Mycket trevlig personal, läget och den stora takterrassen. Boendet jättefint nära till restauranger och centrum. Fann Evert Taubes plats för bagare n som han sjunger om i sången Den glade bagaren i Sanremo

In jeder Hinsicht top

Wo soll ich da anfangen 😊 Schon im Vorfeld der Anreise lief die Kommunikation zwischen der Unterkunft und uns reibungslos und sehr zeitnah und höflich im Ton. Die Buchung eines Parkplatzes (15€/Tag) für unser Auto wurde ebenso umgehend bestätigt. Bei Ankunft wurden wir bereits erwartet und von einer sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiterin empfangen, die uns erst zu unserem Stellplatz leitete, sodann alle notwendigen Formalitäten der Registrierung erledigte und uns dann persönlich zum gebuchten Komfort-Appartement führte und auch auf die per Aufzug im vierten Obergeschoss erreichbare Dachterrasse hinwies. Vielen Dank für den herzlichen Empfang, Carolina! Diese Herzlichkeit brachten uns dort in allen Tagen jeder dort entgegen, vom Renigungspersonal (täglich, wenn gewünscht) und allen wechselnden Personen von der Rezeption. Das Konzept des Apartotels ist einzigartig : man bietet den Gästen den Komfort eines Hotels mit eigenen Parkplätzen gepaart mit der Freiheit und Unkompliziertheit eines Appartements mit kompletter Ausstattung (außer einem Ofen, aber wer braucht den) auch zur Zubereitung von Speisen, Geschirr und einem geräumigen Kühlschrank mit separatem echten Gefrierfach. Blitzsauberes Bad mit Halbrunddusche, Toilette und Bidet. Alle Fenster mit elektrischen Rollos. Unser Appartement hatte gleich zwei Balkone, einen mit Stadtblick wie gebucht, der zweite seitlichen Meerblick mit 2 Stühlen und Tisch und Wäschetrockner. Lage direkt am Strand, Sonderkonditionen für den Besuch der Badeanstalten (es gibt auch einen öffentlichen Strandabschnitt), ein Conad Supermarkt zwei Minuten entfernt, tolle Restaurants (das Haus selbst bietet in einem sehr ansprechenden Ambiente "nur" Automaten zur Stillung akuten Bedarfs an Snacks und Getränken) und Strandbars in absoluter Nähe. Kostenloser Fahrradverleih, 50m weiter verläuft der Fahrrad - Highway, die City ist über die Straße erreichbar.

Alles top, rundum zufrieden und gut gewesen.

Tout était parfait. Personnel très sympathique, serviable et accueillant. La chambre était grande et très propre. Idéalement situé avec parking gardé et vélos en libre service. Je recommande.

la gentillesse du personnel, la situation géographique, tous les équipements du studio bien agencés, la terrasse avec vue sur la mer, le port, les plages, bonne literie, et bonne insonorisation, possibilité de garer sa voiture à coût raisonnable, proximité piste cyclable, proximité centre ville, hygiène, propreté …merci sincèrement à toute l’équipe. Vous avez rendu notre séjour heureux.

Conveniently located hotel in front of the beach, close to restaurants and within walking distance to the main shopping area. Staff is also nice and friendly!

Excellent location, very friendly staff.

Excellent location, with the beach across the road, and the city centre very close as well.

The sun deck at the top of the building has no possibility of shade, which would have been appreciated.

Will come again - great location!!

This is my second stay at this hotel. It is the best located hotell in San Remo. With a great terrace and its own beach. The rooms are spacious and nice and the staff is helpful and pleasant. they keep the rooms very clean. An added bonus is the possibility to use bikes - which is great as the hotel is right on the biketrail.

The only thing I could find to improve are the pictures in the room - which gives the room an unneccesary dated feeling. The could also have been free use of the beach beds for those who stay at the hotel.

Friendly staff. Free bicycles. close to market shops restaurants. large 1bed apt with nice kitchen. on bike trail. rooftop deck great but no lights at night

Too family stay just next to the beach in the center of Sanremo

- very good location just next to the beach, nightclubs and close to supermarket and city center. - super handy apartment for families! two attached rooms with no access to the kids’ room from the outside, door to close between the two parts, two bathrooms, small but fully equipped kitchen enough to prepare real meals - friendly yet discreet staff, everyone from reception to cleaning - beautiful views from the balcony - bikes to borrow from reception - perfect to explore the coast - clean and fresh interior in the apartment- everything worked well and no issues

everything great really. perhaps a couple of bottles of water in the fridge upon arrival would be nice.

don’t think any further ! book it before it’s gone

super friendly staff ! (not the usual fake friendly but genuine friendly !) 50 steps from beach , super child friendly (we were with a 4 year old ) do not think any further just book it, you won’t regret it!

These guys are doing fantastic job here - everything that you expect are doubled at least. I just want to give them 12 out of 10 - the view exceptional, cleanliness - exceptional, friendliness - exceptional. If you are looking for kinda price/performance - this is the best that you can get.

This location is perfect for two - we were 3 persons, so it was tight a little bit
