Pewnie jeszcze wrócimy.

Położenie, bogate i smaczne śniadanie, infrastruktura na zewnątrz.

Basen dosyć mały choć na szczęście nie było tłoku więc spokojnie skorzystaliśmy, pokój nie był przygotowany na pobyt dla dzieci (brak pościeli i wody dla nich mimo wpisania dzieci do rezerwacji). Mała sala zabaw dla dzieci z dosyć ubogim asortymentem.

Idealne na dopieszczony wypoczynek, z przepysznym jedzeniem

Śniadania i kolacje bardzo smaczne, duży wybór, na bieżąco robione naleśniki dla dzieci. Basen jak najbardziej w porządku, można zamówić szlafroki do pokoju. Duży obiekt, możliwość wypożyczenia rowerów. Do tego nieduży plac zabaw, boisko do gry oraz pokój zabaw dla niemowlaków i starszaków, a także osobny z ping pongiem i konsolą. It's okay, but it could be better

The most comfortable bed I've ever had in my life! The room is at a comfortable temperature, the windows close well and you can get a great night's sleep. There is a mini golf course on the territory for an extra fee. Also the swimming pool is included in the price.

There is no outdoor pool. Or space for sunbathing, reading, not enough lounge area. The pool in the building is ok, but nothing special. Few sun beds and nowhere to put your stuff.

Отличное месторасположение , просторные чистые номера , отличный выбор завтраков

Nice hotel for a family stay

The food was fantastic! We had HB set up and never regretted! Nice surroundings to have a ride or a walk. Very good pool.

We were put into the room for disabled and the specifics of the bathroom were not comfortable for us. There were some items missing in the room upon arrival, such as bathrobes and slippers. The hotel doesn't provide vanity sets.

The restaurant and F&B team are amazing and professional.

The reception team were not efficient to get me my room upon arrival and had to wait for 2 hours to check in. I had an issue with a lost bag at the airport, the reception team did not help on this except for a lady called Magdelina "I think" who tried all her best. I thank her.

As a result, I paid almost 1000 $, for 2 days in a hotel with no hot water in the rooms. OUR family’s holiday and mood was ruined. I WASN’T ABLE to properly wash my 4-month-old baby. If I Knew, THIS hotel DID’NT HAVE ANY hot water, I would neVer go there!!!! I ASK the hotel management to respond to this request and provide information on how you will compensate me for the lost time and money ON the worst week

Hello, To whom it may concern, I have been a client of your hotel chain for a long time. I have always had only positive feelings from visiting them. So, I planned my next weekend from THE 26TH to THE 28TH OF February, 2023, and booked 2 rooms in THE Holiday Inn Resort Warsaw (Jozefow), for me, my wife, my TWO sons, A 7 year OLD, and A 4 month old, and MY wife’s parents. I paid almost 1000 $. IT was the first time in this hotel, and at first we liked everything - PROPERTY, spa, AND restaurant. But there was one serious problem, which DAMAGED OUR positive impression, - in our rooms THERE WAS NO hot water!!!! We were in room number 226 and 228. Late at night we couldn't take a shower properly, because there was no hot water. We and our children washed in cold (summer)water. Next morning, we WENT to reception, after which the SERVICE MAN came to us and recommended us to turn on the water and wait until the hot water starts. During the day, after 15 minutes, we were able to USE hot water and wash the butt OF OUR younger, 4 month old son. But in the evening, there was no hot water after 45 minutes from the moment it was turned on. We returned to reception again, after a long conversation, the girl at the reception offered us the keys to another room so we could use the shower there…. After dinner, about 9 o'clock in the evening, we were offered to move to another room of a higher CLASS. WE WERE UPGRADED However, at that point we declined the offer as it was too late to move with 2 small children and we had already washed in cold water.
