Nice hotel and area but simple and a bit loud

Location is very good. Hotel has nice facilities, lovely pool great bar and terrace. All which were clean and well kept. Lovely staff, very friendly.

Room very small. Very noisy from the road and the corridor. Breakfast was a good selection but the hot section was always cold. Indoor pool facilities excellent but had to pay to use which I found unusual as a hotel guest it’s normally free.

Carrelage décollé sorti de clim sale odeur de renfermé changement de chambre où il y avait le carrelage décollé télécommande de la télé HS salle de bain au revoir

Beaucoup de bruit dans les couloirs et le personnel de la réception et l'hôtel qui vieillit année par année pas très entretenu la restauration sans plus

Очень отзывчивый и приветливый персонал. В номерах, да и в отеле в целом, идеальная чистота. Питание на высшем уровне, очень вкусно и разнообразно. Персонал в ресторане работает очень слажено, никогда не было пустых емкостей из под еды, так как сразу подносили новые. Море достаточно близко. Долго выбирали отель по отзывам и не ошиблись в выборе, так как от отдыха получили удовольствие!

Номера небольшие, но нас это не смущало, так как мы там только спали)

El desayuno muy bueno, mucho surtido y cada día había un plato nuevo. La ubicación fantástica tranquila y cerca de comercios y zona de ocio.

La habitación era un poco pequeña. Pero cerca del ascensor y con vista al mar, como solicité.

Las instalaciones, la comida "aunque podria ser mejor", la animacion y el personal.

Que no tubieramos hora para el spa aun teniendolo incluido con la Suite porque havia mucha gente, en estos casos deberian guardar unas horas.

Nice holiday

The food was exceptionally delicious. Chapeau to the cook and the patissiere. Every day different dishes, with lots of daily surprises. Extremely happy with the food. The rooms were very clean and the cleaning ladies were really kind. The hotel staff were always supportive to our needs and requests, including the SPA staff.

The distribution of sunbeds needs to be better organized as there was no system at all. The entertainment was quite fine, but it would have been appreciated if it could continue until 12:00 as in the other hotels around.

Location is ok and staff is nice, nothing more though...

This would be rated as a 3-star hotel in many other countries. Rooms are outdated, furniture is old, walls are dirty, cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Small fridge wasn't working well, no hot water boiler in the room. Not much variety at the breakfast buffet, which is the same every day. If you expect 4-star quality, I'd recommend finding a different place.

Great place for a family vacation. Clean hotel with a very good location. Good clean swimming pool. A lot of activities for children and adults! Excellent food. Great stuff!

The spacious lobby and great parking, even for big cars. Very helpful reception staff(many thanks Santiago!). Excellent animation in the evening. Good fun for the kids at the Mini Disco.

The rooms are on the smaller side, but this is typical for the region. It accommodates several hundreds of guests simultaneously which gives an impression of mass tourism. they are handling the crowds however very efficiently

Friendly staff. But the general hygiene standards in the hot were poor not worth the price you pay.

The staff were very friendly. The WiFi was very good.

The cleanliness was very bad. The rooms were not cleaned correctly and the sheets were only change once in a one week stay. The general toilets in the hotel were often dirty. There was little vegetarian range in the restaurant apart from salad and rice.

We are regulars of Aqua Hotels and will be coming back because they are to our satisfaction.

The food was very good. Staff in the restaurant and at reception very friendly and competent. Especially, we believe he is the manager of the hotel, Robert. Looking forward to coming back again.

Our first room 1153 on arrival. But we got it changed without any problem from reception.

I complained to reception about being bitteing in the bed and nothing was done on the last day i seen ants on the bed ,, its a shame because every thing was very good up to that

- location -dessert (when taking the dinner buffet) and breakfast - staff: the lady gave us a room which was not cleaned/ready and when I went and informed she upgraded our room.

dinner buffet (apart from dessert). there was sooo much food and nothing from the mains was really good or at the quality I wished fort. I had a salad and fruits.... not worth the money.
