impressive and we made good use of them several times during the trip. The hotel itself is very modern and tastefully decorated and the rooms are ample and beds comfortable. The breakfast every morning is always excellent and the staff were always on hand to assist or provide me an extra cappuccino which were always on point. This hotel has exceptional standards and represents excellent value for money. We were really impressed by everything it had to offer and would highly recommend staying here. Congrats to them on running such an excellent show

Spacious apartment, all fairly new and unused. Very comfy beds. Well equipped kitchenette. We got additional electric kettle and blanket on request - helpful staff (with exception below)

There was a horrible mold and fungus on kitchen wall (see pic). Very smelly and - what's worst - carcinogenic. Reported to two staff members on very first night, but service done nothing with it. It's a shame, because apart from this, all place was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was heavily overpriced - some pastry, cold scrambled eggs, cold bacon for 15 e pp.

Very nice hotel out of town

Beautiful hotel with large balcony and a pool. Excellent breakfast. Very accomodating staff

Probably didn’t like the very shinny slippery tiles in the rooms and the height of the bath getting out of as it is the shower. Gym was not in this building and health spa didn’t have times available . Was roughly 2.5ks from the old city which is worth going to

Very comfortable hotel, good point to see the surroundings.

Good breakfast, italian style. Good fruits. The kids very much appreciated the pool when we returned from the beach. Elegant Spa area. Free and enough parking spaces.

I recommend that the bills to be signed by the bar or restaurant guests, in order to have a better control about what everybody is consuming. We had a situation, resolved in the end without problems, but this can happen.

Not as expected

The room was spacious and clean The pool was very fun and relaxing, always a bed to lay on, it would be nice if they would add a few more umbrellas for sun protection. We found out there's no safe in the apartment but they immediately arranged us with a safe in the room.

The hotel is in a very unpleasant street, full of rubbish on the sidewalk, cigarettes, plastic and beer bottles. When we checked in we were informed that the booking includes only 2 visits in the pool (a week stay) and we can use more but we need to inform the pool staff. There was no charge or enforcement but it didn't feel like a warm welcome so not clear why it is mentioned. The apartment is facing a parking lot and large garbage bins, not very nice atmosphere if you want to sit on the balcony to relax and quite smelly. The apartment didn't have soap for the dishes, hand soap in the bathroom. Not a short walk to city center especially if you're with small kids.

Great stay in Gallipoli

easy Check in and friendly staff. The pool was great after a long day in the heat and beach. The standard room had everything we needed and in a quiet area.

breakfast was ok. It could have a bit more variety. We had one dinner there and it was not pleasant at all. The water pressure in the shower was perfect but it only went down slowly. Ordering a taxi is always a bit of mission. It seems like the hotel only works with one specific driver. hence it takes a while and guests are put together in a taxi, although the amount per person does not change.

Perfect stay

Excellent SPA Hotel with restaurant in Salento

New building with a relaxing garden and pool. The personal was always friendly and helpful. The SPA was really good. A positive surprise were the excellent dinner proposed in the half board package. We count to come back.

We cannot complain at all. The personal listened to our wishes and made them happening. They even organized phisiotherapy for my wife.

wonderful stay with super staff

the hotel is very nice and clean. decoration is modern and very at a walkable distance to the city centre of Gallipoli. the staff is extremely kind and attentive to detail. we spent New Year’s Eve there and service was exceptional, the food was great (thank you to the Chef) and the staff always promptly available. couldn’t be happier with the choice

the options at breakfast for gluten intolerant people could be improved. but aside this, nothing to add.

Don't go with family and kids under 23

Position of Hotel. The city. And the sea..

Fake information on the booking process. No kids are welcome as declared on the page. No information about kids are not welcome in spa or gym. Even in end of season with no guests around. We book this hotel mainly for the possibility that we could had enjoy spa in case of bad weather as it happens. Nowhere is mentioned that kids are not allowed. Even the assistance from booking was poor.

Definetely NOT 4stars hotel

I am trying hard to find what we liked, but no success.

Rooms were not cleaned properly (dust under the bed), Zero amenities which are standard now all over the world (no kettle, no soap, no toileteries). No possibility to use the Swimming pool - no prior info about that. Staff were doing nothing to make our stay better - with smiles on their faces told us that they cannot do more think twice before you go there.

Modern hotel with all the facilities

The staff was great, ready to help for any information till the end of the stay, 30 min walk from the old town and 30 min walk from the beach

The weather was awful the whole week, with storms, preventing from enjoying expected sunny and exotic holidays in Puglia.

The breakfast was good . Only complaint the eggs were not hot enough. A small complaint really.the location is fine if you have a car. Without a 25 minute walk to the nice Green beach and also to the city. But being a New Yorker the walk was fibe

The room was perfectly spacious. Spotless. Grounds were well maintained. Building was beaitifully decorated. Restaraunt exceptional. Cuisine was amazing. Staff went above and beyond. I would have like an electric kettle in the room

Very good option to know Gallipoli

The room was really big and comfortable as do as the bathroom. Shower was magnificent and the water came out hot and with nice pressure. The services at the place are perfect for a nice and relaxed stay. During summer it must be wonderful to use the swimming pool. The staff was very nice and kind and the breakfast abundant and varied. The position suits perfect if you have a car cause you're not in the middle of the historical center (avoiding the chaos of parking and transit) but either so far to walk, and not more to 10 minutes driving if you want to go to the outside city beaches.
