Location was fab. Very central. Very clean property.

Super location near Augustus Platz.
Room are very quiet despite the hotel position.
the electrical cooking plate was not powerful, just enough to boil eggs.
7.0 / 10.0
The room was clean and comfortable and the city centre was easily reached on foot. Parking was extra but convenient.
It calls itself an appartment hotel but what we had was just an ensuite bedroom with a sofa, which is standard in most hotels. There wasn't even a kettle, let alone a kitchen area. They did provide a counter-top size fridge big enough for beer cans or a wine bottle if you wanted them. Reception staff were only there during office hours. If you were a lone traveler returning after dark you could easily have been overcome by someone forcing entry. The key was difficult to apply - it wasn't a standard turnkey lock. The room was very expensive for what you got.

On the tramline and a short walk to the city centre, supermarket nearby and basic kitchen in the apartment for making simple meals, some cafes & restaurants very close by. Nice walk thru some parks out to the must see tall war memorial past the university and quick tram ride back.
Some traffic noise, Apartment faced east with strong morning sun, would be hot in Summer without air conditioning, didn't realise shops are all shut in Germany on a Sunday (which is a good thing for families) but found some open under the HBF/main train station for cooking provisions, some city sights were obscured by a large festival of rides, music and food stalls

The location is very convenient, it's within walking distance to the main square of Leipzig (Augustusplatz), with tram and bus just outside the door. You will also find supermarkets, bakeries amd cafes very close. The room was spacious, with nice furniture and a convenient kitchenette.
This property is misleadingly advertised as a hotel when it's clearly an appartment complex that offers room cleaning and breakfast. Breakfast that comes in a box at a fixed time so you HAVE to get up and get it when they bring it to you at 7AM (there was butter, yogurt and tomatoes in there!). You also have to use cutlery from the room's kitchenette and clean them afterwards (they charge extra if you leave stuff that need cleaning in the sink). There was no soap/shampoo in the shower, only hand soap for the bathroom sink. In my case I couldn't even sleep past sunrise (~6:30) because the kitchen window has blinds instead of a curtain and light passed from the sides of the blinds directly on the bed. They also don't have a 24h reception. I arrived late because of a train cancellation and that was outside the few hours that they have a receptionist. Luckily they left keys in a safe and a message in the app how to open the front door and the safe, which went smoothly, but that's not a hotel experience. Also, if you go in the summer, they charge extra for enabling the air conditioning in the room. If I knew about these things I would simply not book here, because a hotel experience is something quite different than whatever this was. Even by german hospitality standards, it was not a great choice, especially for the money. You can find better options that give you the full hotel experience. If you are an older backpacker that wants more comfort than a hostel, but not a hotel, you'll be fine here. Just don't pay for breakfast, there are excellent bakeries and cafes in the vicinity.

The location of the property is excellent. It is located at a walking distance of 11mins from the central train station. Most of the site seeing locations including the leipzig university, altstadt, zoo are at walking distance from the hotel. We had booked a room with a kitchenette. The kitchenette had everything that we needed to cook a healthy breakfast for us and porridge for our little one. Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant.
The box spring beds were not so comfortable to sleep in

Hotel has great location near city center, next to quite noisy street, but with windows closed it is very quiet. Room was clean and very comfortable, there is a lot of storing space and everything needed for a stay. Also the kitchenette is very convenient, there is kettle and even coffee machine, but keep in mind, that no tea or coffee provided. The contact with Hotel was great, staff was very friendly and keen to help and make our stay even more pleasurable. We are very happy with our stay.

Nice room, nice location
No air conditioning (it was very hot, but if we opened windows, it was very noisy), no tea kettle in the room, the cafe in the building wasn't open at any point that mattered to us (neither in the morning nor in the evening)

The room is large enough. Good kitchen with all necessary equipment. The receptionist is a very friendly and speaks English well. There is an option to make sure the room is going to get cleaned on a daily basis.
Too noisy. The location is good in terms of the infrastructure around, but it brings you to the point where you have too crowded environment outside and the noise is too loud. Especially on weekends and holydays.

The hotel is very close to tram stop with a lot of options, and city center (walking distance) so the location is quite nice. The room is spacious. Kitchen is basic, but has everything I practically need.
The bed is really comfortable to my personal preference. Although we didn't ask, the staff also prepared a very nice crib for our little one.
It might be better to have more power socket in the room, since we have quite a lot of devices to charge.
No breakfast was available, due to the low number of guests these days. Considering the current situation, this is totally understandable.

Nice room, great location. The staff gave us a lot of useful tips about the city! We have had a nice kitchen in the room, the 5 € surcharge for rooms with air conditioning is fair at that room rates. The children were happy, we'll definitely come back again;-)
