Un’oasi di pace

La gentilezza e disponibilità del gestore, la tranquillità e la pace del posto, immerso nella natura. Posizione tranquilla non in centro ma non distante.

Soggiorno quasi perfetto

Piscina, prato e siepi molto curati, ambiente accogliente, tranquillo, proprietario disponibile e gentile. Abbiamo sbarcato delle ore prima del check-in e nonostante ciò, ci ha fatto posare le valigie permettendoci di poterci fare un giro in paese liberi da bagagli. Al momento del check-out avremmo dovuto portarci i bagagli per molte ore avendo l’imbarco molto più tardi, ma il proprietario ci è venuto incontro concedendoci di tenere la chiave per custodire le valigie e poterci muovere comodamente fino all’ora dell’imbarco, cosa molto apprezzata da me e il mio ragazzo.

Tutti quei piccoli lati negativi potrebbero anche essere stati comprensibili e sorvolabili, però al momento in cui dovevamo pagare la tassa di soggiorno, a sorpresa, il proprietario ci ha informato che la tassa non era più 1,50€ al giorno a persona come scritto su Booking, dicendo che dovessero ancora aggiornarlo, ma era a 2€, e per fortuna non eravamo a soldi contati. In più abbiamo chiesto l’aria condizionata il quarto giorno, e il proprietario, si spera per sbadatezza, ci ha addebitato 20€ in più contando l’intero soggiorno. Dopo averglielo fatto notare ce li restituiti dicendo che l’aria condizionata l’aveva segnata, ma non dal giorno in cui è stata richiesta.

Excellent facility especially with kids. Very quiet and convenient for local restaurants and cafes. The shop is also close by. We planned to visit many beaches of Sardegna and the location was excellent. Local beach is a 4 min drive, other beautiful beaches 10 to 20 min. Very pleased with this experience.

Restaurant was closed at the hotel, which would have been super if it was open. But it didn't affect our stay at the end.

Family friendly hotel which felt like home

Everything. We stayed in a studio with our 2 year old and loved everything about our stay. Pool area is fantastic, really lovely family and other people staying around. Our daughter made some lovely friends and it was a truly special holiday. Don’t hesitate to book. Location perfect to all beaches and super close to San Teodoro town by car. Lots of shops around too.

Beautiful and Peaceful Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here! Very quiet and peaceful, amazing view of the pool, cute little kitchen, and always clean. The pool was fresh water and very refreshing.

Can't think of anything we needed that we didn't have.

The apartment and the pool were very nice. The man at the reception was kind, calm and helpful.

The gas detector in our apartment had a bright green light facing the direction of our bed which was slightly annoying. We fixed the issue by putting a backpack in front of it at nighttime.

Lovely place, highly recommend

No frills place but rooms and kitchen had everything we needed even a cafetier so we had our own coffees on the little terrace every morning. Pool was so nice that too. It was great value for money and I would highly recommend this place.

Restaurant wasn't open, but loads of places nearby for food. The WiFi was terrible

A great base for pleasant stay - if you wanted to relax all day around the pool or go in an adventure. Peaceful retreat

The room was clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable and we were supplied with all utensils for cooking. The manager Paolo was attentive and kind and helped me book my return shuttle to the airport. The pool was magnificent - so clean and well kept; as were the surrounding grounds. A free bus stopped outside to take us into the town and beaches. They actually recycle! I would return to this accommodation.

A long walk home from Ambra Night and no taxis. No reflection on the property at all.

Not worth the money

We liked that the pool areas was very clean and the hotel was close to the begining of the city

The pictures of the room seemed much bigger than in reality. The beach distance was much longer than noted in Booking.com The people at the hotel couldn’t barely the minimum English, so they tried to charge twice and they weren’t in the reception in its opening hours.

Lovely stay at Le Tre Querce! The bus stop outside the hotel is free on the express bus to a few local beaches and the town which was ideal. The hotel was beautiful and peaceful and would really recommend if staying in this area!

Amazing. Quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay. Quiet but easy access to the town with a bus from literally right outside the hotel. Really helped in hot conditions. Paulo (think that was his name) was sooooo pleasant when we arrived late. Swimming pool was of excellent size and plenty of sunbeds. All in all very good place to stay!

Gardeners lawn mowing at 8am. Cleaners cleaning next doors room at 7:15am! 🤮

Very good

Nice accomodation nearby city center (10min by walk). The pool was very clean and whole area around the apartments was very calm and natural. Apartment was clean with big balcony and sitting outside and view into garden. We liked the place.

There is extra fee of 15€ for towels and bedlinen. No shower gel or soap in the bathroom. No basic as salt, sugar, oil or pepper in the kitchen. If you want to cook you have to buy everything. Very poor wi-fi, not stable and not possible to use it at all.

Great accommodation for the price, would stay again!

Fantastic value, comfy bed and a powerful shower! Great location to visit different beaches (via car), and short (20 minute) walk into the centre. Before staying we couldn’t decided whether to go for this hotel or a bit more of a modern hotel, but we were so glad we chose this one. Very clean large and fresh rooms.

Sun beds were on the grass with the insects and there was no hand soap in the bathroom which was mildly inconvenient.

Good value and nice swimming complex.

The complex had a lovely swimming pool. The rooms were a bit dated but were ok for the money. Bit of a walk from the main town but ok if you have a car.

Rooms were a bit dated and kitchen equipment quite old. However, we did go at the end of the season. The restaurant/bar wasn't open but that wasn't a problem as we had a car to get into town.
