Great location within Earl's Court, 3 minute walk to the Tube station and plenty of restaurants.
Having a room facing onto the rail tracks
3.2
Location, room has lots of extras e.g. ironing board and good Wi-Fi
Very hot in room airco not working very well. Very noisy! It is a great location but it is next to railway line - just like the scene in the Blues Brothers. So with the incredible heat and noise, didn’t get much sleep.
Finally the breakfast was downstairs in a Vietnamese restaurant, with a menu. I had Chicken Noodles. Sorry but expected British and/or Continental breakfast. 2nd day went to McDonalds for Breakfast.
3.2
Didn't have breakfast location was pretty good plenty of eateries and the tube only minutes away
Noisy guests, room a little tired, beds really high and the railway right outside our window wasn't overly annoying but you couldn't have the window open
3.2
Comfortable cozy clean ,very quiet location , nearby to tube station.
Nothing
3.2
Not much
Tiny room.
Out of date decor everywhere.
The shower pressure was terrible and water luke warm.
3.2
Location is very convenient, only 2 minutes away from the tube station. Lots of restaurant around.
Staff was very helpful and managed to change our room from 4th floor (too high for my parents) to 2nd floor.
The lift was out of service and our room was on high floor making my parents to have difficulties to reach them.
The hotel is just next to the railways so it is quite noisy if you let you window opened. Fortunately, there is air condition.
3.2
Ottima posizione .
3.2
Location was great.
The room was really tiny. Lighting wasn’t good. Wifi only worked in one spot and we got kicked off more than we were on. The lift wasn’t working which is hard when you have luggage. We also had to ask for extra milk daily and often coffee. No biggie but was annoying especially when we were there for a few days.
3.2
Great place for the price tag
The door to the bathroom could not close / was broken...
3.2
the room was very satisfying...
3.2
Bed was really comfy. Very clean, nice decor - a little bit different from other regular hotels. Room had air con. Great location, handy for the tube. Late check in at no extra cost.
3.2
Location is a 3-minute walk from Earl's Court tube station. Beds were comfortable, easy to get a good night's sleep.
The rooms weren't that inviting. One had mould in the shower ceiling, another I stayed in was in a basement room with a view of an exhaust vent making the room very dark. Staff behaviour was a mixed bag, sometimes helpful and bright (usually in the evening) and at other times rather the opposite (mostly in the morning).
3.2
I booked the hotel because it offered breakfast. When we arrived there was a notice saying breakfast not being served. I asked for a twin room and was given a double which you could not get round. My friend and I are well over 70, not 20, having to climb about to get in and out of bed was hardly the best of starts.
I know I should have complained, but the language was also a problem.
3.2
Great location comfortable room.
Could have been bigger Wifi was not great.
3.2
All round good value for its location
but trains through the nearby underground station made a lot of noise
3.2
it was nice, had character and good location by the tube.
there was a couple of lights that didn’t work and the carpet was abit stained but it was okay for somewhere to sleep.
3.2
Staff very pleasant and helpful
Bedding ie sheets clean
Bathroom clean
Looked impressive from the outside
Faulty electrics room very dark and gloomy ceiling light faulty had to bring in a free standing light
Bathroom door could not open completely as bed was in the way
Needs decorating very shabby
large hole in radiator cover approx 12 inches curtains hems had obviously been lengthened but not hemmed frayed
Dust on television and wardrobe
Carpet looked grubby
Bad outlook from room bag if rubbish gad been thrown onto flat roof directly outside window
3.2
Perfect location
Small room was extra small in our opinion clean but really dated decor and in need of refurbishment especially bathroom
Breakfast bacon scrambled egg beans and roast potatoes we did expect sausage mushrooms tomato or more choices surprised they could not offer poached egg.
3.2
location was great very close to tube
needs a refurb very outdated
3.2
The location and one of the receptionists
Never stayed in such a tiny room. Had to jump over the bed to go to the other side of it.... The photos are misleading....
3.2
Breakfast was limited choice, but quite sufficient for myself.
Nothing I can think of.
3.2
The location in Kensington is fine. It's a 2 minute walk to a tubestation and if you want to walk towards Hyde Park it's a 20 minute walk but that's fine to do! The check-in and check-out was easy and the staff was helpful when I asked questions. Bathroom was small, but fine.
The room was very small, for 1 person and 1 night quite okay. But there was barely any room to walk. But I think that was mainly because I had a single room. The room was quite noisy, there was a train or tube somewhere in the neighbourhood that you could hear like every half hour. Also the hallways are quite noisy, walls are thin. I didn't mind it that much, but it's good to know beforehand.
3.2
The only good thing about the property is the location.
Property was very dirty and run down. The shelves were thick with dust, the toilet floor was cracked, the sink was cracked, the tap came out the wall, the bed had a spring poked out the side which actually cause injury to myself. The amount of money paid for that hotel to be like that was a disgrace. We spent the first night of our trip looking for another hotel to stay in as it was so disgusting.
3.2
The porter was the only thing that made us smile.
Room, staff, food. They didnt even know how many rooms we had booked [3 singles] and tried to put 2 of us in a double!
3.2
Great location, a 2 minute walk from Earls Court Underground station. Bus stops close too.
The hotel is functional and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's perfect for a city break where exploring London is the mission.
Decor is a little bit tired.
3.2
I love the location and that's why I chose the place. Very close to earl's court station and lots of shops and restaurants
The room was probably the worst I've been in London, or anywhere for that matter. The bed was awful, the bathroom was tiny and the water pressure was absurd. The room was very noisy because of the district trains passing outside the window
3.2
staff nice, room clean and as described ,breakfast pretty good.
room could have been bigger
