ottimo hotel

La camera è spaziosa e accogliente. La posizione è ottima in quanto si trova dietro alla cattedrale, di fronte alla fermata della metro e quindi è facile raggiungere i vari punti di interesse. Ottima colazione

Buona l'idea di mettere un distributore di bevande ma la sera è difficile da utilizzare perché troppo al buio. Sarebbe gradito un bollitore in camera per le tisane. Manca una luce da comodino per il terzo letto

Wonderful stay, we had a corner room with three sound proofed balconies.

Great breakfast with many choices. They even had champagne available.

No fan in the bathroom but I don’t think that’s common in European bathrooms.

Top location.

The Hotel staff are so welcoming. The location is top. Metro station is in the doorsteep..We are 3 person, and the room is big. Love it ! We arrived San Juan feast day and a little bit noisy bec. the hotel is in the center of the city almost, but I don't care. The Barcelona Beach is not far too.

Fabulous hotel with great staff and location

Lovely room allocated for my birthday. All staff so friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked amazing. Location was perfect and the metro was on the doorstep. Would definitely stay here again.

Puiki vieta, skanūs, gausūs pusryčiai. Nors ir triukšminga miesto dalis, užsidarius langą, pavyko puikiai ir patogiai išsimiegoti.

Susitarus, kad galėsime prieš skrydį pusryčius gauti šiek tiek anksčiau, t.y. 6:50, moteris, atsakinga už pusryčių patiekimą, priežiūrą ir tvarką, mūsų demonstratyviai neįleido, nors ir matė, kad laukiame ir skubame. Registratūros darbuotojai buvo palikę žinutę, dėl mūsų įleidimo, skambino jai, kad negalime patekti. Ir dar prireikė registratūros darbuotojui (labai malonus visas registratūros personalas) nusileisti į valgomąjį ir dar kartą paraginti mus įleisti. Moteris buvo nepatenkinta, nemandagi ir burbuliavo piktai, kad dirba tik nuo 7. Ko pasekoje turėjome skubiai pavalgyti ir bėgti į autobusą, kuris vežė į oro uostą, kad nepavėluotume. Dėkojame registratūros darbuotojams už rūpestį ir pagalbą :)

Läget. Rent och fint. Bra frukost. Tyst fast centralt läge. Bra ljudisolerat.

Lite små rum. Fanns bara ett ställ att lägga väskor på, 2 är rimligt. Inga krokar att hänga kläder på.

Overall good stay. Staff was terrific. Again - great location and breakfast.

Fabulous location. Top notch breakfast. Sound proofed windows.

Small room. Black mold in shower. Less than comfortable beds.

Didn’t try the breakfast but location was excellent in the heart of the gothic quarter

No tea/coffee facilities. TV and toilet roll Holder falling off wall. Communication with property through booking.com isn’t good at all.

Although overpriced for a 3 star hotel the location was excellent ,the metro located just outside

There was no where to place an open suitcase other than on the floor which made moving around the room very difficult.

Massive room, with fridge. Friendly staff - even supplied me with a kettle.on request. solid construction. Big bathroom.

Expensive (but it was Easter week). Very brown decor. A bit noisy outside but hey this is Barcelona.

Recommended! Good value for money

Location is good, room was quite during the night, despite it being near the metro station and the gotic area. The staff was helpful and overall it was an excellent stay.

The sewage system needs an urgent upgrade. It smells and it does not work appropriately. As a temporary solution we kept the bathroom door closed during the night and opened the balcony in the morning while eating at the cafeteria. The cafeteria could mix some dishes to look more atractive for those on long stays. The air conditioner system does not heat the air but we didn.t need it much.

Good location, clean rooms, small and inconvenient bathrooms.

Excellent location in the Gothic Quarter — very convenience to everything. The Metro Station was literally outside the main entrance. We were a family of 5 and had 2 rooms — 1 double and 1 triple.

Very small bathrooms. Didn’t have a long kind of holder/shelf for soap and shampoo. Very inconvenient. The hotel doesn’t have air conditioning. When we asked the front desk they said “heat only”. It got hot in the room but there were windows.

Good location and breakfasts, not the best service

Location is extremely good. You need <5 min to start looking at the sights. Breakfasts are tasty and have a wide range of products.

At the day of arrival we were given not the type of room we booked. Although, it was changed the next day, it was inconvenient to pack things back and move. Once we asked for spoons. After an hour of waiting no one brought them and we had to go get them ourselves.

Very good

It's a very good hotel, it's location is perfect. The room was quiet and comfortable.

The room for 2 could be a little bit larger, with a chair and kettle. Also, we had a same breakfast for 7 days...that would be easy to improve

Location is perfect, hotel staff friendly, rooms very good value - they are not large but easily big enough and we were out most of the time. Only had the breakfast on the last day - it was really good, well presented and well worth the cost. Would defiantly return and highly recommend.

It was really good all round - no complaints at all.
