Great location and good breakfast

Great location for the university with car park. Lovely warm pool and spa facilities great. The lady working there was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent too - super choice.

Limited evening menu in restaurant - there was an issue and we were not able to have what we had wanted due to the limited choice - we have particular dietary requirements, so had planned in advance and were disappointed with the change when we got there. The room felt really cold. I tried to turn the heating on for a short time, but it didn't seem to work and for the time we were there, I didn't bother saying anything. Whilst we did sleep well, the beds were the hardest we have come across and this may not suit everyone.

BBC RADIO 2 PARTY IN THE PARK

It's so quiet, being off the main roads within the university complex. Staff were so friendly & helpful. Couldn't fault it. Breakfast was excellent, great choice available. My only concern was not having a lift.

Great stay place to stay for athletics at Loughborough, not far to walk. Will definitely stay again

The bar area was nice and relaxing. Had a nice meal. Lovely court yard area to sit outside if the weather is nice. Our room was modern and comfortable. Plenty of choice at breakfast to set you up for the day.

The pillow were very thick, but the next day I noticed that you could ask for a different pillow at reception. There was some baby ducklings that were very noisy at 5am in the morning but that wasn't the fault of the hotel.

Nice hotel with incredible staff.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, quiet, and enjoyable. However, the most impactful was the amazing, thoughtful, and incredible service provided by Jess. Please give Jess a very large bonus and/or raise. We will return to your hotel based on the interactions with JJess.

Everything was good, breakfast, drinks in the bar and evening meal

No electric charging. Had to use the University's facility and when I went to get the car all the gates were locked so I had to leave the complex and return through the main gates. Not great Please put paying charging machines on site rather than asking guests to use University facilities which were all busy. Great the University provides free charging, but honestly it is only available to indulgent few staff.

Good option, especially for campus proximity

Excellent location for proximity to (on) campus where I had to be for work. Food was good but didn't try any of the other facilities so cannot attest to those. They have a nice small courtyard too. Room (exec) was great! Bed is indeed a bit on the form side but much rather have that than too soft. Had a comfortable sleep.

Was just before Christmas break and were hosting some do's so music could be heard. However, it was turned down after midnight so did not interrupt sleep. Bit on the expensive side compared to other similar, but if you need to be on campus you may find it worth it.

Clean, warm and hospitable hotel - just went on the wrong day!

Room was lovely and clean, facilities really nice too although unfortunately didn’t get the chance to use them :( staff were also really friendly and polite. Actually had a working TV and the room felt airy and bright!

Biggest con of this trip as that no one mentioned it was a graduation day at the university, meaning people were in and out of hotel rooms and speaking very loudly until the early hours. also, the doors on the rooms are very heavy and when shut or left to close make a very loud noise so I could hear every time someone left or entered their room! Staff were very facilitating and allowed a late check out to make up for this but I would have appreciated a lower price as it was £120 for a night and I didn’t sleep a wink! Appreciate this was beyond the control of staff to an extent but just feel value for money could have been improved.

Always A Pleasure

We have been visiting this hotel for years and never had anything other than a great stay. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff cannot do enough for you. Highly recommend if visiting Loughborough.

The bar is expensive but I wouldn't really expect any different with a hotel bar.

Burleigh Court is a big hotel with excellent facilities. The staff here are brilliant because they always make you feel like you're the only one staying here. Lovely feeling.
