A five star experience in the best beach of Cancun.

The best beach in Cancun and an exceptional service from all the staff. The beach is protected by Isla Mujeres, so it is peaceful without the giant waves on the Riviera Maya and other hotels on the beaches looking eastward. The service of this hotel is well trained and always friendly. They go above and beyond to provide great service at front desk, restaurants, house keeping, and bar. It was a dream experience where you get all you want, well done and excellent quality with a smile. They remember our names. A special mention to Valeris, Miguel and Jimmy.

The breakfast used to have more food options. Still what it has today is fresh, tasty and clean.

Amazing beach

The beach was amazing. The resort overall is very nice. The Deck bar - great view, setup and food.

No half board option. Prices of the restaurants are on the high side - even for Cancun. No major commercial gesture from the hotel when we asked for a late check out (6pm) - we had to pay more than 100 USD for those few extra hours (this would have been free until 2pm), while we stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks and had most of our meals there and the hotel wasnt full.

Der Hotelstrand ist wirklich sehr schön! Zimmer auch in Ordnung, Klimaanlage funktioniert gut, Betten sind bequem. Kostenfreie Parkplätze vorhanden.

Teenager dürfen ohne Begleitung eines Erwachsenen kein Wasser an der Bar kaufen.

Amazing stay at a beautiful hotel

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious with good AC, the location is great with a lovely beach attached. There was a really good selection at breakfast and everything was delicious. Staff in the restaurant and lobby were polite and helpful.

The bars and restaurant were a little expensive.

Amazing private beach ⛱️

The beach and overall the outdoor facilities including the pool are amazing. I would come back just for that. Also the breakfast was delicious, so many options and everything tasted amazing. The staff was also very friendly and attentive.

The rooms were a bit outdated, but the issue at least for me was the AC. Somehow the room felt humid, even if we tried different settings

Υπερτιμημένο για τις παροχές του. Το δωμάτιο δεν είχε mini bar ή ψυγείο, ήμασταν 2 ενήλικες και είχε μόνο ένα ζευγάρι παντόφλες. Πολύ ακριβό φαγητό και σνακ χωρίς λόγο.. 2 μπάλες παγωτό 20 ευρώ..

The beach was amazing, my boyfriend and I loved it, it was romantic, the staff were very friendly people and great to talk to. The restaurants were great. It was overall an amazing experience !

Next time sure it depends

Know this hotel for many years. Great beach and location. Love to chill there on the beach chair. The restarants and servers are attentive.

They stole high heels shoes when chilling at the pools at night and we left them under cameras. And we know it was hotel staff who took them, bcs only people walking by us from pool that direction were the staff. They were rude and not wanting to show us the recordings and they blamed it on a guest thag already checked out. And if we would not be on their asses, they would not even bother dealing with it. Like we were there for them and not the other way around. We escalated it to the Hotel Group.

Hôtel très agréable, Paysages idylliques

La plage est magnifique. L’eau est beaucoup plus calme que les autres plages du long de la côte. Il y a deux très belles piscines avec des transats pour se reposer. Les espaces sont bien aménagés et joliment décorés. Le personnel est très sympathique et attentionné.

Il manque un peu d’animation le soir.

Très efficace pour un stop de deux jours avant d’entamer un roadtrip.

Les chambres côté rue sont très bruyante. On entend très bien le trafic toute la nuit.

Las áreas de la playa y piscina están bien dotadas. Siempre el personal ayuda a colocar mobiliario en caso de que no haya. La comida de los restaurantes de muy buena calidad y sabor.

El desayunó buffete podría tener más opciones. Las filas muy largas y demoradas para pedir huevo u omelette.

If you don't have high expectations for cleanliness, this hotel will be a good choice.

Pool was Unexpectedly good, also quite big. We could enjoy swimming. Breakfast was good.

When I checked in, staff made us wait for 20 minutes. (They told me they need to inspect the room. )But when we entered the room, the room wasn't very clean. I felt like they just wasted the time.

Amazing beach, water and a lot of activities closeby

Staff’s help and Service wasn’t upto the mark. Very lazy service at breakfast restaurant. Stayed for two weeks and they Failed to provide child seat after asking multiple times ( a few days) . They seemed not too impressed that I booked it via booking.com while checking in inspected of me being a member and have reward points. Very disappointed with the attitude.

A very good stopover for families for a vacation, as well as for a short stopover on business.

Wery good breakfest, and dinner also. Very comfortably arranged backyard with several pools and restaurants by the pools. The pools are located almost on the sea shore, the water is obviously transparent and blue :)

Booking promised that the room had a balcony, but it didn't.

Comfortable resort, but service disappointing

Overall, staff were nice during our stay and facilities pleasant. Breakfast was good, but not many options for vegans or vegetarians. As it is a 5* hotel, it would be nice to have more extensive plant-based options available.

We were honestly a bit disappointed with our stay here. We only stayed for one night and needed to have some clothes washed before our departure. We specifically asked if they could be ready by 10 am the next morning, and the hotel staff assured us they would be. However, when morning came, there was no sign of our clothes by 10 am, nor by 10:30, and not even by 11 am. I had to visit the reception twice between 10:30 and 11 to inquire about our laundry. Eventually, they brought our clothes to the reception while our taxi was waiting to take us to the airport. We believe the hotel could have at least offered not to charge us for this service, especially considering it was only $20 for a few shirts and socks washed. However, no such gesture was made.

Cold service, please don't go here.

Poor service attitude, refusing to provide toothbrushes and toothpaste in the evening. The manager told us that there is no service for housekeeping at night. The manager was also very cold and nasty, unwilling to open the warehouse for us to look for toothbrushes. They are not willing to provide us with such a basic service I can have in a economy hotel . $400 a night for such a poor stay experience, highly not recommended.
