The two front master suites walk out to the back patio / beach. They come equiped with large flat screen TVs, King size beds and are professionally decorated.
Other bedrooms offer a Queen bed / and a room for the kids (2 full/twin bunks) and a mother-in-law private room off the courtyard. Every room has its own bathroom, own TV.
There is a full featured kitchen with everything you need, a very large patio with lawn, a sundeck in the roof where you can admire the views or soak in the sun.
The is a private Jacuzzi, BBQ and even a private sand area before walking out into the main beach.

What a wonderful place for the family to stay together. The villa has a great location, right on a beach! 4 full bedrooms and 2 large bank beds in fifth room. Nice outside setting with plenty of beach towels, grill and Jacuzzi. Roof space for gathering. Beautiful resort garden and pool space.
All questions solved by owners on a spot with not even a minute of postponement.
The only think I would change is skillets for new ones and more cups and plates.

We were 8 professional women staying at one of the ocean front villas of Bella Serena. Very much enjoyed our stay and use of the facilities. The villa was spacious and well equipped, and we spent many hours walking the beach and soaking in the hot tub! Looking forward to our next visit!

Great Family Beach Trip
This property was perfect for our family summer vacation. There was a total of 8 of us, 5 adults, 3 kids, ages 4-9.
The house had plenty of space for everyone, and very comfortable. Beds, linens were comfortable. Had plenty of beach towels. The patio and grass area were perfect for hanging out, playing games, ext. The outside shower was great for rinsing sand before entering the patio or house.
Location was great, the beach was a short walk, as well as one of the pools. Short trip to the Fish Market.
Really there wasn't anything we really needed that was not provided.
A few suggestions though, the lounge chairs could be replaced, as they are showing signs of sun rot with tares appearing at the seams. Didn't trust sitting in 3 of the 4.
That being said these did not take away from the experience. I would definitely stay here again!
Lastly, the owner was amazing with communications and very prompt with replies and/or suggestions. He put us in contact with a chef who came to the house and prepared an outstanding meal for us! Highly recomend.

Amazing beach house
This is the only house in Puerto Penasco we have stayed twice. We LOVE this home! Location could not be better and it is wonderful to have access to the pools and weight room at the hotel! Love having so much space for everyone too! We will be back again and again!

Would highly recommend this spectacular villa on the beach. Full length windows to give you an amazing view of the beach. Each bedroom comes with large bathrooms. Having access to the resorts 5 pools, swim up bar and grill was a huge bonus. We’ll absolutely return for another adventure in this charming rustic villa!! 8 adults, 5 children. Good floor plan for multiple families. Pictures and descriptions are accurate. Nice to have the resort pools and poolside grill. Plenty of restaurants within Sandy Beach area. Mare Blue was our favorite for a birthday celebration. Golfed all three courses, Las Palomas very close and in best condition during our stay. Plenty of water activities available. Very secure resort with friendly/responsive staff.

Great Location
We had a family of 12. You can't beat this location. If you want to walk right off you patio and hit the beach, this is where you want to stay. Kids liked the bunk beds. Nice kitchen. Jacuzzi was a plus. We had a garage to park both cars in. Jet skis, banana boats are right on the beach. Owner was very responsive to phone calls and text messages. I would definitely stay here when we visit RP again.

Great Location
This property was ideal for our extended family with all the children. Cant get much better beach access then this place. The garage even fit our oversized vehicles!
We had a couple minor issues on day 1 of our stay and Boan was quick to respond. However we never did get a refilled bottle of propane for the grill, luckily we were able to borrow a neighbors. My only complaint would be, the place needs updated appliances. They have a very basic range/oven and the fridge is on its way out. All in all the trip went well and the accommodations we good, enough, and the fantastic location, we will probably book again!

Great location but it needs some refreshing
The property is ideally located because you can walk right to the beach and the view is relaxing. The TV's were nice and the wifi works very well; couldn't figure out how to work the home speaker system. The villa is spacious but it does need some work - broken stove top, broken fridge drawer, faulty garbage disposal, burnt out light bulbs, very rusty patio chairs, faulty jacuzzi control, ver old or missing utensils, leaky toilet, and a smelly bathroom (the last two issues were promptly taken care of while we were there). During our stay, the resort had no water for 24 hours which caused some inconveniences. Boan was very responsive and easy to work with.

Dream getaway!
Boan’s beachfront Villa was beautifully decorated, had a fantastic view of the ocean, was very clean and had all of the necessities. The beds were so comfortable and the AC worked great! We had the best time. Boan was very quick to respond and very helpful! I highly recommend this villa!
