There was a lack of space for toiletries in the bathroom and as we are 77 and 82 we would have liked to know prior that we had to climb into the spa bath for a shower. Nowhere to place unpacked clothing. Not enough space to prepare food.

Ahh the serenity!

Units are spacious, clean, private, light filled and have all the facilities needed for self contained accommodation. Location next to the ocean and well cared for gardens. The pools are excellent with a resort vibe. Hats off to Ian the manager, lovely bloke.

The blinds need replacing particularly the bedroom as there were some gaps reducing privacy.

I love this resort, have stayed many times before.

It’s nice and quiet. The beach is not too crowded

Washing machine didn’t spin properly. The clothes dryer had something wrong too was very noisy. There was a conference on, so no cafe or restaurant available on site

Fabulous, slightly remote, location right on beach. Good amenities such as a cafe. Cabins are a generous size & well stocked with essentials. Lovely pool area. Friendly staff.

The location is one of the best. Wendy was very considerate property manager. Staff was good. Always smiling

The utensils provided are old also some furniture items like lounge and bed mattress needs to be replaced and they are old. Also the linen sheets needs some attention.

Could be a better stay during our anniversary 😢

I like that the property in front of the beach. Not literally but walking distance which makes it easier for the kids to enjoy without the hassle of packing up

We stayed at apartment no.8 which is with a pool view. Should probably was the nicest one, but we only had a peek. Property in second floor, so it wasn't convenient for us. The AC was old and RUSTY, it was not enough for the whole apartment, it was super HOT all the time. BBQ wasn't working when we wanted to use it, had to call the manager to fix it and it was super dirty as well. The balcony floor was also dirty when we arrived. When we booked with booking.com property did not disclose additional surcharges if pay by card, we got charged more than we expected and were unhappy 🙁 about it. They should have told us up front and gave options. It was our anniversary and came with many friends, we had hoped for better experience.

very nice well kept place but wifi was horrible

very. lean and walking distance to beach.

the wifi was basically none existent. had 1 bar to none as far as phone reception which can’t do much about but there was no excuse for not having good wifi internet. it’s 2023 and internet is as needed as electricity and a toilet. most of the time the wifi was gone unless you stood in a certain area of the property and even then it was not much good. this place needs to do better.

Pool was amazing. Beach and surrounding beaches were close and beautiful.

A few noisey guests but that’s unavoidable.

It is a nice and relaxing place to stay and the beach is lovely.

Everything was great, the apartment was well furnished, clean and we had a small garden BBQ just for us. There is a back gate from our garden to access directly to the pool and beach area. Staff were friendly.

The only glitch is the poor reception which the staff advised upon check-in. The signal comes and goes at times but all in all it was ok.
