Trato con los trabajadores del hotel . Excelente

4.0
Good location and cleanliness of the room.
It was a very bad value for money hotel, very disappointing for a 4* hotel with those levels of prices.
- Wi-Fi was not working in our room
- Front door staff was not present when we arrived (5pm) and we had to wait for 15 mins
- Amex was not accepted despite indicated during our arrival
- At the room there was a smoke detector with a light constantly flashing during the night. The personnel indicated it could not be turned off
- towels Gad some

Rooms were spacious and the location is a good base for day trips. Friendly and customer minded staff.
Facilities were technically not well maintained (mold in the bathroom, broken ceilings, safe not working in the room, fridge not working …)
10.0
Excellent attention from all the staff, the location is good for walking.
The hotel looks old and poorly maintenance.

A lovely hotel, a good size room, excellent staff, one or two issues after the recent reopening were handled brilliantly by the staff. Situated in a lovely quiet area a little away from the centre but with a sea view. We would stay here again, it was very good value.
Prior to our arrival we received a message saying that our safety was assured after the reopening. We found this a little strange. The door card would not lock the door and could not be fixed. The TV did not work at all. The receptionist responded in a very good way, she was excellent.

Room in attic. I suffocated with the heat

Good spacious room, clean, air con, friendly staff
Not a fan of Comillas itself. Would have gone on to Saint Vincent

The hotel is located at the end of town. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Spotlessly clean, very large rooms. The breakfast was tasty. Excellent value.
Breakfast was good but not much variety. On the third day, it was a bit boring.

Friendly. Receptionist Christina excellent expert assistance with top knowledge.
Beds? Two narrow singles pushed together?

Very steep hill to the hotel at the end of a long day walking the Camino

It's rating are of a 4 star however it's not.
It's not clean.

the location was good
no personality, felt empty, for a four star it could do with a spruce up on the front steps and front planted areas which were somewhat scruffy
3.0
There was quite bright light in the night from airco I think, and red alarm lights from a thing on the ceiling. Both lights kept me awake. For the rest things fell apart touching them.

Other than it was a long uphill walk from the main part of the village and the room very basic my stay here was pleasant.

Our room was above staff's meeting place, so cigarettes smoke was entering in the room constantly.
After 22:30 staff talking loud under the window so it was impossible to rest.

TERRIBLE BREAKFAST FOR 15 EUROS
