Good location, big hotel but they have managed to make it seem quite private and secluded because of the spacing and pools available.
Stayed in the family suite and it was a really good size.
The staff are all very approachable and friendly, I especially liked the breakfast staff (only booked breakfast).
The beds could have been comfier for a 5star hotel. Also, the room did not provide free water on arrival, this is unusual compared to other places I have stayed including those that are not 5 star. Another thing is that I called room service to ask for ice, they said they could not provide this as room service, I would have to go down to collect it. I suspect this was because it was free...regardless, for a 5 start I would have expected better customer service.

Ruhe-Oase, sehr grün, ruhig. Außergewöhnlich nettes Personal
Frühstück erst ab 8 Uhr

I loved the balconies, the double rooms were much better than the family suites. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The pools were great we swam every day and a waitress named Maria or Mariam was extremely helpful and made our stay so much fun.
We took a few rooms, the ac was not working in 2 and the there was a smell in the toilet of one of the rooms but as soon as we complained they switched rooms. Some of the furniture needs renewing as it was stained.

Very clean and well appointed hotel.
Friendly staff and nice ammenities
Breakfast was fabulous

Breakfast was good. Exterior and green space was pleasant.
The interior design is a disaster!

Breakfast was amazing, staff was very friendly and helpful in guiding us around in the area. You could just tell about your plan for the day and the hotel staff would augment the plan with suggestions. They also was very helpful in planning checkout and return to airport in Palma.
My only complaint is actually the high amount of mosquitos in the area around the hotel. I got between 30 and 45 bites during my stay just by walking around the hotel in evening and sitting at balcony. Maybe advice guests to bring a mosquito spray.
Otherwise amazing experience and the bugs are not really the hotel's fault.

Superb, landscaped gardens, multiple pools, indoor spa and decent fitness centre (weights and basic machines), excellent food, beautiful architecture and furnishing, decent room size with super-king beds, wonderful service throughout, great variety and quality of food (we chose half-board).
Half-board did not include local beer/wine; balconies are a little close.

Hotel was very good and would look to return. Breakfast and dinner were superb with lots of options. The swimming pools were excellent and our 3 year old grandson had a great time in them.
The hotel rooms if you have a garden facing provide a good view, but some rooms at the back of the hotel might not have such a good outlook. The rooms themselves are very spacious, clean and well maintained.
The location of the hotel is only about 10 minutes walk to the beach or town centre.
Wi-Fi was excellent.
Possibly due to the location with the feel of the rainforest, we had a few more bites than we would normally expect.

Breakfast was excellent
We were guaranteed our upgrade to a junior suite, after phoning in and writing, we received a written reply accepting my request for our Anniversary break, much needed after losing both parents in past 2 years, we really wanted this upgrade, we were only there for 4 days, the hotel offered us a suite for the last 36 hours, meaning we would have had to pack our bags, stay in the hotel for 5 hours to carry out the move, totally ruined what should have been a dream break our first in 7 years

lovely setting and staff
smoking was allowed at the snack bar eating area. would suggest dedicated smoking areas so we wouldn’t have to smell and enjoy the smoke while eating lunch.

The rooms and facilities were all clean and well maintained, very convenient location close to the beach and many shops and restaurants. Breakfast was exceptional and had every option you could think of. Would definitely recommend staying here.
We found a lot of the staff couldn’t speak fluent English which sometimes made communication difficult.

Food was superb. Cleanliness was excellent. Staff were really friendly and always on hand to help. Great location for a relaxing break.
Would have been nice to have some English speaking news channels on the apartment televisions.

Amazing breakfast, delicious lunch menu, beautiful setting, very friendly staff, rooms were spacious and clean. I have stayed in many five stars over the years and I would say this is the best breakfast I've ever had in terms of quality and varierty. All food was delicious. Overall a very comfortable, relaxed and well run hotel.
I didn't dislike anything but perhaps the hotel feels a little old fashioned in places. There could also be a little more for the children to do. The kids club was okay and Anna who ran it was great with the children but feel a bit more time and funds could be given to the club to make it a bit more special for children since there were a lot visiting the hotel.

cleanness
the personnel kept talking to us in German even if we were English speakers
3.5
Cozy and quite hotel surrounded by a nice garden. Does not feel crowded even if fully booked.
Staff is supportive, polite and attentive.
3 swimming pools, none suitable for babies under 1 year old.
The foyers are nicely decorated with a lot of details, interesting to explore.
Good beds, pillows and linen. Towels are regularly changed.
Food in the restaurant is simple, but good. Nothing specific or extraordinary: pasta, meat, fish, fries. All fresh.
The hotel is 1 hour drive from the airport. Children may get sick on the way because of the distance and shape of the road.
The hotel is not convenient for families with babies and toddlers. A lot of stairs inside and outside, difficult to use the stroller. On request, they provided a baby cot.
Everything in the room is quite old, but clean. A lot of stone and glass decorations in the rooms which may be dangerous for smaller kids.
The nearest beach is around 10 -15 minutes walking distance and it is small and crowded.
No baby food in the restaurant.
Mosquitos in the room and outside!
Overall, did not impress at all for its cost. Average hotel and range of services.
2.0
*nice offer of food for the breakfast
*nice gardens
* old and dirty and unfunctional facility in the room (noisy air consition, unfunctional electricity in bedroom, fully paid single beds are sofas)
* dirty pools due to fallen leaves from trees around
* service at the pool restarant was unprofessional

The staff were very friendly and there were nice personal touches. For example, they left us a bottle of wine as they knew it was our honeymoon. The hotel has great facilities, with three swimming pools and a beautiful spa area. The food is also delicious.
It would be great to have tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, and to have one pool reserved for adults only. There were lots of young children so it was noisy at times around the pool area.

Stuff was very kind, the food was great. Not a large hotel so it was familiar. Rooms and barhrooms are large and clean.

I can not say enough about how wonderful the staff were at this hotel, especially the bar staff, extremely friendly and welcoming.
Everything was perfect

loved the hotel and family suite
we had, food great, mojitos even

air con was 'only just' cool enough on
lowest setting..also
you had to pay for coffee pods at
reception for €1...i mean c,mon
a 5 star hotel cannot provide free
coffee...thats crazy

Everything down to the tiniest detail the setting, the decor, the spa facilities, the food both in the restaurant and at the pool bar. The room was very spacious and cleaned every single day of our stay. The staff were super friendly and polite too.
The only thing I could criticise was the chair for the spa pedicure it is not a typical spa pedicure armchair with back/foot rest and massage built in. Therefore my friend who suffers from a hip problem could not receive a spa pedicure for fear that she might aggravate her hip problem. For a 5 star hotel I would expect a commercial style spa pedicure armchair with all of the features built in etc.
One last thing were the mosquitoes my friend and I got bitten alive. I appreciate that mosquito bites are out of the hotel’s control however the hotel could implement more mosquito repellent like plug ins for the rooms etc.
2.5
staff trying their best
Room too hot, air conditioning not adequate, moved to another room, noise from street during the night. old fashioned furnishings, drapes, etc. Difficult to get taxis.
3.5
Hotel its selft nice
Bad smell in the room for the hole stay, and some of the staff was snoby. No free wifi!!! And some stupid rules
4.5
The breakfast exceeded expectations as did all the staff
Nothing

Beautiful surroundings and good to have choice of pools. Spa was especially good and a nice way to spend time when the weather wasn’t so good. Useful to have shuttle service down to Cala Agulla. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. Room was unique and had a jacuzzi in bathroom.
Two twin beds pushed together instead of a double made for a poor experience with the room. The shower also leaked on the floor often due to the door not shutting properly. Not much sunbed space around the pools in the sunshine. No coffee making facilities in room and mini bar was pretty poor. Hotel doesn’t feel 5 star.
4.5
beautiful artistically designed and lovely comfortable rooms. amazing garden and pool spoiled only by bad weather of which the hotel had no control
of course. great breakfast choice and helpful staff
nothing
