Ein paar schöne Biketage in Sölden.

Tolles Hotel und gute Lage. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das gebuchte Zimmer stimmte leider nicht mit den Bildern bei Booking.com überein. Ich habe dann noch ein Upgrade von 90€ gebucht um das gewünschte Zimmer zu erhalten. Der Bach ist gleich neben dem Hotel so dass ein schlafen mit offener Terrassentür fast unmöglich ist. Es ist Natur und schön aber doch sehr laut. Vielleicht besser ein Zimmer Richtung Norden buchen

Würde mich für einen Konkurrenten entscheiden in der Preiskategorie.

Gute Lage, schöne Spa Bereich und grundsätzlich ein ordentlich ausgestattetes Hotel.

Zimmer war mit einer Tür zu einem anderen Zimmer getrennt - somit war es sehr hellhörig und man wurde in der Früh von Nachbarzimmer durch eine normale Konversation geweckt. Frühstück und Abendessen waren ok. Beim Frühstück war nichts besonderes dabei und beim Abendessen waren die Hauptspeisen an 2 von 4 Abenden zufriedenstellend.

Excellent spa-hotel with an abundant breakfast & all the amenities you want after an active holiday!

Our stay at Hotel Alpina Sölden was perfect. The Super Double Room was a great size, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrobes were useful when we headed down to the spa. The spa was also excellent, there were plenty of different kinds of steam rooms and saunas, a relaxation area and a hot tub. We also thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which had plenty of choices!

Cosy room, fantastic breakfast buffet, lovely dinner (we only opted in once, as we wanted to explore the rest of Sölden), amazing spa facilities. Best of all, no children! This made all the difference. We had very bad experiences in the past, as parents seem to not control their children anymore. It was paradise to not have screaming, jumping and splashing children running around. Great location at the end of the slopes too, could basically ski back to the hotel door (20m climb up a hill to reach). Shuttle.service to either station also brilliant. No need to time a bus. Staff generally very friendly! Can't recommend more! Definitely would stay again.

Communication was very poor from the outset breakfast time they positioned a table in the far back of the hotel restaurant areas with no windows or music staff were not very competent

Superb

The restaurant is top class for a sport hotel, half board is recommended. The welness is large and has plenty of options. One minute walk to the bus for the 2 skilifts and a 5 minute drive, or take the hotel shuttle.

The rooms are too hot and the nearby river is noisy.

The hotel is amazing: excellent location, very nice and attentive stuff, clean rooms, very tasty breakfast and dinner. Also there is a big spa with many rituals. I was enjoying my stay!

the rooms where so old and noisy lack of toiletries and mineral water

The spa was nice, food ok, location good, boot room ok

the room was very old, you only got soap no other toiletries !! it was so noisy delivery's every morning 6 am and church bells at 6 am for 5 minutes every day and a 15 minute interval clock bell on the hour all day. the food was ok, but to complicated for skiers in the evening and the salad was poor.

Great location. The cuisine is exceptional, with a large variety of food and a great wine. Spa facilities are amazing, and there is a great choice of hammam and saunas. Staff is professional and polite. Special shout-out to Ludo for his kindness and warm welcome.

You have to work your way up to the hotel after a day of skiing - extra physical activity and/or nuissance. The church bells at 6 am on Thursday were annoying. The sound isolation could be much better. The blanket is way too small, and we're only 1m74 tall.... ! note for travelers: there is no hair conditioner, nor body lotion in the room, just the soap and the shampoo.

Our room was left open after cleaning, they forgot to close it. The staff said that it happens and there is nothing wro

Good location. Free parking for customers. Cozy rooms and warm bathrooms.

We need to work with staff. At breakfast, no one explained that the room has its own table, in the end they made us guilty. After cleaning the room left the front door open and the window too. As a result, the door to the room was simply open, and when they came to the reception, the answer was very surprising, the girl said that nothing had happened, the cleaning lady simply forgot to close it. She is simply not able to apologize, not to mention the fact that they could have stolen or stolen something, we did not have time to check all the things for availability. And when we were leaving, we were informed that if something was stolen, these are our problems. As a result, because of your employees, the chance that we will return to you or recommend your hotel to someone is very small. Thanks for ruining our holiday

Overall, it was a great stay in Sölden, would love to come back!

The room was very clean (just like all other hotel facilities) and cozy. The hotel, overall, is very well-maintained. Breakfast and dinner were delicious even though we preferred buffet-styled dinners to long four-course ones which were only 2 times a week. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. 5 min ride to either Giggijoch or Gaislach gondolas on a free hotel shuttle which runs from 8:30 till 11:00 every day except Saturday (friendly shuttle driver). 3 min walk (uphill) back to the hotel from the end of piste 21. Super nice spa unfortunately without a regular pool but with multiple saunas, a jacuzzi, cold feet massage pool, and snacks which was practically empty from 2 to 4 pm. Ski rooms with the ability to lock your skis and poles and dry your ski boots with direct access to the hotel shuttle.

Since gondolas also open at 8:30 it would be nice to be able to be driven by a shuttle right before the opening to catch more minutes of freshly groomed morning slopes. The room didn't have a minibar or freezer. It was impossible to watch TV with two people on the couch (it was too tiny). There's a church nearby so you can sometimes hear the bells ringing though with the windows closed in our room it was OK (however, for some other rooms with the mountain view, it could be the issue).

Ease of getting breakfast. Service at evening dinner was excellant. Morning taxi service to Giggijoch was excellant.

The snow conditions down to the village was poor, which meant that most days we took the Giggijoch lift down to the village, because you could not ski right to the hotel as we had always been able to do on other trips. When you cannot ski right back to the hotel, it would be nice if you ran a taxi service from the bottom of the cable car to the hotel from say 3.30 to 4.30 in the afternoon.

Exceptional

Room was immaculate and modern. Views from the balconies are fantastic. Wellness area is well maintained and not busy. Staff, especially waiting staff, are extremely attentive. Hospitality in the dining area is exceptional. Thanks Georg! Would strongly recommend. I will return.

Bathroom privacy could be improved. Personally i'm not a fan of glass doors in bathrooms.
