Very bad service, very bad bedroom with mosquitoes and spiders, so far from kaunas CC and rude stuff, I don't recommend at all

I didint liked anything about this hotel, wouldn't even say that it should be classified as a hotel.
Administrator Natalija was yelling at us for coming later then we expected... she were trying to insult us, was not helpfull at all we came to a room beds were dirty, went to tell to administrator she was not even willing to come and check what's wrong with the room, didint offered to change different sheets as she said she is not a housekeeper asked to change the room instead she wasn't even willing to do that, and at the end we had to try to get refund from her had to argue with her for 30 mins until she gave back the refund.
At the end we had to leave the hotel and look for another one. I would never ever recommend anyone staying there.
By the way the hotel probably hiding taxes and giving invoice with completely different name of the company ( the one that does refrigerators for vans)...
Only a huge troubles with this hotel.
DOESN'T RECOMMEND!!!!
