Overall all the staff were accommodating, but we won’t book again there. Not safe for women and

Though is it safe, but since both of us are girls it feels unsafe whenever we go back to hotel late at night since it is considered as red light place and even this hotel. It was good, but we won’t book at this hotel again.

Disappointing

The staffs are very very nice and warm regards.

Phone could not connect to reception Too noise all night long Facilities are too old. Hot water only hot at the beginning, after 5 min no more hot water

I was dreaming maybe of at least clean room since we have 4 years old baby. room dusty and dirty vent are not clean a lo

dirty..we requested to transfer 2x to other room. it’s room aircon vent lots of mold and the smell cigarette and I have my little one with me. 2nd room aircon vent is leaking floor is wet and not safe for my baby to walk the 3 rd room still smell cigarette and linen dirty seems not change but we don’t have choice since we are already exhausted from travel we accept the 3 rd room

Good

Location is very good. Short walking distance to bus stations and restaurants. My room was cleaned without being requested, which was nice. Free bottled water. Hair dryer and kettle provided in the room. Water pressure is great. Warm water shower. Fast and Easy check in and out. Shower division in the bathroom so everything doesn't get wet.

They never replied to my messages in booking.com. There are tiny cockroaches in the bathroom. Bathroom smelled like molds or cockroach smell? Bed is a little bit hard.

Statisfactory

We booked a hotel without much research after midnight, as it was a requirement for entry form. This hotel was cheap and it was available, which was good enough for us. It was a basic room, with twin beds. Overall cleanliness was fine. I must say the hotel staff was helpful, even helped us with travel locations for our limited stay. They allowed us to leave the baggage at the lobby, even after we checked out of the hotel. Later safely returned to us.

The local area, seems to be popular as residential. or long terms stay. Few adults shops around, again expected in such an area. The bathroom is shower over toilet, which was not the best.

Font desk staff was helpful.

The room was provided was a disaster. A/C was icecold, temperature could not be modified. Everything was worn. Windows could not be opened. We asked for another room and we received a much better one.

I don’t like anything Totally disgusting.

Everything. No have good room it’s totally waste of money i traveled many countries but it’s totally bad experience with it. Balcony is very very dirty also no have any good view its just waste of money Thank you so much for booking this hotel for me. please provide Real pics of room so we can decide before booking. What they shown we didn’t get. Thank you

Cheap accommodation, we shortened our stay and booked elsewhere...

The staff were friendly, The Hotel is a leisurely 11 minute walk to the nearest MRT with some nice eateries close by. There is a drinks vending machine near the entry door to the lobby.

The Hotel was located next to at least one strip club, On arrival the bathroom sink had food in it? not cleaned. The shower was over the toilet, wetting it after every shower and the bathroom drain didn't work well, thus flooding the bathroom after every shower. Both rooms cost the same but one was renovated and one wasn't, one had a bar fridge and one didn't and some days the bed sheets had holes in them.
