Ottima realtà.

Location, servizio, posizione eccezionali. Il collegamento alle terme la ciliegina sulla torta. Molto bella anche la location lounge/bar. Ultima nota le city bike elettriche gratuite.

Il ristorante è di un gradino inferiore rispetto al resto della struttura. La camera non pulita alla perfezione a differenza di tutto l’hotel e la zona wellness che erano perfette.

We came back super relaxed and our bellies full of good food and wine🥰

We absolutely loved staying there. The food was 11/10, the spa area was great, but could’ve been a bit more and the location was absolutely dead on in the center. We were mostly in the sky spa enjoying the views🩷

Already told reception about it, so it might be fixed, but the hairdryer in our room was only working for max. 10 seconds, then got too hot and turned off. So maybe take your own hair dryer with you just in case🤞🏼

Relaxing, city hotel with amazing views

The location was perfect to explore the city and parking was a great perk. The breakfast was exceptional with a great range of selection in addition to many beverages. The spa facilities and rooftop pool were stunning.

For the price, I think the room could have been a bit nicer. It felt very basic and a bit worn. We definitely expected a notch better. Also, the

Great, but it could be amazing.

We stated here for a second time, and like always, it was great! We enjoyed the big breakfast and 4-5 course dinner. The pools are always nice. The weather wasn't in our favor this visit though, we still were able to swim a few times. The relax room is great, but unfortunately some guests leave towels on the chairs all day and the staff does not remove them. So you might not get a spot. Otherwise, I had another great experience and I will return again in summer.

Some things of the hotel need to be updated. Soft close toilet lids and the style of the rooms. I also saw a few outlet covers that were loose or had fallen off in the hallways.I also think there was a toilet closer to the dining room, so you don't have to walk down 2 sets of stairs during dinner.

clean modern looking, all works and made me feel well at ease and special.

Many guests with long faces no smiles what a shame because staff is friendly and it should be enjoyable. the cover of the wc has no damper and when one closes it, it hits hard.

Will be back, extremely nice hotel and superb location

First time in this hotel, fantastic facilities, big enough so high comfort and privacy feeling. Excellent location, 1 min walk to the city center with plenty of shops, interesting places to visit, eating facilities and very nice spots. Top facilities at the Terme Merano, easy access from the hotel.

Recommend to publish that the access to the Terme Sauna caries and extra charge.

A wonderful destination to relax and enjoy the small pleasures of life!

The overall experience was excellent: Spa & brakfast very comfortable but the best rating would go to the managment and the personnel. They really made the difference during our short staying.
