Estancia tranquila

Estudio limpio y correcto. Las instalaciones comunes como la piscina, muy limpias y desinfectadas constantemente.

Faltaba menaje de cocina, faltan: tijeras, cuchillos que corten , cafetera. Las camas no son muy cómodas.

Solo la posizione che non è troppo in centro

Non c'erano letti matrimoniali ma tutti singoli, non davano gli asciugamani tutti i giorni ma ogni 4 giorni ci hanno detto all informazione,si sentiva tutto tra una stanza e l'altra, siamo stati disturbati dai vicini tutte le notti perché urlavano ed erano ubriachi, gente veramente strana, volevamo fare il bagno nella piscina interna era rotta non potevamo entrare , insomma una delusione totale.

Great lication but it needs a face-lift

The location is excellent with a 10min walk to the beach and the old town. There is also a supermarket 2min walk from the hotel

The hotel is really in need of refurbishment. The bathrooms especially need to be upgraded as the shower head in our room didn't even stay put on the wall. Some if the staff were not overly accommodating, even as far as refusing to give us an extra towel during our stay. They also allowed guests to use hotel towels in the pool area and allowed some guests to leave towels on sun loungers all day without the loungers being used. In fact we rarely used the pool during our stay because of this reason

Piscines amb poc manteniment

La piscina exterior (tot i tenir una escala perillosa que cal arreglar) però la resta de la piscina bé.

Quan vam arribar el terra de l'aparthotel estava brut i enganxós, també alguns gots i plats estaven bruts. La piscina climatitzada no la vam voder utilitzar pq hi havia moltes goteres/ fuga d'aigua que cau just dins la piscina. Els ho vam comentar el primer dia i ens van dir que ja ho sabien. No ho van solucionar en tots els dies posteriors. Opino que mentres no s'arregli no es pot utilitzar ( res indica que està en mal estat. És més...quan vam arribar fins i tot ens van dir l'horari de la piscina per si ens hi voliem banyar...ni en broma ens posem allà dins! ). La piscina exterior té vàries escales per entrar-hi....però la de davant les dutxes està desenganxada de la base i algú s'hi pot fer mal (com a mínim es podria precintar mentres no s'arregli)

Very dissapointed about facility

Staff at the hotel was very helpful and nice. Pool was good size and not crowded.

Wall at the hotel are very very thin. You can hear everything: your neighbours talk, take shower, flush toilet, move chairs…awful quality of sleep. Conditioner only in one room if you rent 1 bedroom suite. No remote control, so you can’t regulate temperature. Stains in the tub and something looked like mold in bathroom.

Superb

The swimming pool is very nice and the beds were really comfortable. Also the air conditioning worked well.

The bar was closed down and it made that area of the hotel a bit depressing. There wasn't an air conditioning unit in the bedroom, only in the living room.

Practical hotel for family

We were looking specifically for this type of accommodation. Perfect for a holiday with children. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment for three people. The aparthotel has a swimming pool, which is large enough and has fresh water. Our room was clean and ideal for three person family. For those who like to shop: the nearby supermarket is Dia. It is important to note that every Thursday there is a market in the street at the corner of the hotel, which is the exit to the car park. On these occasions, the staff kindly warn guests to park elsewhere because of the market, as they will not be able to drive out during the market time.

Good stay - positives and negatives

Location - easy, flat 10 min walk to most places ie old town, beach, bus station. Plus there is a really good supermarket just over the road for all supplies. Pool - outdoor pool is really lovely, good size and plenty of sun loungers. Also the outdoor activities are good - badminton, table tennis etc Indoor pool - this was also helpful on the day we had bad weather. It's not big but the hotel was quiet on that day so we had it to ourselves mainly. Male staff were very helpful however the only female receptionist we saw gave us wrong information on a couple of occasions. Showers were good and plenty of hot water. We had a family room and the balcony was a really good size. Towels good size and we asked the cleaner for more (when cleaning other rooms) so we had plenty.

Rooms are quite small (though mainly to be expected) but there was hardly any storage - one fairly small wardrobe without full length hanging space and about 4 hangers - take your own! Kitchen was v basic - fridge, 2 small electric hobs and one microwave so no kettle or toaster (though it may be possible to borrow these from reception but we didn't know until we were about to leave) The rooms are v noisy - you can hear everyone around you. We slept in the sitting room (on sofa beds as kids were in the bedroom) and so also had the noise from corridor as well as upstairs and next door rooms. We are also at the end of the hotel, next to recycling area and they collected one of the bins every morning about 5am. There's a sign in the room to say towels /sheets changed every 4 days and rooms cleaned every 7 days. We were there 8 nights but neither of these happened during our stay.

Exceptional

An awesome hotel for a budget sensitive trip to the beach! The stay was really enjoyable because the room has a large balcony with a beautiful view to the pool and the surrounding, green area. The kitchen was practical, although remember to bring basics like salt and oil. There are three beds in the room (one foldaway bed and the sofa can be turned into two full beds of the same height). Walking to the beach takes about 10 minutes, and the bus station to Barcelona is close, too.

The value for money is great, although of course it's not the newest hotel.

Bright, comfy, quiet : Good value!

The apartment was recently renovated, clean, bright and well-equipped. Comfy beds and blinding curtains. Nice view from the balcony over the surrounding hills. The complex is located just a little outside the main tourist area and therefore very quiet. Still, the old town, castle and beaches are only a 10 minutes’ walk away. Friendly helpful staff, not hesitating to correct noisy visitors! Overnight, I could leave my bike in the luggage department. Ample public parking in the direct surroundings. Supermarket Dia is just across the street.

Nice hotel, loved the location, quiet and away from everything with wooded area to the back. big supermarket next door. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Bed arrangement was unusual, and not great but comfortable to sleep in.

10 days at GHT

Very good swimming pool with 2metters deep, big enough to dive in. Soft rules. Can do ping pong freely. Had pretty much every thing needed in the apartment.

A lot of noise, especially during the night, coming from the fridge, can hear the neighboors in their room. The beds are really not comfortable, everything is pretty old, not enough pillows or towels. It's only 1 thing per person during 4 days if they do not forget you. The cleaning was ok, but can be improved.
