Très bon séjour grâce à l’emplacement idéal de l’hôtel ainsi que sa tranquillité .

Très bon emplacement pour visiter la vieille ville à pied . Le calme du quartier et les nuits silencieuses.

Cet hôtel n’a pas vraiment un standing 4*. Il n’y a pas de salon mais simplement 2 canapés dans le hall d’entrée qui est aussi la réception. Dans la chambre, l’armoire n’a pas de porte, il n’y a pas de banc pliable pour poser les valises. La porte de la douche ne ferme pas hermétiquement, il y a très peu d’espace pour poser les affaires de toilette autours du lavabo, il n’y a pas de lait pour le corps.

La mejor opción!

El hotel es hermoso, limpio y super bien atendido. La ubicación es perfecta para llegar caminando desde las estaciones de tren y para estar cerca de todos los bares y restaurantes. Ademas esta bien conectado via bus a la playa. El desayuno es muy bueno, recomendamos pagarlo. Volveriamos a alquilar este hotel.

Die Lage des Hotels ist toll, Altstadt, Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die renovierten Premium Doppelzimmer sind sehr modern ausgestattet. Frühstück sehr lecker, freundliches Personal.

Die Betten waren zu weich.

Tolles sauberes Hotel in bester Lage mit extrem freundlichen Personal.

Extrem gute Lage für einen Städtetrip bestens geeignet, da es sich mitten im Zentrum befindet, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück war gut, es sind alle satt geworden es ist zwar nicht allzu üppig, aber es ist trotzdem für jeden etwas dabei. Die Zimmer waren relativ groß und sauber, das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit .

Ich kann an der Unterkunft nichts bemängeln, außer den Preisen für die Zimmer, trotz der Lage finde ich die Preise zu hoch .

Location super. Some aspects need improvement.

Location was great, very central. Close to lots of restaurants and bars. Reception staff friendly and efficient. Provision of umbrellas much appreciated.

Housekeeping could be better. We did not get tea and coffee supplies refreshed each day and no clean crockery on two days. Some rooms a little tired. We paid extra to have a balcony. Not really a pleasant sitting out area, more a smoking area. No umbrella or plants, just two chairs, a table and an ashtray.

Excelente ubicación para conocer la ciudad y disfrutar de un descanso sin ruidos.

La ubicación y la tranquilidad de la habitación. El personal es súper servicial en todo lo que hemos solicitado. Y el restaurante y el personal del restaurante también excelente tanto la comida como su atención.

Ein schönes Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage! Die Zimmer waren groß und die Betten sehr bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist umfangreich und das Personl ausgesprochen freundlich und bemüht.

Geweldig locatie in een bruisende mooie stad, ga zeker terug!

locatie, schone kamer, moderne inrichting, buiten mooi oude style gebouw, dichtbij plein, restaurants en winkels

Tussen 12:00-15:00 konden we niet terug naar de kamer omdat deze werd schoongemaakt, terwijl we alleen moesten omkleden. Dat werd wel toegestaan overigens…maar beter een schone kamer :)

Valencia stay

Great location, well presented, staff friendly, no problem changing me to a room with a double bed from a single at no extra cost, didn't spend much time in the room but if I did it has an interactive TV so you can watch Netflix etc from your phone!

Bathroom had a structural piller in the middle which meant the toilet was under the sink unit but hey I got a big bed so not complaining!!

Valencia città sorprendente, vitale, giovane e piena di attrazioni per grandi e piccini.

posizione centralissima. Comodo per raggiungere la maggior parte delle attrazioni della città. Vicino messi di trasporto (metro e bus).

Interni un pò vetusti.Avrebbe bisogno di un ammodernamento. Rapporto qualità prezzo non dei migliori, si paga la posizione centralissima. Colazione un pò scarna.

Fantastic hotel close to everything! The private pool wad perfect to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Excellent amenities.

A/C was only blasting towards our heads so we could not use it for long periods of time and the room got stuffy.

Great Location in Valencia

Great location and great staff, I forgot my phone charger at the hotel and the staff save it until I was able to come back to get it, everyone very friendly and in the location is the best, in the center of Valencia.

Possibly one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Also great location.

Check-in was a little delayed, though they did apologise with a free upgrade and drinks voucher so it wasn't too bad.

Excellent stay!

Friendly staff, great facilities! 24 hour concierge. The room was very comfortable, nice beds and pillows, lovely shower and bathroom. TV with some channels in English, but you can cast Netflix etc from your phone/table. Room had fantastic air con! Blackout curtains and double glazing, so completely quiet. The hotel is in a central location, easy to get to main tourist attractions and short 8 min walk to metro which takes you directly to the airport.

Lovely hotel, great service and very comfortable.

The room was excellent, absolutely no complaints. However, the Reception seemed a little tired and grubby in comparison to the room and we felt could do with an upgrade.

It was a very positive and pleasant experience. Only the glass incident that was not good.

The staff was great and very helpful. I was just generally happy that it was so safe and comfortable also for my cat. And the location is incredible. Should I return to Valencia, I’d definitely stay there again and will recommend the hotel to friends and family.

A water bottle broke in my bedroom as it had slipped out of my hand. Although the staff came up to the room immediately to clean it, it wasn’t done well at all at night and also the next day. I didn’t want to complain as it was late, but it was unsafe and felt irresponsible and inattentive. Especially with a pet ( as they lick their paws and play with any object - Kitty played with pieces under the bed until I realised) I have still seen glass in the room when I left. Make sure to do a proper clean in room 106 under the bed and around the curtains. I bet there’s still glass.
